I have been to different spa places but so far this place impressed me most. Free drinks near the swimming pool, heated pool,and sauna, and nice vibe. The spa that Suzana provided is the best. She is amazing, so professional and patient. She communicated with me first about my needs and provided a very thorough full massage along with key areas focus. She seems know what I exactly need without me telling her. Extremely great pressure, right spots, lovely chat. I can not recommend her more and I will come back with my husband.

My mum, sister and I had a spa treatment. The experience was amazing and super relaxing. The staff were professional, warm and accommodating.

Swissotel is my favourite place to stay. You sink into the beds. The spa at this so good, I had a massage after a swim and sauna, so indulgent but so awesome. The doorman was so friendly and helpful even took me upstairs to the reception,( this hotel is above Myers) he even remembered our names on leaving the next day. All the staff are always friendly even the cleaning crew. For a luxury night in the CBD you can't go past Swissotel.

I bought my husband a couples massage for his birthday and we had a lovely experience. The welcome was so lovely, the massage room was comfortable but a little too warm. My husband’s masseuse was clearly very experienced, checked in on him regularly on pressure, comfort etc. my massage therapist was quiet but effective. Afterwards we were given a beautiful little happy birthday platter along with a candle to go with our tea and wine. It was just so sweet and lovely. We went for a quick dip in the pool and sauna as well. Sauna is a dry sauna and was great. Pool was full of kids which made us miss our toddlers and feel guilty haha.

I was there to have a relaxing weekend with the girls, Viktor was so pleasant and lovely to deal with. The massage and facial was amazing, we were able to use the pool after which was nice. I loved the little touch of complimentary glass of sparkling. Would recommend and return.

I’ve been to this place two times now, and I love it. Everyone prefers a different massage style and for me, the quality of the deep tissue/remedial massages is always top notch. The staff are super friendly, the sauna is wonderful, and everything is kept super clean and comfortable. Great spot in the CBD!

Best Spa!! What an amazing experience from the start to finish! Suzana replied to my email within minutes and was very friend and helpfule. When I arrived I was welcomed with a smile! Very relaxing spa, my treatments were done by Becky and she was amazing! I had a full body massage and facial which also came with a head massage! Then I spent the afternoon by the pool, feeling so relaxed! It was much needed after a stressful couple of weeks and I’ve already booked to go back!

As an avid spa goer, I thought my visits to Swissotel would be limited as I try various day spas including those in other hotels but I must concede they are the best of the best. From perfecting every small detail in the treatments from start to finish to the unparalleled holistic experience encompassing the rooftop pool (highly recommend!) and food offering, they are simply in a league of their own. The prices do reflect that but special offers make it all worthwhile - I’ll be back!

lovely staff and great service. Only suggestion is to have more inclusive spa amenities, eg, bigger size spa robes. I would expect a place like swissotel to already have these. Also, the bathroom could do with a reno. The soap and shampoo need to be replenished to a minimum level. The 2 bathrooms I used had very little left. The shower heads are inconvenient because it is a fixed shower instead of a hand shower. The bathroom in the spa/couples room should not be used to dump linen. It is indeed a bad impression of the spa.
