I don’t understand how this man can have an Australian medical register. It’s the worst care that I’ve ever had. He has several patients scheduled at the same time, so you need to wait lo request. when finally it’s your turn, He is in a hurry and the attention lasts up to 5 minutes. He requested wrong blood tests and I had to go back to ask for a new request. Last time he ordered a bunch of unnecessary blood tests, and when I went back for the results, he just told you that everything was fine, without explaining why he had ordered them, and he don’t want to give you your blood test results, and if you are an international student and need the results to work is a nightmare. I don’t recommend this doctor. My wife and me are doctors too, and this man is the worst doctor I’ve ever known.

I would rate this experience a 0 if I could. It was a major mistake on my part to seek treatment from this unprofessional doctor. As a pregnant woman with a skin infection and cold flu symptoms, I was hoping to receive some expert advice. I arrived at the appointment five minutes early, but the doctor failed to show up even after 40 minutes past the scheduled time. To make matters worse, there were other patients waiting as well. Totally lost word. I made an effort to respect the doctor's time by arriving early, and all I expected in return was for the so-called professional to do the same and respect his patients' time. If the doctor is unable to accommodate patients, then they shouldn't accept appointments. I wasted an hour of my time, taking time off from work for nothing. It was a completely disappointing experience.

Is this clinic opened legally? I even have doubt like that! Quite unprofessional to stand as a clinic in Sydney. Worst experience I have ever been in my life. Appointments got cancelled two times. I had appointments and when I actually went there, there was no one at the clinic. The nurse did injection incorrectly, I got red patch on my arm and couldn’t move my hand for one week. I did blood test and in my next visit, the blood test result was not there. Dr. Baig told me to call lab and follow up my blood test result. I have never experienced this sort of patient gotta follow the result by him/herself in my life. Doctors dont look like professionals too. The way they work and explaining things are quite weird. I wanna repeat mutiple times ‘Please dont go to this clinic’ . Such a waste of time and energy. Worst experience ever! Any compensation for injecting incorrectly? I can even sue with this case.

I have been going here for treatment for a few months and it has been challenging experience. Although the medical advice, diagnosis and treatment are quite good, I have never waited for less than 45 minutes for an appointment. On average I would wait around an hour or more for a scheduled appointment. More often than not, I would arrive only to find out that the doctor was not in and all appointments cancelled. There is absolutely no respect for a patient’s time and after giving multiple opportunities to be completely sure, I have no recourse other than finding a new doctor.

Should have listened to all the one stars on here! I hope whoever’s reading this and thinking about going here does. I called them this morning to book an appointment and was told to come in at 3 PM - not a problem! Lovely lady on the phone. I just went in there for my appointment and first of all, the rudest woman behind the counter would not even look at me and proceeded to just shake her head at everything while staring at her computer. Then some random dude walked out (no name tag no indication they worked there) and asked me what I was there for. He proceeded to tell me the (only) doctor and nurse was out at the moment and he didn’t know when or IF there were even going to come back. But I could wait around if I wanted. Like…. How dare you have “shortest wait time in Sydney” on your communications?? Honestly disgusting, don’t bother going cause no one will be there.

My experience, specially from Dr. Baig is excellent. I travel an hour just to see him. He takes his time to address my complex medical issues which were addressed totally by arranging all investigations I needed. Given me the caused and cored knowledge which makes me understand my problems. I’m now In a good treatment based upon his findings. Going to the specialist I was spending too much money and no answers - Arys Health took care of me Thank you so much

DO NOT RECOMMEND. Waited for an hour and a half just to get a script filled. After waiting over an hour, someone who I thought was a patient (but turned out to be another doctor) walked past me into the doctors office and I was told to keep waiting. I knew I needed malaria medication for an upcoming trip but when I asked for anything else I needed the doctor wasn’t able to give me a comprehensive or clear answer. When asking about whether I needed to do anything else at reception on the way out I was asked to give another doctor a smile. So rude after how I’d been treated. Haven’t ever been so disappointed by the wait time or the level of a doctor’s knowledge. Don’t waste your time here.

Rudest Receptionist that answers the phone... I've seen staff sent home on the spot for not having a standard of mannerism to customers that call. There's better around with a much more pleasant encounter.

Used to be good... But lately all the appointments are late...over 30 min wait. Doc is on break and nobody told him he had a patient waiting for him? Also advertised on the website "free flu shots for students" however when you get there you have to pay for it

The receptionist at the door watching videos on loudspeaker is very off putting and lacks professionalism.. following a subsequent blood test appointment at 8:30am, nurse is 40 minutes late, when I came back, nurse stepped out.. absolutely disgusting, when I'm fasting and a T1 diabetic.

