    They trapped us inside the car park and the person infront was trying to exit but he couldn't pay because the machine didn't work he tryed called them and no one helped he had to go all the way back up to pay and come back down then it was our turn the price was $3 paying by card didn't work and calling them for assistant didn't result in any good. all you would receive is disrespect. at the end we had to reverse all the way back and also the people behind us after we went up a level and payed we tryed to go back down but cars were going the wrong way back up and it was a disaster. All that because a the machine didn't work so they wouldn't let anyone go no mater what Definitely not there fault and worth the time spend there we spend about 30 minutes trying to get th F out of this place and all they wanted to get to let us go was 3 dollars!! Unbelievable.

    Very convenient car park. However, the best of this car park is the officer that helps dozens of people everyday to get out of the car park as efficient as possible and assists with any issue. This makes the car park more personal and engaging. She is awesome. Managers should be very proud of her. You don't see people as dedicated as her very often. Well done!

    Extremely worst experience, i was rushing to work , left my wallet at home. I’ve always paid with my phone for pass over a year. They dont have the option the pay with phone. Stuck at front gate with long line , ask staff if i couldnt transfer her the money and she gave me the cash to pay my parking ticket, said they cant help and directed me to call head office . Called head office explained and asked for same things if there is any account i can transfer the money too, woman from head office responded if you dont remember your card number , you have to call someone to pay for you or they cant do anything about. THERE WAS A LONG LINE BEHIND ME AF FRONT GATE, STAFF stayed in the booth eating without doing any help. Worst carpark ever. Everyone should avoid this carpark and just simply park in westfield

    By far the worst car park in Sydney. It’s 2022 and they don’t except tap & pay!!! Only cash and an ACTUAL credit card. I couldn’t believe it!!!! It was by far one of the worst experiences Ive ever had. They trapped me in the car park as I did not have a physical card or cash on me. All I needed to pay was $3 for 2 minutes over the free half hour. It was such an awful experience. You really need to get sort your car park out and have better PAYMENT METHODS for the world we live in. What an absolute joke of a place.

    Used the carpark this morning and entered at 10:07. When I went to leave at 11:05, the ticket machine said I had been in the carpark LONGER than 1 hour. The ticket machine had been set 5 mins later than what the actual time was, so I was made to pay for 2 hours even though I was there for less than that. How desperate are they for a few extra dollars?? ALSO THEY DONT ACCEPT TAP PAYMENTS (apple pay) SO YOU NEED THE ACTUAL CARD OR CASH.

    very rude staff. was screamed at by a woman in a hivest standing right in front of the exit door. also was not sunday rates for a public holiday. park at westfield instead 👍🏻

    My favourite car park in Parramatta. Easy and convenient. Close to Westfield's. Prices are good, $14 for a whole 9-5 day. The only issue would probably only really be that some spots are really tight and could damage your car or whatnot but other than that, great carpark!

    Been use this car park for the last 2 years before pandemic but since back to work recently it was over charged me twice with 3 weeks apart. Been emailing and calling customer service for my refund and still nothing. Customer service really bad on the phone after waiting on the phone for 45 minutes and they said the will process my refund and still nothing after 6 weeks 😡. *Edit follow up : I've sent email on the day I've received the respond and its been a week and no one reply my email let alone give my refund back :( UPDATE: I just sent the message through FB messenger 10/05/22 and Attn: Rei and Allan. Someone has read my message and let see how long it will take to respond and process my refund.

    Don’t ever park there. Waited over 49 minutes to exit because there machine wasn’t excepting the ticket as it kept spitting out, so drive to the boom gate where it did the same, called the help line when she told me to insert my credit card in which it still wasn’t excepting. Machines had a note wasn’t taking coins. Called the info line to wait a long time to take payment. The second book gate also had a car stuck and wasn’t excepting any form of card from him to. Traffic was heavy behind me and the lady wouldn’t open up the gate over literally $6. Disgusting

    Good value. Some spots are very tight, but pick the right one, and you have a wall on one side, and a post on the other, making damage to your car very unlikely.

    Can do better with changing old ticket machines to new. Got little issue paid at self service machine can still need to call staff to leave car park after we finish watching vivid Sydney at night.

    Limited spaces but overall nice and clean. You should only park here if you're here for the Department of Home Affairs business. Otherwise use the Parramatta Station Carpark just up the road.

    AVOID ! Payment is only by cash or physical insert of a card, ie you can tap and pay with your phone. Was trying to get out at 9pm at night and I had to call the help line to pay via phone but then no one opened the boom gate for me. Kept calling and calling for ONE HOUR ! Worst experience
