Happy Holidays everyone! So this experience was average. The presentation of our meal was beautiful, colorful, and eye-catching. I ordered a holiday beverage that included Grey Goose, cranberry, lime, a sugar rim coating. Although it looks delicious, it actually tasted as if I had a straight 2 shots of pure vodka (so definitely can improve in flavor). The sushi rolls that we ordered was "Coconut Shrimp" and the "Checkerboard" I would say it crumbled a bit to easily. It did have a mild taste of the raw fish, maybe if the sushi rice had a better stick to it the flavors can enhance. I can say we enjoyed the salmon salad and lemon garlic penne with chicken. It tasted delightful 😊 Overall, the wait was as expected for the holiday season. I can say about a good 30 minutes before our food was presented. So pack a snack or order an appetizer if you are planning your next trip there for the holidays!

Best Thai food in Meridian! The coconut fried rice is unique and full of flavor! The pad thai is a great classic. Service is good/average, there might be a few things they could do better (like opening the door for you after you pick up take out for your family and both hands are full, they are always accommodating after I ask but it would be nice if they offered without being asked to). Regardless, still a great place!

A delicious and fun brunch spot! There are several mimosa flavors to choose from and a variety of brunch items. Our waitress, Sierra, was fantastic! We had a great time here.

The service and food was amazing! Went to celebrate our grandchild's graduation! We were a large group of 9, so we definitely had reservations and would recommend even for two as it was very busy. Our server was very attentive and accommodating! The Surf n Turf was delicious with a perfect med rare ribeye and 4 kinds of tuna sushi! Husband had the SeaBass and loved it. Everyone enjoyed their dishes and when we come back to Idaho to visit we will definitely return here!

It used to be so much better. We ordered off the happy hour menu last night, and I have to say quality wasn't what it once was. We waited about 20 min for our Kona sliders, but it was over 40 min for our poke bowl and sushi roll. The crab roll used to be awesome, but now it has so little crab it's quite disappointing. Our server required prompting for basic items like utensils and condiments, even after we asked with our order. Just telling it like it is...

I’m extremely disappointed. It was our first and last time here. We were waiting for our order for one hour, that’s ridiculous! Even cocktail that doesn’t require much time to prepare took them almost 20 minutes and it was bad, I tasted only vodka. The food was so-so, grilled chicken was super dry. The atmosphere wasn’t nice, it was so loud from the beginning that waiter couldn’t hear my order, but at 7 pm dj started to play and it became even more loud that we couldn’t hear each other on table, we just wanted to leave sooner, but we still were waiting for our order🤦🏼‍♀️ Toilets are dirty and clogged. Our table and chairs were all in crumbs and sticky. I do not recommend to come here, I can’t understand how this place have so many visitors. I can’t find anything good in our visit there, maybe just friendly waiter, but that’s all.. horrible experience.

Have often wondered how good this place is as we've walked by, and now we know! We ate here tonight on our 25th anniversary. Our wait time wasn't bad to get a table (did not have a reservation). It did seem a bit long to get waited on once at the table, but considering it seemed very busy and slightly understaffed, it wasn't beyond reason. Our server (and trainee) were excellent, knowledgeable, and friendly. We ordered the coconut shrimp from the sushi menu (asked for it to come early like an appetizer and it did) and it was so very delicious! For our entrees we split the macadamia nut chicken and the French dip. The French dip was on this delightful, almost fluffy, yet full, bread. I was not prepared for horse radish to be mixed in with the meat but it was in just the right amount to compliment the melt in your mouth delight of a sandwich with the au jus. We asked for fries instead of chips and the fries were good (could have been a bit warmer). All of that was worth returning for, but the macadamia nut chicken (which we almost didn't get because we are always eating chicken) was five star fantastic. The chicken was moist, soft, yet crispy and all the aspects of the plate and potatoes knocked it out of the park. Seeing a $70 check (we only drank water) felt very reasonable for the amount and taste of our meal. The staff and manager talked with us and rejoiced on our anniversary date as well. We will be back!

We went in on a Friday night, and even though it was pretty busy the wait wasn’t long at all. We sat at the sushi bar and our server Markus was super fast and attentive. We had sushi and drinks and everything was SO good!!! Ali was the sushi chef working by us and he was super funny and made our time even better. The manager Garrett stopped by and checked on us too and was super fun to talk to. Overall the staff and the service made the night exceptional which was so awesome because we were celebrating our friend moving back into town. We will definitely going back!!

