We will only shop at Genesis Diamonds- Cool Springs!! We recently had an unfortunate event to where I needed to use insurance to reorder my wedding rings. The Vice President, Avi, came to our rescue to make sure this process was as smooth as possible. He ensured that we wouldn’t pay an extra penny and would work with our insurance company. He even gave my daughter a pair of earrings for our trouble. He coordinated for my new rings to be picked up on Valentines Day by secretly calling my husband. On pickup, we also received flowers and a box of chocolates. Avi has shown us the best customer service we have ever received from any business!! We will be customers for life!!

Last-minute ring shopping is such a pain. I hate dealing with pushy salespeople and having the "extras" and warranties shoved on me. Stephanie made this the most relaxed process I think it could be. We bought our engagement and wedding rings here 12 and 10 years ago — the service has been second to none. We have since moved away from Nashville and stopped here during a trip back and they were so incredibly accommodating when we needed to get the rings checked, cleaned and soldered together. They did it before we left and completely complimentary. Above and beyond! So happy we chose them when we purchased our rings all those years ago!

Wonderful customer service! We commissioned them to fabricate a ring to match one that we already had. Beautiful stones were used and excellent work was done. Avi and Ryan are the best! Ina and her husband are absolutely AMAZING!!! I was very picky and particular about the diamond and setting I wanted. Ina went above and beyond to help me. She searched non stop for a month. During that month she would send me pics and the reports of multiple diamonds every day even though I kept turning them down. After countless emails, texts and pictures,she found it!!!!! I told her such specific details I wanted for the diamond. She matched carat,cut,clarity,table,depth,polish,symmetry…I mean every little detail I wanted she found it. Then came the setting. She helped me build a beautiful custom Verragio setting. I called her multiple times to change small details on the setting after it was already sent in, but she made it happen. I honestly can’t believe she put up with me. Lol. With all that said I’m 100% a customer for life and have the utmost respect for Ina. She helped me put a smile, happy tears and a stunning ring on my beautiful and amazing fiancée. For that is priceless and I thank you Ina and all of you at Genesis.

We visited the Cool Springs location and after the first visit I knew they were going to be who I would work with to buy an engagement ring. Rhonda helped me figure out my new diamond’s size/setting more efficiently than I imagined was possible. What a amazing experience. I walked in completely overwhelmed. Stephanie immediately came to help. She took the time to explain things. I was also very happy that the Vice President came over and introduce himself as well. I felt that they really cared about making this an amazing experience. By the time I left I had a ring picked out. They had to make it and set the diamond. I was on a time crunch to get it so I could propose like I had planned. Love the fact that the folks over at Genesis seem to care about the everyday customers just as much as their high-roller customers. They went above and beyond for my wife and I, contacting a designer to request a discontinued piece be remade for us after we lost our original. Genesis brags about the fact that they pay top dollar for buying your diamonds/jewelry. I took engagement and wedding ring set purchased from them and their appraisal (showing value of $2,700 for just the diamond). They were only willing to offer $300-$400 and manager said their appraisals were inflated to protect customers, which seems super shady. I went to local Franklin jewelry company and got a much better price and service.
