Wanted to try the "pizza pie", that was a mistake! It's a bloody Calzone lol The beef, cheese and BBQ sauce, was so YUK and the cheese wasn't even melted even though it was hot, the ham, cheese, tomato wasn't much better. Pizza Hut better stick to pizzas and leave the "pies" for the bakeries. Service was nice though #piefail

Pizzas were overcooked somehow, too much sauce and not enough cheese. Supreme was OK (pepperonis were like dried cardboard) but meatlovers was bad, barely any meat or cheese and mostly BBQ sauce. Service was fine. Not sure what's going on cause some pizza huts are amazing (Beverly Hills) and some are so dissapointing (this one).

I ordered barbecue chicken and hot and spicy chicken. There was a good amount of topping on both the pizzas and they were for a good price too. 2 large for $18. The pizza has improved a lot. Great work Pizza Hut Earlwood :) 👍

Delivered late, cold and cut to ridiculous sizes. Dont waste your time. Update: upon complaining they came back to take the pizzas, yet to receive a refund.

I ordered one veggie sensation today the chubby girl who was is customer service was so down to earth she was busy cutting the pizzas tho she was smiling with every customers and serving the job And pizza was also amazing Thanks to the pizzahut team

Don't know what happened with this pizza hut... They were our go to for about 9 months for cheap pizza and sides and fairly reliable and consistent, then all of a sudden the quality plummeted. They gave us an absolute mess of a pizza quite literally drowned in hollandaise sauce (with additional bbq sauce that the pizza doesn't come with), no apology or explanation, which made us sick despite our best efforts to mop it up.. Then after a month we gave them another shot thinking it was probably a fluke, and the pasta tasted metallic and off, the meat lovers tasted like fish, and the brownie also tasted like metal. Did a new manager come in? Are rusty, broken, or dirty implements being used to prepare the food now?? Don't think we can order from them again as I'm worried about food safety now. Honestly upsetting :/

Girl on the front named prena. She was so sweet. When i went there i had no idea what to order but she helped me with the best option for pizza. It was so good 😊 .Service was fast. I will come here again..best pizza in town.

I have the same problems with other customer.. I have been waiting for my refund because I never got the pizza because same issue..delivery driver couldn't find my address but actually my address is only 10 - 15 minutes drive from the store . And I have tried to contact store many times but it went through voicemail so I don't know where is my pizza so I contacted customer service and told them the whole story that I aren't happy with the service and would like to get refund as because I didn't receive my pizza but store manager refused to refund me . And now I still waiting for my refund . NEVER AGAIN THIS STORE !.

If I could give it 0 I would. Ordered on a Saturday afternoon. After almost an hour after placing order called the 13 number to be told it should have been delivered 25 minutes earlier. The store is less than 2km from the delivery location. When it turned up it was cold, rock hard and the equivalent of a supermarket frozen pizza. Strangely enough after complaining and requesting a refund, a driver was sent straight away to pick up the order to take back. That timeliness would have been great when delivering a paid product.

Ridiculous. Don’t be fooled by their discounts. This is meant to be a large. Pathetic. Two pieces of actual pizza have two slices of pepperoni… No wonder you pay first.

Long wait for pickup; they don't follow directions; there were no chilli flakes; I asked for a clean pan and cutter, but the person cutting my pizzas in front of me was using an old one.

Ordered one of these to be thin n crispy , so the kitchen hand gets it wrong then the manager cutting the pizza gets it wrong and sends this out , also Pepperoni Lovers use to have 32 pieces of pepperoni on it when I worked there , so pay $2.50 extra for extra pepperoni and still don’t get extra or even 32 pieces , reminded how bad this place has become , no effort no care. The pizza was horrible. It arrived cold and soggy, completely tasteless as if this business did not care in food quality. No good and will never order from Pizza Hut ever again regardless of suburb.

The Indian guys working there only Tiny pizzas and call it large .. the pizzas had rubbish amount of toppings they didn’t even care these people need to get be replaced … they wouldn’t even give me a refund I paid for extra cheese and I have a hole in the middle of my pizza with out cheese I wish I could upload this photo it’s horrible

We ordered 2 mutagen pizzas and charged $28.90. We were delivered 2x stock standard pizzas... no mutagen which is charged as extra. We called the store and were offered 2x fresh delivered pizzas in the style we ordered. This is simply a waste of time and food so we asked for a credit due to the error. We were given an $18 credit which is something, but it isn’t the whole value of what we were charged. How is this ok? As well, why would we order from this store again when the pizza delivered was dry and tasteless? We would have been better off eating cardboard.

Bring back dine in Pizza Hut like it used to be, picked up a pan pepperoni at lunch time and it was superb. Fresh, hot and delishious. Not to mention the Hershey chock chip cookie. The is a dine in at Windsor but it is a bit to far to travel

The pizzas were great…. Tasted spot on.The only thing that makes me scratch my head is waiting for 3-4 minutes at the front counter, and yelling out “ hello” before anyone adknowledged my presence…. Lucky I wasn’t a thief.

I came to pick up my order around 4pm yesterday (Tuesday 5th April 2022) There was 2 girls working there yesterday One of them was new, so she didn't say anything But the other one was a regular worker The customer service from the regular worker as appalling and disgusting. This Asian man ordered his pizzas, and he was complaining that they left his pizzas in the heated platform for 2 hours and they never called him to see if he was coming to pick up or not. She replied "show me a receipt and we will make you new ones" But he was quite old so he doesn't know much. He decided to just take the SOGGY pizzas and go. When he was talking to her, she didn't even bother looking at him. This is just disgusting customer service. Just turned me off from ordering Pizza Hut in Earlwood ever again.

Didn't order but my phone died in the middle of commute and I am new to Sydney having lived in other states. The girl at the front did not hesitate to let me use their wifi and suggested alternative routes to go home. Says a lot about their customer service and would vouch for their friendliness.

Abysmal. Thought I'd give PH a go after staying away for a few years...looks like I'm staying away a few more years. Quality was terrible and promotional material on packaging was expired. "Large chips" was a joke.