We enjoyed the ambience! The music was a little loud at first but when customers started coming in more they adjusted the volume. Our server was fantastic, courteous and gave good suggestions. The food was really good and so was coffee. I appreciated the cleanliness, contact tracing for Covid, and the staff wearing masks and not complaining about it. They also had one time use disposable menus too. Although the food was pricey, I think overall it was worth it. I'll definitely be back here.

Great music, great food and atmosphere. Happy hour is a great way for new comers to try out some good dishes or rolls. Drinks are SUPER light on alcohol, that would be my only complaint considering they still charge full price with substantially less alcohol.

My wife ordered this for me On my asking for a great Fathers Day meal. I travel for work and this is the worst meal I’ve ever received from a delivery and I’m old. Your website and Uber Eats had a 20oz. Prime Rib Shrimp and mashed potatoes for $79. My wife ordered sliders and fries a total of $126+. Ordered it rare was a huge piece of fat and was dryer than the first ham my sister in law cooked 30 years ago. The mashed potatoes we’re cooking cold and old. I grew up poor and have never been picky about anything. If you didn’t want to fill the order at 8:28 pm you could’ve just not waisted my time and my companies money that I fully intend to dispute said charges. I am not a greed Man or expect the world but really!!!!! If this is the best meal I can expect on a day I don’t get to spend with my kids I cannot wait to be back home down South! Is this the state of the USA that people used to take pride in what they made or produced. Never thought I would witness the kinds of service and conditions in our country!!!!! I have had better cuisine at a e n the wall in old Mexico!!!!!!!

Was worst Mother’s Day experience I thank my daughter for being so thoughtful but wouldn’t ever go back again.Update I went back to Kona grill and hade a totally different experience. The food was great and so was service.

Loved this place!!! Hubby was really impressed with the duck curry and the banana dessert. I got the clear noodles with chicken and veggies. It was so delicious!!!

I'm sitting here eating my take-out and realized I have never left a review for my FAVORITE restaurant! Before COVID-19 we would eat there or order out at least once a week! I can't express my love for Saw-wa-dee enough!!! Me and my husband have been frequent visitors for 4 to 5 years now, which is sad because I have lived in Meridian since I was eight and hadn't been here before we randomly decided to try something new! We are NEVER disappointed with the quality of the food or the outstanding customer service! We frequent so much that we are recognized by the staff as soon as we walk through the door (our favorite waiter says "hi" or waves everytime we are in if he isn't the one doing take-out! And he makes THE BEST mojitos!!) We've tried at least half of the menu items and love them all but definitely have our favorites! They also have AMAZING sushi rolls and we LOVE trying the specialty rolls when we decide to do sushi. The Chef's NEVER disappoint! List of MUST have's: - Crispy Flowers (I ALWAYS have at least one order of these) - Fried Spring Rolls - Curry Noodle aka Dr. Greg Noodle (actually a dish that was added to the menu because of a frequent business owner/customer Dr. Greg Callis, who is also my family Chiropractor) - Basil Fried Rice (1 of 2 for my personal favorites! I don't even have words for the wonderful flavors!) - Yellow Curry (2 of 2 for my personal favorites! It's so perfectly blended. Whenever I make my own at home it just isn't the same/right) - Triple S Noodle (one of my husband's go-to's when he wants noodles. It's even become a favorite for our cousin!) - Panang Curry (also one of my husband's favorites!) - Coconut & Pineapple Fried Rice (Who doesn't LOVE fried rice? Better yet? They respectively come in a half of a Coconut & Pineapple) We WILL keep coming back, it's always amazing and we just can't get enough!

1. On line orders take precedent over in person orders. 2. I was told and hour or less and then the guy yells across the room I said an hour and a half. Uh no you did not. 3. I merely wanted to know how much longer it would be. Didnt ask it rude. I nice about it. 4. Like hire more people and be better prepared. Lack of preparation on your part doesn't constitute being an azz to me. 5. I paid when I ordered do why I didnt leave if you are wondering.

The place has the best beef pad thai I've ever had! I also tried the thai rice with pork, also very delicious. I am very disappointed from the fresh basil rolls we recieved, did not have any ground chicken in them as advertised. Also the sweet and sour chicken is unsatisfying!!! Waste of money, the chicken was unseasoned and very bland, the sweet and sour sauce was watered down, would not recommend!

