I believe the two young men names where Dee & Tae that came out from the Horn Lake location. They were nice and very hardworking young men! They did great job, putting together all of my furniture, and even cleaned up very well after themselves! I really appreciate them!

AF Horn Lake... if I could give more stars I would. Tracy is a goof ball making it a pleasure to work with. He was very helpful in answering all of my questions and reassuring me of my concerns. Brian was very efficient in closing the deal in a timely fashion, making sure I got what I wanted and needed. Not sure of the other guy name "cutie in the orange hat" is what my daughter named him, was very helpful and knowledgeable when I was picking out my mattresses. My delivery was supposed to be squeezed in due to the holiday but somehow a littleover 24 hours I had it. I would like to believe it was my persistence that got my furniture delivered the next day before dark but it was everyone doing there jobs. Day of delivery was smooth as butter! Tracy came with the best crew and they got it done. Everything was put where I wanted it. Despite the stairs they were nice and respectful. Very convenient for a single lady to pick up appliances and go. Yet, the staff is rude and very short. They were eating lunch up front instead of in the back. I think I went to high school with one of the workers but instead of introducing herself, she kept probing me with questions like, Where I know you from, over and over. And after all this, the washing machine hoses they sold me don't have seals on them...

Latara went above and beyond to help me with my decision. I had just gotten off work and went to the Winchester location but did not receive an acknowledgment, so I drove out to this one and I’m so glad I did. I was acknowledged and was asked to be helped. She actually called 3 stores because I really wanted this all black stove. She helped me start my application and finish, all with a smile. Z is a 1 woman show. When I went in she was slammed with customers and was the only sales person on the floor. Even still she remained kind and informative. She not only walked the store with me for prices but once I purchased she loaded it on the dolly and to my car. Idk where the other staff were at the time but she handled and did very well. We went for a new bed frame! Everyone was helpful and they even called when they noticed they didn’t have what we needed. The other store has it in stock and we are so excited. The furniture here is so nice! I absolutely loved my experience here and will definitely come back!

We came to American Freight at 7:30 (right before closing). Hawa greeted us as soon we entered the building which made us feel at home. We came in looking to replace our mattress that we had for around 10 years. Mrs. Z helped us throughout the visit and grace us a great deal as well. She’s very knowledge as well. My daughter will be attending college coming in the Fall and we just found the spot that will be furnishing her entire place. 10/10 highly recommend.

I would give more stars but we bought our furniture back in at beginning of September. It is now November and we still don't have all of our furniture. When we went by the store yesterday to see if they had the rest of our furniture. The guy didn't even know we were missing anything. Then they tell us it wouldn't be available until the first ofthe next year. We are paying way to much money not to have everything.

Mark was great. He even called another store to ask for the general manager for the fridge we needed. Now, the general manager lady needs to be let go because every single attempt he made to try to get us the fridge THAT SHE HAD at the other store, she told him NO and wouldn't help him. Because of that we only ended up getting just a washer and dryer. They missed out on selling a fridge as well because of the unwillingness to go the extra mile to help the customer on the general manager's part. Im ONLY giving 5 stars because of Mark's attempts to help us.

Debra helped me out very well, she deserves a promotion and a heap more. American Freight should be very lucky to have her as an employee, excuse me MANAGER. As a HR Executive who seeks the best in leadership, she is a good catch for any company. She had a store in Hornlake and a new one on Winchester and Riverdale Road. Shop with them. I recently moved to the area from over 1000 miles away. I was on my way to shop at Target when I noticed American Freight which sold mattresses. Debra was at the door immediately assisting me and my mom with what we needed. She was knowledgeable and able to answer any questions we had. She was patient as my mom filled out an application for credit. She has a great smile and is great at her job! We were in and out without a fuss. :D

If you want great customer service, you have to go see Debra and Larry. They are the absolute best! I purchased a sectional and had a bit of a problem during/after delivery. I went to the store and Larry happily explained what happened to Debra. And Ms Debra went above and beyond to make sure I left the store happy. At a time when customer service had gone down the drain, those two were a breath of fresh air. It was a great experience!
