Picked up a REL T9X from Goran and the team. Extremely pleased with the service. When I walked in I wasn't sure exactly what I wanted, Goran was very knowledgeable and helpful in guiding me. I was able to sit and hear the system for as long as I wanted to make sure it was right for me without any pressure or pushing. You can tell the Sydney Hi-Fi team love their job and I think I know why, this has to be the most impressive hi-fi shop I've ever walked into. A real awesome experience!! Highly recommended!

This is the second time I have purchased a home entertainment AV system from the Sydney HiFi Castle Hill. Once again, the service has been fantastic, from the initial discussions through the final installation the entire process has been simple, seamless and above all professional. I have purchased three turntables from Goran and his team in the past few years for each of my three young adult children who to my delight have discovered the joys of vinyl. Whilst my purchases have been relatively straight forward, I found Goran to be extremely helpful and courteous in my dealings with him. I have no hesitation in recommending him (and have done so) to anyone looking to either start, update or improve their audio requirements.

Nothing but a fantastic and wonderful experience happened when I walked through the door at Sydney Hi-Fi on Thursday morning. I was greeted by Goran and Carlo, mentioned I was looking for a turntable and an amp and goran and carlo spent the time to show me and my dad what equipment was available. They let me use my own record I brought with so I could hear how the music I listen to sounds on the amps and turntables, and also a pair of headphones I liked. and then I started my journey into the wonderful and beautiful world of music on vinyl. I listened to vinyls when I was a kid but the sound is nothing like it is today. And it is such a different and wonderful experience listening to music like this. I can not stress enough how helpful goran and Carlo were to me and my dad .I have nothing but the upmost respect for them. As they were so helpful and treated us the same way that I would treat someone if I was in the same situation. I will be definitely shopping there again for anything I need. Thank you once again.

Dealing with people from Sydney Hi-Fi was really awesome experience! But one guy stands out by far, and I must mention his name here - Goran Sasic! Goran was not only knowledgeable sales man who was willing to find a right solution for my needs and offer the best price in the country, he was incredibly kind person. Me and my family came from Canberra to pick up the turntable he assembled for us, so he gave us a walk through the shop and my kids had a chance to enjoy the movie in their state of art home theatre showroom! :) They were just talking about that for days! :) He also gave me a courtesy call after a few days to check if we are happy with goods we have got. I will deal with them again for sure! And I almost forgot to mention that it was not even a first time I shopped with them! I bought a Chord Chordate a long time ago,. also got the best price around! Extremely happy with our new media room. The team at Sydney HiFi Castle Hill tailored a great home cinema set up to our room size and budget that looks and sounds amazing. The install guys where very knowledgeable and went about their work in a highly professional manner. High recommended.
