We
went
today
for
lunch,
a
party
of
four
(three
adults
and
one
child).
They
kept
a
lot
of
the
elements
of
the
old
restaurant
that
used
to
be
there,
which
is
great
as
the
decor
and
layout
are
simple,
except
the
half
wall
by
the
front
door,
it
makes
entering
and
exiting
a
bit
cramped
-
consider
getting
rid
of
it.
The
restaurant
is
split
into
two
sections,
and
we
were
given
the
opportunity
to
sit
near
the
cashier's
station/pick
up
area
or
to
the
right,
which
has
a
more
open
layout
and
restaurant
type
feel.
There's
no
good
way
to
bring
the
restaurant
completely
together
because
of
the
staircase
that
bisects
it
due
to
the
apartments
upstairs,
so
it
feels
a
bit...jarring.
The
service
is
great.
Our
waitress
was
quick,
efficient
and
friendly.
She
offered
us
different
drinks
when
the
iced
tea
didn't
turn
out
so
well
(it
tasted
like
it
had
been
sitting
out
for
awhile),
and
our
food
came
out
quickly.
The
food
is
great.
The
onion
rings
were
perfect,
the
ranch
dressing,
good.
The
kid's
chicken
tenders
and
fries
got
a
vote
of
approval
from
the
child,
and
our
burgers
(Swiss
and
mushroom,
plain,
and
bacon)
arrived
quickly
and
with
that
nice
smoky,
char-grilled
taste.
The
fries
were
alright,
coleslaw,
good.
The
atmosphere
is
a
little
sterile,
but
as
time
goes
on
and
the
restaurant
gains
popularity,
I
can
see
that
changing
at
nights
and
weekends.
And
any
place
with
a
jukebox
will
always
get
points
from
me.
The
price
for
the
food
is
comparable
to
other
places
in
the
area,
and
value/portion
size
for
price
is
great.
We
went
home
stuffed,
and
$67
for
four
people
plus
an
app
(no
alcohol
ordered)
is
fair
for
me.
Overall,
this
was
a
great
experience
and
we
will
definitely
be
returning.
Welcome
to
Genoa!