Terrible service, always you have to wait. Don't matter if you have an appointment I've been waiting for 1 hour and now the receptionist told me that the doctor is on a procedure and I have to wait 20 minutes or more to be attending me. Total waste time 2 hours.🤬🤬

WORST GP I've been to - On my first appointment I had to wait 20 minutes and then had to watch Dr Baig tidy up his office for 5 minutes - super unprofessional. After some very high level assessment, he requested blood tests and scheduled a telehealth appointment the next day to give me the results. He never called even though I am sure they charged medicare for the appointment - Since then I've been calling, texting and emailing them to get my results and no reply

Do not and I repeat *DO NOT* book an appointment with Dr Mirza Baig!!! The most appalling service if I can even call it a service given that no service was provided/received during my appointment. I arrived at Wellshare Clinic 5mins before my appointment which was booked and confirmed for 1:20pm (Fri, 22/07/22). After calling the number displayed at the reception desk I spoke to a female associate who didn't even know the state of order of the practice and was surprised that the reception desk was 'unattended'. She then placed me on hold to contact someone after her unsuccessful attempt she reassured me that someone will be notified that I am waiting in the reception lounge. After almost 45mins of waiting in the reception area with no contact from any staff member, I approached the shared reception desk asked the receptionist present (she worked for another physician at this practice) about Dr Mirza Baig, she looked at me and said without hesitation *I WOULDN'T WAIT AROUND FOR HIM* followed by he could be out for lunch! So be careful if you see reviews that praises Dr Mirza Baig, for whatever reason, because if a doctor is completely neglectful of his patients appointments that even the receptionist of another medical practitioner could warn you of his negligence there is a slim to zero chance this doctor should even be seeing patients let alone get a medical degree! You most certainly cannot link a appalling *service* like one seen today to a medical practitioner that exhibits good clinical practice! Not even worth one star, I would assign a negative value (well below zero!) just because this so called medical practitioner is still seeing patients, at this point this shouldn't be allowed - no patient should have to witness such an appalling behaviour/lack of care from any medical practitioner!

The horrible service I ever had. I don't understand why this doctor has 3 stars. I had a plan to go to the city so I booked this doctor quickly. But my plan finished early so I called him to see if I can come now and he said ok. I went there straight away and in the end I was called much later than original booking time. Waited more than 2hours. When he collected my blood, the blood was leaked from the needle, blood ran down on my arm. I needed few more tests. However after the first time, the doctor didn't tell me the processes properly. I sent some emails, no reply at all, he put my name wrongly even tho I checked and edited for him, he never called me even tho I booked telephone consultation as he told me, I called them but the receptionist barely answer the calls and not professional at all. They just keep saying the doctor is busy. I super regretted going there. After I received the blood test result, I need to change my GP asap. You can't get the result soon even tho the doctor already has. If you're in a hurry, I highly recommend not seeing this doctor. I don't want ppl to believe good reviews. But you'll see the truth if you go there.

I have had a really terrible experience with them. First of all, the doctor is always late - very unprofessional. Second, I had visited him for my skin related problem, well that did not go away at all and instead he asked me to do some irrelevant blood and ultrasound tests. I paid a lot for that, paid for the medicines - and no recovery at all! Also, when asked to explain the results of the blood tests, he would email a few pdfs and would ask us to read those without explaining a single thing! Wasted a lot of time and money visiting him. Such an professional and non-cooperative doctor.

Good experience I had skin condition , I went to another doctor, he hD no clue I consult Dr Bsig at the Arys Hwalth He told me about my condition I am feeling 100% good Now I know how to conrol and look after myself Dr Baig gave me information to help me understand I suggest not to spend hundurd of dollars on speclialist, better see him to fix all problems

Doctor is usually late My appointment was at 12 now is 12:50 and he hasn’t show up. However he is a really good doctor so I will give 4 starts.

Today I had the WORST experience with Dr. Mirza Baig. First, he attended me after AN HOUR of my appointment time, he attended first another patient who arrived after me. Second, he left me in the room for around 15 minutes and he was outside talking with his colleagues. Third, I went there to claim my blood test results and he just printed them and he didn’t take his time to explain me, he just wanted to sent me an email with some pdfs or print them for me read it!! Even I asked him everything about my results and he kept saying: “you have to read what I will send you or if you want I can print the text and you can read it in the waiting area and if you don’t understand anything, just ask me”. I am really really disappointed, I have been his patient for two years and he used to be a good doctor, but today he shown that he is very unprofessional and he doesn’t care about the patients. Definitely I won’t go there again.

I wish to commend Dr Baig at Arys Heath. He took the trouble to explain my condition in depth, followed up with written information, and was absolutely approachable. As one of so many patients he must see daily, I was impressed by his knowledge of my condition.

Dr Mirza and the whole time at ARYS Health are incredibly helpful, professionals with the highest standards but also with a big heart for us their patients, thanks for all the help and support throughout the 4 years I have been going to your medical centre

Not transparent about fees. They will book your appointment then casually tell you it’s a private doctors only not providing information on what does it mean. I only found out the information because I kept asking the questions. The fees were $89 for short appointment and $139 for long appointment. Medicare rebates apply but less than a half off the fee (39$ for the short appointment).

