    The best gluten free pastries out there. Can’t go past any of the croissants but the pies really do hit the spot as well. My partner who is not GF rates these as the best pastries and I believe pricing reflects the quality of product. Great coffee and not to mention the incredible service every time you step foot in the door to check the customers are all doing okay and taken care of. Would travel from far and wide for anything from Sebastian San Gluten

    French trained classic pastry chef near Leichhardt market town. Popped in on the way to do a bit of shopping. Range of good looking pastry to choose from. I ordered a lemon tart. I am a tough male (a little overweight) and do not use words like "divine". The lemon tart was, however, divine!! The coffee is also excellent. Ps: I rarely rate anything 5 star... Enjoy

    Such great GF pastries and baked goods here! Their ham and cheese croissant is a must have. Service is efficient and friendly, and sometimes Sebastien himself is around for a chat. Highly recommend both sweet and savoury pastries, you can’t really go wrong. Make sure to also go early so you don’t miss out.

    I finally got a chance to go here a couple of weeks ago and oh my, what an experience!! I tried a big selection of their products and they were all incredible!! I would not have known that they were gluten free, nor would my husband who can eat gluten. And that chocolate eclair was heavenly 🤤 The effort and dedication that Sebastien puts into creating gluten free products that are delicious, stunning and taste just like the originals, is remarkable. If you are Gluten Free and haven't been here yet then you absolutely need to make it a priority!!! And if you're not gluten free, you will love it too!     The best gluten free bakery in Syd. The food is amazing, the croissant is perfect! There is always something new to taste . The nutella croissant is the best thing I’ve ever eaten. Everything is so fresh and amazing. My favourite place in Sydney.

    The entire place is gluten free. No cross contamination. The owner/chef Sébastien, is very nice and friendly; easy to speak with. He made a recommendation to try the eggplant hummus croissant. It was absolutely delicious. Not something I would have tried on my own. The croissant was light and flaky the mix of hummus and eggplant was creamy and savory. Plus there was an added flavour with the sesame seeds and a little heat. Very good. We also tried the chicken pie, crust was light and tender not doughy. Pepperoni croissants was very good and the Palmier was lightly sweetened, flaky and crispy. Which is right up my alley. A must go to in Sydney. We wish he was in Arizona. Staff are all very friendly and willing to answer your questions!

    Definitely the best GF bakery in Sydney 🙂 You can feel the love and passion and the craft they put into their products. Pure delight. The quality is better than any other GF bakeries in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane by miles.

    Went with my mum for breakfast and had my first pain au raisin since being diagnosed with coeliac, and it is the nicest gluten free pastry I’ve ever had. We had to take some more pastries to-go. Definitely will be coming back very soon! The pork sausage roll and the spinach and feta are also a must get!!! Thank you for such a wonderful experience.
