Excellent service. Bought here multiple times... Mostly running related (in-store Running Needs), but also outdoor stuff. The staff is always knowledgeable and helpful.

Needed a new sleeping bag but was not sure, on just buying it online, called into the store, really helpful and understanding, sleeping bag was not in stock,staff ordered it for me and it arrived the next day, I was told if I was not happy for whatever reason I could just take it back and have a full refund, more than happy to recommend and if I needed anything else I would have no problems in going back to the store

I visit the store from time to time and always receive excellent advice from a member of staff who is often there with blonde hair and glasses (I don't know her name unfortunately!). I can not fault her service and advice and I'm always impressed with the quality of the products purchased

Great range of products. Very knowledgeable staff and most helpful. The lady in the shoe dept was most patient and I made the right choice eventually, good effort.

My son came for some footwear he is very difficult to fit . Jade was fantastic and patient she smiled never complained we had to exchange footwear that not an issue great service Thankyou will be be back to Cardiff Cotswold again .

Went here looking for some boots even tho they didnt have the ones their website said they had the staff there took me through all the other compatible ones they have, they have so much knowledge and experience so you can trust them, i highly recommend everyone popping in and seeing what great deals they have on just take a wonder around the store

Excellent shop, really helpful staff. Brought one of my nearly 3 year old Roben walking poles back after one of the clasps/clips had broken off. No hassle as Gareth replaced the poles under warranty. Would highly recommend this store

Brilliant customer service. I was chaining my bike up outside the store when one of the store assistants came out and asked me if I was coming in and do i want to keep my bike in the store whilst I have a look around the shop. (my bike is an expensive mountain bike) I was very grateful as I was worried it would get stolen outside. Anyway this guy was awesome. (long hair and tattoos, hopefully he's on like at least £13-£14 per hour) guy is a legend. All the other staff were kind as well. Good store. Give that guy a raise.

Fantastic service today. Took my husband to get a pair of walking boots. Very helpful chap talked him through all the different types of boots. We had our dog with us too and she was welcome even though she was wet as it was raining. Nothing was too much trouble. Good variety too. Thank you, both myself and my husband said we wouldn’t go anywhere else when looking for good quality outdoor clothing and footwear.
