Real talk for those reading this: Mary B. made picking out a chain fun. She wasn’t pushy or anything negative like that, it was like sitting with a friend. I have a diamond pendant I’ve had about a decade that needed a new chain for almost just as long. The necklace Mary helped me pick out is so cute I wear it daily without the pendant. Mary had shown me some cute ways that I could wear it differently. MARY, MARY MARY!!!! If you ever come here for anything, MARY is who you want to see! Mary is the reason why my husband insisted we come in to Zales. I had found a ring I was interested in at another store in the mall. I asked my husband to stop and take a look, but he INSISTED that we head over to Zales & after 30 seconds talking to Mary, I know exactly why he wanted to stick with her. She represents Zales extremely well & probably has been one of my top 5 customer service experiences of all time! She has a very warm and bubbly attitude. She is good at reading people and quickly able to offer suggestions based on every individuals personality. She doesn't judge anyone's ability to afford something she just judges your style and what she thinks might interest you. Idk if that makes sense, but I dont have the most polished or professional appearance, yet she never treated me like other associates have. My husband bought me a $9800 bridal set and paid in cash, we had fun counting the money, which she had another associate named Orlando recount twice for accuracy. She was exceptionally knowledgeable with any questions from jewelry quality and collections to the logistics and process for sizing and everything in between. She is so cute and funny. I really honestly enjoyed my experience at Zales because of Mary. Zales is lucky to have a team member who impacts their customers in such a positive way. Anytime I need any type of jewelry, I will always tap in with Mary at Zales first!

I never leave a review for anything, but in case I have to make a an exception for Gilda W. and Mary B. I found ladies ladies very patient and helpful. I had no plans on buying anything from anyone that day at the mall. Just wanted to get out of the house and do some window shopping. Gilda was the first to greet me. I said I was just looking and if she could could guide me to the mens fashion jewelry. With no pressure, told me not to hesitate if I had any questions or wanted to try something on. Few moments later I asked to look at a ring. Knowing I had no intention on buying anything, she happily obliged. Gilda took out a different ring and said that this one would look much better on my hand. Of course she was right. I really liked the ring. Again, I wasn't going to buy anything that night. I said I would have to think about it and wanted to shop around some. Her reply was very polite and said if I change my mind they close at 9pm. I returned 10 minutes to closing,found Gilda told her that I wanted to purchase the ring but of course they didn't have it in the size I wanted. This when Mary B. comes to the rescue. Measured the my finger and of course, according to the company's website the largest size it comes in was a size 12. I needed a 14. I replied, order it anyway, I will wear it on a different finger. One week later, Mary found out that they could get it in a size 14 was going to call me. But as fate would have have it, I was there to pick up something I saw the weekend before and passing by Zales They waved me in told me that the Jewler could make the ring a size 14 without compromising the Dimond settings if I was willing to wait a little longer to receive the ring. Of course I said YES . I couldn't believe that she went the extra mile. They made the sale and left it at that. A week later and probably hundreds of people later, Mary was carrying enough to get me the size I really wanted. This is a long winded way of saying that if you are jewelry shopping at MOA your first stop should be Zales and look for Gilda W and Mary B. Haven't received the ring yet but this is what it looks like.

Where do I even begin… I would like to start with the sales lady Mary, she has been an absolute blessing during this entire process! She has bent over backwards for us, sent out ring twice to get sized, sent to a store closer so I didn’t have to drive as far, called us on her days off, and has a heart of gold! Mary was so sweet! I bought my fiance and I's wedding bands here. She was so helpful and personable. I bought one ring and then went to do a lap around MOA and came back to buy another one to find that she helped save one of the rings I was pondering on.
