    You guys clearly became reluctant to do proper business lately, didn't you? More than half of your business is selling RMGs, yet you don't even have a fitting room for the full period of your business hours?!? Is this some kind of a joke!!!? You're clearly taking advantage of your rivals closing their shops early and doing whatever you like/not doing much. Edit: threw the pants (that I wanted to buy) at one of those 'blockades' you created in front of your change room, go find it 🥱

    Perhaps roster more than one person to do pick ups during the Xmas shopping period (the lady was nice but it took forever cause she was there by her lonesome)

    Good place to shop. Shelves are mostly stocked. Loving the Halloween decorations and cannot wait for Christmas decorations and their unique Christmas gifts. Downside is sometimes the greeters at the door can be scowling instead of smiling.

    The Nepali female Staff at the self checkout on friday(6th oct) was really rude. Only had cash for payment so had to wait for the specific counter. But she started screaming that i didnt see and use the only card machine, even though i already told her i only had cash for payment. Near the end needed customer assistance but she didnt even listen to me when i called her 3-4 times. Dont know what to say. Really Really disappointed

    If you want someone to serve you, ask for SHARON. Sharon helped me today with my click and collect order. I spilt coffee and made a mess. She cleaned it with no fuss. Her service skills are excellent. I had forgotten an item and she called to inform me. If not I would not have known. This girl is the reason for my 5 stars. Service with a smile. So rare these days. 👏

    Ordered a container to put my pets food. No lid came. It says inside this bucket like container, Dont Forget My Lid but still staff didn't care. I have been ringing for how long, no one is answering the phone. Kmart Hurstville Manager, how would you describe this situation to me. Put yourself in my place. Please staff concentrate 🙏 and value your customers. We are paying for it. It's not comming from kmart to us as free item.

    The store is fairly well stocked, but not the tidiest shop around. There’s always rubbish lying around, filthy customers leaving their empty drinks in shelves, surely they could have regular cleaners. The worst part about this Kmart would have to be the checkouts…the self serves have the worst sensor/scale area ever!!! If you don’t have to call a staff member over for help at least 5 times you’re one of the lucky ones. And the ‘hidden’ self serve behind the pillar that somehow nobody seems to notice is an extra bonus feature that this store could definitely do without.

    The young woman approx 16 yrs of age. When I asked her nicely about printing of my receipt from self checkout. I could do without the attitude. Learn some respect and learn basic customer skills. I blame the management for not advising this employee of how to treat the customer. Not a fun experience.

    I was told I couldn’t return bedding as it was in the policy. Did not see this in the policy. Took it to Sylvania Kmart and they were more than happy to assist! X

    Today I went to your store to get some swimwear not knowing where to find it I went to the service desk to ask . The young lady listen to what I was after and immediately to me where to go to find it . Her instructions were that good I could have closed my eyes and still found it . She was VERY good .She said it was because she had worked there for 3 years and new were most things are .I don’t live close but will endeavor to come back to this store again .

    Just had a great in store customer service experience. A big thank you to Rory who was in the customer service department who tried his best to help me with a return. He was polite and extremely patient and helpful. So nice to receive great service from someone young. Thank you Rory, he's definitely a credit to.your store and his parents should be extremely proud.

    I often went here to get the toblerone on & on 600g (the long stick version) since it was the only store that’s convenient enough for me that had it in stock. For a while, I’ve been going there and they are either broken up into the 200g bars or not on the shelf (replaced for the season for Christmas-themes stuff) even though the online store says they’re selling them there. I would usually try to find another store that sells them, but this is the only store close enough to a train station that “sells” it.

    I intended to purchase a Christmas gift for my cousin, something that was marked ‘in stock’ on the website. However, upon reaching the store, I couldn’t find the item on the shelves. Seeking assistance, I approached a staff member in the women’s clothing section after a prolonged search in the kids’ area. Despite explaining my situation, I was directed back to the appropriate section to find assistance. Unfortunately, after ten minutes of searching, I still couldn’t find any staff to help. In the end, I had no choice but to go to another store for the gift.
