My order is going well. 2nd floor is the toilet and the table is a lot available. Didnt try the toilet yet but seem ok. The table is not very clean but the customer should help keeping it clean. It is warm here in winter on the 2nd floor.

Visited today and it was nice to see that a complete overhaul of staff has taken place. The new staff here are very welcoming and much more professional. We were served by John who was very helpful with great customer service and was an absolute pleasure to chat too. Total contrast to our last visit here, keep this up guys 👌

Ive spent many many years in carltering and hospitality and i have to say this is the Best BK I've ever been in!! The staff were amazing from the moment I walked in through the door. I was served by a great guy called Arif who looked after me amazingly with a difficult order. Even though the restaurant was super busy the management team were exceptional, keeping calm under pressure and leading by example and you could see that the staff enjoyed working for them. I managed to get to speak to a few of them (otin, Connor, becky and the 2 guys with the beards) and fair play to them they are doing a cracking job!!

Air conditioning not working. Hot . The manager doesn't care. I do not recommend. The worst chain I've ever been to.

This is a very run down branch in desperate need of renovation. I waited 5 minutes to be served and a further 13 minutes for the food to be ready to collect from the counter. My buns were dry, however the meat and fries were delicious.

A great experience here today. Has a whopper for £1.99 via the app (Whopper Wednesdays). As I'm currently on crutches the girl who served me at the till fetched my food and drink over very quickly. She also brought over sauce and napkins and the burger was as tasty as ever👌🏻 Will be back soon.

I've had consistently delicious food at Burger King! They offer a great variety for everyone. The service is top-notch, and I really appreciate the convenience of both delivery and collection. No doubt, it's my go-to spot for satisfying my burger cravings!

Cleanliness filthy, gave 3 attempts at producing an even warm burger, let alone hot..and got a cold one every time, requested a full refund in the end and left. Staff didn’t seem to care, I feel an older manager on each shift is needed, or at least someone who cares. Avoid if you like warm food in a clean environment!!

My brother ordered £53 worth of food for 4 people and an absolute shambles. One burger missing, gave us a plant based whopper which we didn't request as we ordered 2 meat whoppers. Share box missing one burger missing, only delivered 1 chips and one portion of onion rings when 3 were ordered. To add insult to injury they shoved a whole core of lettuce on top of burger. Shame on you Burger King absolutely disgusted.

Always like a burger king. Staff didnt look like thry wanted to be there. Queue of people served and many waiting. Food was stacked up ready to go and nothing being put in bags or trays. Waited a while. Good would have been a 5 if it wad handed out 5mins earlier when it was put ready

Efficient staff. It was packed out when we got there, as everyone called in there after the concert. The staff managed very well considering the volume of people. The food was very nice.

Had a deal off the BK app. A chicken Royale, Whopper, fries and Diet Coke all for £6.99. The food was OK. Fries were great. But the DC tasted nothing like the real thing!

Give it a miss. Grubby premises, totally disinterested staff and cold food. The staff member who served me didn't make any effort to engage, no customer service skills to the point of rudeness. Let my food sit on the side whilst she had a discussion about how sick she was this morning after drinking all night, "sick everywhere!" apparently, great discussion to listen to whilst waiting at an empty counter for my food to get cold. Dread to think what it's like when busy. Avoid like the plague.

I waited for 15 minutes. There was one person in front of me who got served. I didn't, so I walked out after waiting. Server didn't acknowledge me at all even though I was standing at the counter looking directly at them. Worst BK I have ever been to and that is saying something. Please avoid.

The youth serving couldn't have been more of a belligerent teenager. Didn't want to serve anyone, then couldn't be bothered to give anyone their food without sighing and dropping his shoulders. It was like watching a "Kevin and Perry" script 😂

Always preferred Burger King to mcds. After this visit not so sure. Looks like an elephant had sat on my burger....

Tried the Peppercorn Angus burger, so tasty for a fast food chain! very fresh. Cost about £9 though which was a bit steep.

4 years ago I left a 4 star review for this place. Today I bought an XL bacon double cheeseburger. I returned to my office which is 3 minutes walk away. I walked in and stood behind what I thought was the queue. Nobody greeted me or acknowledged me. There was also someone mopping the floor around me (in all fairness, the floor was clean) 5 minutes later I was asked what I wanted. The burger was cold and grey, the bacon was wrinkly and wet and the meat was completely flavourless. The chips were okay but once again, flavourless. The best part was the sprite I got with the meal. I haven't had a Burger King for at least a year and I'll make this my last.

Wow supposed to be fast food.10 mins to get my food. Then when my food was ready they called out 3 different food order numbers. Now I have my food the burger is luke warm. Absolutely useless.ill not come here again.

Really friendly staff for a busy area. Even when coming into the building to use the facilities as I do wonder around town on often times as a support worker.. never an issue instead of having someone going you have to buy something etc. Great location also :)

Got my order wrong, and then tried to tell me I hadn't ordered a double whopper even though I had a receipt to prove it. They got me a new one pretty quick however after I proved my order.

Our food was very tasty and fairly swift. Unfortunately, the ladies' toilets were not very clean.

Went to the burger king @cogan. What a difference to the regular BK than cardiff. Food was done really good. Really clean and what good service. Fast and precise.

Burger is almost always very nice. Post covid sitting arrangements are weird. No trays, my table was a bit oily.
