Nothing short of admiration for the work of Peter and Ashley Lind at Lind Jewellery Design. I have been coming here for years and their craftsmanship is nothing short of extraordinary, whether its a bespoke piece from scratch, or jewellery remodelling or restoring. Peter has some fantastic stories about where the inspiration for some of his pieces came from - my favourite one being a necklace and earring set that was created from the imprint of shells from Balmoral Beach, a special place in the heart of one of his clients. Peter and Ashley also play a wonderful role in the community, by sponsoring the local rugby club, Mosman Whales. Peter shared with me some of the pieces that he has crafted for members of the club, stunning hand crafted Whale cuff links and broaches. Beautifully intricate and sentimental pieces. I happened to be in Mosman and was looking for topaz stud earrings for my niece’s birthday. I came upon Lind jewellers and was invited in by Ashley. I told him what I wanted and he didn’t have anything in his shop but said he was going into town the following week and was pretty sure he could get the stones for me. He text me the following week to let me know he had some and did I want to come over and see them. I live a fair way from Mosman and it wasn’t easy for me to get there so he offered to open on Sunday so I could come over and see the stones. They were exactly what I wanted and very beautiful. He said they would set them into the exact setting I wanted and a week later he text to say they were ready. I went over today to pick them up and was absolutely thrilled with the finished earrings. I can’t recommend Lind jewellers highly enough for their service, their professionalism and their friendly manner. Thank you very much. I am a very satisfied customer.