Love the food. During lock down we figured let's have Sawaddee.. for pick-up. The bag was sealed didn't find out until at home that one of the main dishes was missing, and your orange chicken popcorn appetizer was dry and hard, like it was made 3 days prior. I called and I believe I talked to Eric and he promised he was going to give me credit for the missing dish. Still waiting on that.

My wife and I both love the pad thai noodles. Everything is fresh and cooked to perfection.

This place is getting busier every time we visit! Staff is always happy and professional, despite of having all these entitied guests . Our server Christian was great . He knew the menu very well . We had a checkerboard sushi as our appetizer, it can out quickly , the runner was super apologetic as she could only find one soy sauce dish ( the restaurant was beyond busy ) but she immediately came back to drop off another one., super nice girl ! We had the sweet chili salmon ; KG burger ; sweet Bleu salad , and the grilled veggies for dinner . The salmon was fantastic ( with pork fried rice n green beans, top notch ; the burger was fantastic , perfect temperature, fries were fresh , the dipping sauce , however , is a bit strong , we stick to ketchup , the salad was very fresh ; the veggies with jasmine rice was prolly one of our favorite dishes . Another great experience for sure . Be nice to the serving staff please , you can tell they are working extra hard. Keep up the good work guys .

This place just beat the pants off ANYWHERE in Oregon to include Portland City Grill and Rudy’s in Salem. Ryan was an AMAZING server and the food was exquisite, even with the kitchen running behind given it was Christmas. The dj was lit. That was the best steak I’ve EVER had. I’m a small business owner in Oregon and date my wife a lot. This is our favorite place so far!!!

We came here on a Saturday night, most of the shops were closed but this place was alive and well. For starters, they had a live DJ, which played songs that I forgot about, which was walking down memory lane. The service was very friendly. The only downside was that the music was a little loud and it made it very difficult to talk to the service. Now to the food. We had a New York steak with mashed potatoes and skewed shrimp. The steak came with a sauce which was spicy and very flavourful. The steak itself was unflavored but the potatoes were very rich and enjoyable.

Food was amazing! We hit the happy hour so we were able to try an assortment of food and beverages. To top it off, they have a fantastic kids meal so adults and kiddos can enjoy themselves in a friendly, professional, and phenomenal service atmosphere!! Definitely will be returning to try some other items we didn't get a chance to get to!

Frankly, the prices are higher than usual, maybe that's because of inflation. So, expect to save up for the night. However, our experience was phenomenal. The 5 Star is going to our waitress, (Mad) Max. Christi Hing give this lady a promotion!

I came here a few years back, and I felt the quality didn't match the price. But tonight my family chose this place and I decided to give it a try, again. I'm glad I did because their quality has gone way up, much to my surprise! It started not so good because our waiter just ignored us, and we sat for 15-20 minutes without even a glance from him. We flagged down another waitress. Her name was Max, and she helped us and told our waiter she was taking our table from him. She absolutely saved the experience. Super attentive and helpful. She came before we could even ask for refills or right when we were talking about dessert. Max is awesome and a rare find as a server. In that, she still takes pride in her work and the quality of waiting on her customers. Awesome job.

I tried the power lunch! I sampled the lemongrass clam chowder and California roll. The chowder was excellent! I've never thought of putting lemon in with clam chowder but it was a splendid taste combination. The role was good as well. My companion had the French dip and liked it as well as the old fashioned chips. I would recommend this place but don't expect to get a lunch for less than $20. Our waitress was knowledgeable and very friendly. Service was amazing. It was a little bit loud, with the music. Also, it's at the village in meridian so don't expect to get parking very close. Overall it was a good experience!

Ribeye Meatballs along with the Susie Roll was great. The 2 eggs breakfast could have been better..think it was sitting and waiting on the other food so the potatoes were not warm. Waitress was great and the meal did take a while to come out so if you are in a hurry this might not be the place.

Happy hour on the patio is a fantastic way to beat the heat, get in some people-watching, and sample some great drink & menu offerings at an affordable price point! Service was top-notch, and we had no wait to be seated. What are you waiting for?

Great service, food, and drinks. We arrived late on a Friday and after a brief wait we were taken to our table. Waitress was very friendly and attentive. Mind you there were 11 of us. She took very good care of everyone at the table!

Come here multiple times a week for meetings and catching up with friends. All of the bartenders are always so amazing! (Hope, Jodi, Jake, Cindi, and Kyle!) The food is on point and we always have such a great time. Deff recommend!

