Below average customer service. Slightly better alcohol ratio for drinks menu as compared to some of the other karaoke places I’ve been to. A lot of menu items were missing - we had to end up ordering mi-gorang with eggs and other oven baked items; and being charged slightly dear for them.

I messaged them on their facebook group to ask if they had a website since the page didnt have the link or even their rates. Given the small page following, I thought maybe they don't have a website but I still asked anyway. Then the only reply I got was 'You can google it'. For me this is a very rude way to answer a query. No hi hello, just that line. I've read other old reviews about bad customer service. No wonder.

Had my birthday party there, very nice service and even put balloons in the room without me asking. nice lights and speakers were very good have a good selection for room sizes. very good communication with me and the staff with the planing of the party. would definitely come again. def recommend

Let me preface this by saying I don't know much about karaoke but this looked pretty good to a gwailo. There was a wide range of alcohol although I think they are working on the food offering as there's a chef due to arrive next week. Huge TV's and great sound with nicely laid out rooms. We had quite a few people so we asked to upgrade to a bigger room and they did that for us which also had a built-in toilet. I don't know if that is standard but it's very convenient. Given the amount of Chinese people in Burwood and that go to KTV there are a predictably large number of Chinese songs and artists I thought I did find it a little hard to find Western artists beyond the major pop names like Justin Bieber Taylor Swift Madonna Katy Perry. The group I was with was all Chinese so it wasn't really much of an issue and no one really noticed once they started playing the drinking games. Overall very good experience and I would definitely go back.

They've got plenty of rooms for karaoke and a nice collection of Hollywood songs, good ambiance, nice lighting options. But sometimes, some songs won't have lyrics or you won't find some famous song which is a downside. Nice Korean food served and drinks.

Best staff in Australia. Gave us the best drinks and helped us have the best time ever.

A birthday party for my friend, spent over $1k the night, the KTV staff wouldn’t offer a plate for our cake. Drinks also came appeared less than normal, ordered 10 bottles of beers, only two half jug…. Average Enviroment- room with smell. Good music and fitout.

I was thrilled to find a karaoke bar that had 2 times by Ann Lee, lovely atmosphere all round, highly recommend the melon bomb cocktail with added pineapple juice. I’ll be back to try the money gun! 💵🔫

Anyone visiting this establishment must be aware of a lanky four eyed staff who was rude, unhygienic, aggressive, and unstable. He failed to extend our 2 hour session as promised after our session got interrupted by technical difficulties. When questioned of this failure, instead of remediating the matter, he became increasingly confrontational verbally. We left the premise and waited outside for our friend to make payment. While waiting outside, the lanky staff confronted us and accused us of taking pictures of him. Before we could say anything, he whipped out his phone and attempted to take a picture. Physical tussle ensued before the security guard stepped in between us. He shouted some profane remarks before going back into the premise. Can’t believe this lanky man laid hands on women patrons. We suspect this staff was under the influence of illicit drug due to his erratic and disproportionate behaviour towards us. Anyone who comes here, especially females, should be cautious of this lanky four eyed staff wearing a Belanciaga jacket.
