    Worst experience ever!! First and last time we will shop at Early Settler. 5 months of poor communication and disappointment. Ordered 15 pieces of furniture in December 2018, was promised delivery on a Saturday! Came to the Saturday of delivery and was told the deliveries don’t come to our area on a Saturday. Had to pick up all our furniture ourselves, arrived to be advised only half our dining table chairs weren’t in stock. Brought what we could home and was shocked that we had two bed side tables with different handles. We were then told to wait until May for the new shipment, May arrived to then be told the stock that we had bought was now discontinued and they would have to look for the older stock in other stores. 2 Weeks later, receive a phone call to say that they could not find any other store who had the bed side table although they had one in there discounted section of the store. Arrive to pick up the bed side that had been put aside to find the corner scratched, chipped and re-glued. Staff did not seem to be concerned, as there was no urgency to solve the matter. Pure disappointment!!

    Afters Years of Purchase history this company wont even give a discount on a purchasing a new Shaving Cabinet. Due too a faulty shaving cabinet being supplied where the door fell off. We were told its outside of the warranty period. They havent lasted 12 months form date of install. Its not like we swing on the doors the hinges are totally faulty. Therefore off to the consumer tribunal. I suggest any customer beware of this company. Please Understand They wont aid in problems or offer you a call NOTHING and are ghost when problems arise.

    We managed to find this beautiful mirror at the EARLY SETTLER for only $ 270. Best price for a mirror on Blaxland Rd. Friendly service. We love the uniqueness. Thank you Home Imagician Interior Design

    So after nearly 4 months of waiting for our order, I get a text saying that it has now arrived. BUT I have to pick up within 5 days or pay a storage fee of $50 per day hahaha that's bloody funny hey. AND then it says that they only do pick ups from the warehouse 2 days a week, on Monday and Thursday between 9am-2pm 😂😂😂 even funnier. So I wait patiently for FOUR MONTHS only to be told I can't pick it when I'm available to (certainly not on Monday or Thursday between 9am and 2pm ONLY) and because I can't, I will be charged $50 a day storage fee until I collect it. Yeah, I'm going to have a really hard think before I even contemplate about purchasing from this store again. Rant over.

    I had to wait 2 months for my lounge to arrive which is fine. I knew I had to wait. On the invoice they advised they would call me when I can pick it up. They didn't. After the expected arrival date I called the store to ask an updated arrival time. They then said it's arrived, I can pick it up from the warehouse after paying the outstanding balance. I asked them what time does the warehouse close. They said they close at 5pm. I asked them to confirm it because regarding to the invoice the warehouse closes at 3pm. So I went to the store at 1:45pm, payed the outstanding balance and they said I cant pickup the lounge today because the warehouse closes at 2pm. The staff said they are leaving the warehouse at 3:30pm bit pickup is only till 2pm. I wanted to talk to them but they didn't give me the warehouse number. I am very disappointed. I will have to have another day off to pick up my lounge just because the staff in the warehouse doesn't want to deal with customers after 2pm, however they are there.

    Don't order online with Early Settler! I paid $99 for shipping and my order was delivered out on the street on a Saturday with no notice it was coming that day and no proper packaging. I just got a photo of the order from the courier and they ignored the instructions to leave the order in the bulding. The order wasn't there and I got home. Have had back and forth with customer service and they're just saying it's been received.

    Lovely staff this morning at Campbelltown ESR store. Annuli Jules Helped with great customer service whilst I was there buying The Roselee statue . Such a warm and welcoming person to deal with . Happy 5 stars !

    Purchased a free standing kitchen from the Campbelltown store stating that it had to be delivered into the first floor of our house. Two separate delivery teams were unable to complete the delivery. The last stating that we needed a scissor lift. After talking with the store & head office, a refund was issued that will cover the cost of the scissor lift. We would both like to thank Denise from the Campbelltown store & Jess from head office for exceptional customer service that went well beyond their responsibilities. Kind Regards.
