Excellent rooms and service. Staff are professional. Run by a Dentist Doctor and a Teacher wife. A family run high class hotel. Much appreciated for a Bhutanese hotel to maintain such a high standard. Front Desk, Restaurant and Room Service people all very very helpful. Swimming pool is perfect for kids and family. Keep up the standard.

I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. Had dinner and breakfast here. Above average food. Rooms are decent sized and if you wish, they can accomodate 3 people with an extra mattress. The hotel is located in a peaceful place. Approximately 1 km from Phuentsholing city center. You can walk down to the city center and have food there if you wish to (cheaper than the hotel). The staff is very polite and helpful (like any other place in Bhutan). They were short staffed when I visited (understandably so as it was festive period). They have a swimming pool in the lobby area and a gym on top floor. More than decent option for a short stay in Phuentsholing (especially if you plan to travel to Thimphu from here).

This is one of the best property in Phunsholing Bhutan. I stayed here and we used to give this property for our Guests too and got a very good review. The food is excellent. Rooms are good. We have an option for twin or double sharing rooms. Pool is also available. Evening if we want, we can walk to the market area, its not too far. Staff service is also excellent. Lift service available. Big reception area they have. Over all very good experience.

Nice place. Classy decor. Menu is good. Preparation of dishes is nice. Tried vegan pad thai and lentil soup .. really tasty and filling. Staff is courteous. Little bit trouble with finding housekeeping people.

No hot water! No Welcome Drinks! They charged 150+20% tax for a very poor coffee. They Charge separately for the swimming pool lol. Not recommended at all.

Rooms are spacious , furniture top notch n well maintained. Washroom impeccable n big. Staff very courteous.. Snacks ordered from their restaurant wer delivered to the room hot n tasty also hygenically packed. Every nook n corner of this hotel is spacious n very tastefully adorned . One of the best hospitality I hv experienced in Bhutan. Value for money anytime. Ps. Try their Chilly Paneer,cheese n corn croquet, which r my faves.

Hotel Palm is one of the best hotel in whole of Phuentsholing, Bhutan. It has amazing service and well maintained trendy rooms. The food is very good as well. Recommended for stay and food. 👍 Love their Sunday swimming and buffet.

Nice property, loved the food on day 1, but found pebbles in food second day. Pool is good which is temperature controlled and it takes time to warm up, so you can request the staff early if u want to use the pool. Staff is nice but house keeping still needs to improve.

Beautiful hotel setup in Phuentsholing. Our experience was awesome as first they free upgraded us to a suite room. Second, the room has the best amenities in terms of the furniture, washroom fixtures were top notch. Though the hotel is new so their bar is still setting up and there was some issues during breakfast in terms of croud management but I am sure they will improve this overtime.

We had to stay here for one night each while entering and leaving Bhutan. Rooms are huge, clean. Very good service, food and location.|It’s real good value for money. ||Its close to the market, the view from rooms is overlooking the mountains. Mornings are beautiful here.||

We got upgraded to N executive suite & the room was great. The food (dinner) that we ordered was hot and tasty. Service was quick and polite. However, the breakfast was just terrible. The main town is a 5-10 min walk from the hotel.

Very nice and relatively new hotel at Phuntsholing, little away from the hustle and bustle of city centre. Room was nice, though a bit small. First taste of Bhutanese food here for us, was very good. Staff are very hospitable, courteous and efficient. Definitely recommend it

We were given two rooms on two seperate occasions of our Bhutan travel. The rooms are well maintained and clean. We were given the suite room on the second time, but there was major electrical outage in the room alone. Something to do with the power load. The food spread at the dining area is appreciable and of sufficient quality.

We are from Hyderabad.Last week we stayed for two nights. Hotel is centrally located.Our stay was comfortable.Manager Mr.Pankaj was kind enough to upgrade our room. Room, bathroom and in general hotel is spic and span. Food was good.Staff is pleasant ,dedicated and helpful.I recommend others this hotel if visiting to Pheunshiling,Bhutan.

It was a great experience to stay at Hotel Palm. The room is spacious, clean and well kept. The staff is really courteous and the food is delicious. Hotel Palm deserves all the praises and more.

It was a good hotel to experience my stay here. I liked the ambient environment and moreover, the staffs were friendly and services were good.

We stayed here 2 night during our Bhutan trip, When we entry to Bhutan and at the exit time. Few points I like to mention 1. Rooms are ok. 2. Dinner , they have limited options but taste ok. 3. Break fast, needs to be improve, taste also pathetic 4. We were doing early checkout, so we asked them to provide breakfast in parcel with some bread butter jam and boiled eggs. They provide some sandwich with garlic it was horrible and the eggs was not boiled, its totally raw eggs.

The ambience is good but rooms are quite small if you take the standard size of deluxe room. The most disappointing was the restraunts services. Once they forgot to place the order given on phone and next time when we visited the restraunt it took more than an hour to get our food ready.