Thank you Kona for the least than lack of effort. This is now or 4th or 5th time and only 2nd time trying the happy hour. Today is a midday Wednesday. It's dead! We thought for a quick fun "treat" and get away let's try a happy hour. My husband loves the fish tacos. We were rolling the dice thinking it would be different this time for the wait. But it was not. We have yet to get our food ever under 45 mins. Today we arrive at 3:48pm and even called ahead to see what happy hour times began because it is the only time you can get the fish tacos. We sat until 4:36 and just got our food. 😔 The only thing that kept us trying Kona again were the tacos. It is absolutely insane to have to wait that long to get food that is worse than when the place is hopping. We thought before it was due to the crowd but we now know better. Plz give yourself at least a couple of hours to get in and out of this ordeal and be prepared to be disappointed. The ambiance is the only thing working for this place. Prices are extremely high for the quality of food you are expecting. Thank goodness the beer is from tap but even that could be served in a cool glass. For this last trip Kyle was the only pleasant part of our meal. Thank you Kyle!

This is my favorite restaurant. The food is amazing. Great service and fun environment. Highly recommend. I eat hear at least 3-4 times per month.

Best Pad Thai in the Valley, I get 4 star spicy and it meets my expectations which is hard to do, you can go hotter or just plain mild. The sesame lover is also another great choice as well as all there sauces with the meat and vegetables are fresh high quality!

5 star pad Thai! I am from Seattle so I consider myself well versed in Thai Food because we have it on every corner but this place beats them out of the water! It was delicious! Usually pad Thai comes in a large clump if noodles and is never saturated enough with the sauce but Sa-Wa-Dee does it perfectly!

Long time favorite. Somewhat hard to tell how spicy to order I guess that depends on who is cooking and the peppers. I generally order 4 star.

Fantastic selection of Thai and Asian cuisine. You'll enjoy the setting as they have decorated with quaint Thai themes. Seating is cozy and open. Atmosphere feels more prestigious and parking is sufficient for even heavy dining times. There's a small bar for alcoholic beverages. We had some children with us and we felt like the elephant in the room from other patrons. Lots of lunch time menu specials. And prices were appropriate for the plates. Food is flavorful. If it says its hot... then it's hot!

Food is 10/10. Dining in or to go - absolutely wonderful & consistent. Menu is complex yet cohesive. Host seemed inconvenienced that we wanted to dine in....the entirely empty dining room. Server was great - but was chastised by manager who sat , observed and made demeaning comments. Tables smell like sour, dirty rags. Will definitely be ordering to go in future.

The Duck On The Beach dish was amazing. Top notch food and service across the board. Best Thai in the area. Highly recommend.

Our server Dereck was extremely polite, helpful, and attentive with the drink refills. The dumplings were the best I have ever had with the house made ginger soy sauce. The fresh rolls were delightful and extremely fresh. Our favorite dish was the chicken pad see ew, which was bursting with flavor with plenty of chicken.

Just ordered in last night. Usually their food is excellent, and the green curry was. But I also ordered Pad Thai which was a huge disappointment. It was little more than noodles, ketchup, a lot of sugar with a sprinkling of peanuts. Where was the green onions, carrots, tofu, etc? It was so sickening sweet I couldn't eat it. Never again will I order that.

Very poor customer service. I spoke with Selena on the phone following a delivery order. I ordered a pad Thai add shrimp. I paid the 3.00 upcharge for the shrimp. This was an Uber Eats delivery. I received the pad Thai with no shrimp. No big deal. Mistakes happen. I thought I’ll call them real quick. They can take my name down and just make it right at a later date. Easy enough...I didn’t want or need a refund...things happen I even clicked the option to tip the restaurant because I’m trying to support local business. Unfortunately Selena refused to make it right and said it was my fault based on the instructions on the receipt. So I will go and request the refund from Uber eats and I just won’t support this place anymore. It’s too bad there food is really good and all I was asking for is for Selena To take my name down and make It right at a later date. But Selena was argumentative and just told me there was nothing she could do because I ordered from Uber eats and it was “restaurant policy” That’s unfortunate. My family and I usually eat here a couple times a month. Not anymore. There are plenty of Thai places that could use the business after being shut down.

So glad they have re-opened restaurant dining! Ate on the patio tonight. Food and service was as good as always... Inside ambiance slightly impacted by COVID seating limitations, but that is hardly their fault. Happy hour 4-6p, even on weekends. Their Thai tea martini was such a treat!