My experience is consistent with others, you go there, you wait and no one ever comes to get you. It's all in a weird co working space too so there are 5 businesses or more using the same waiting room. I walked out after 20 minutes because other people here have said they have waited for 45 mins or an hour and I just thought nah they don't have a grip on it. I asked some woman at a desk if she is with the Doctor's and she said they dont have a reception, you have to check in on the ipad out front. Did that 20 mins ago. It's a hard NO from me

I was well looked after over the years. Dr Baig is the best. I will never change Doctor he knows all my health problems Why change ?

Avoid this place. Difficult to find and then no system to log who turns up. After 50 mins you just give up and book somewhere else

I found this place when I needed a GP that was close to work in Sydney's CBD. I was very pleasantly surprised to find that the staff are very friendly and helpful. Particular praise to Dr Baig who went over and above to make sure he understood how to help me improve my health overall. The pharmacist Bob is also brilliant. Great team all around, and they bulk bill :) Highly recommend!

They cancelled my first apportionment without an explanation. Second try, the only doctor was running 3 hours late, waiting room full of unhappy patients, a few cancelled their appointments before me. Very unwelcoming space, receptionist was polite but didn't have anything more to say than he's running late for work. Will find somewhere else to go.

Unfortunately, I had a very bad experience at this practice. When I first arrived at the reception desk there was no receptionist at all for at least 5-10 minutes and when she did arrive I was asked to complete a form. Another patient approached the counter and said that she had been waiting over an hour and a half and the receptionist had said that the doctor was running late to work. As I was on my lunch break, I then asked if there was a long wait and I would possibly reschedule. She said she had no idea how long the doctor would be and couldn’t give me an answer. I asked why this wasn’t communicated earlier, either by phoning me before my appointment to let me know so that my time wasn’t wasted or by doing the courtesy of letting me know about the wait as soon as I got there. Terrible communication skills and customer service! Very disappointed and definitely will not be returning.

Very unprofessional behave from receptionist, disrespect toward patients, appoint cancelled due changing of working hours without any notice.

I would highly recommend to avoid this place. They cancelled my appointment twice and when I eventually got to see them they made me feel uncomfortable and I felt like I was being ignored the whole time I was there. I barely got 2 minutes from the doctor he seemed like he had somewhere better to be.I honestly walked out of there upset cause I felt I achieved nothing and then to charge me $75 for a consultation even though I didn't get two minutes of his time. Communication is very poor here.

Easy to book appointments online or via phone, good and helpful people at the front desk and one of the best Doctor. Very convinient location that's just 2 minutes from Townhall station. Bulk billing for private health insurers too, isn't that great! Highly recommended!

I had an appointment today. I arrived on time to my appointment and when I got there, there was no receptionist and already a line waiting for the receptionist to return... that should have been my first clue that the medical centre was dodgy. About 10 minutes later, a lady finally comes and informs all of us waiting that no doctors are in today but they will return tomorrow due to some issue that we were not made aware of. So basically I wasted my lunch break. Their website goes on about the importance and courtesy of cancellations to be made in advance but apparently it does not work both ways and they do not even have the courtesy to contact the several patients who had appointments to let them know the medical centre was closed. Not impressed and will not return. Do not recommend.

Dr Baig is the best GP I have seen in ages. I’m a medical specialist myself. His breadth of knowledge and his expertise in holistic care is second to none. He has excellent communication skills and is very caring. Wonderful GP.

If I could leave zero stars, I would. Absolute waste of time. After coming in to fill out a driving form, I was told by the small man at the front desk that he could not fax the form as the practice ‘was not connected online with them’. When I pointed out that I didn’t need to send the form online, I simply needed it faxed, he then changed his tune and said his machine couldn’t fax four pages. I politely informed him that it was a standard form which I have been completing annually for years and multiple different surgeries have faxed it for me in the past without issue. He continued to make excuses, at which point I gave up and left. Waste of an afternoon getting there. To be fair, he may have been in a bad mood since the other secretary had turned down his romantic advances while I was waiting to see the doctor.

I've seen Dr Baig on many occasions, and he has always been kind and helpful and knowledgeable. I'm lucky to have found him! And his supporting staff, including the receptionist, go out of their way to help you with any request. A fantastic medical practice—the top of my list!

Very helpful, polite and nice staff. I went for the flu injection and it was the best injection i have ever had (i am terrified of needles!!), didn't even realize it was over!

I never had a GP until Dr Baig. Glad to have found him! He is a good doctor who has helped me greatly. It is always easy and convenient to get into see him, particularly with the online booking system. The staff have also been very helpful on multiple occasions when I have needed something. Highly recommend!

looking at the reviews it seems this doctor is nice its a shame I never got to meet him . I made an appointment for 4:20pm when I arrived on time they said that I still had to wait behind 3 other people. I was shocked that the beautiful and proffessional website did not reflect the interior of the "Max Discount Chemist" it didnt feel safe and seemed very dodgy. The recpetionist was sending selfies on his phone while I was standing at the desk so I cancelled my appointment and will not be returning.

I needed an important document for a court date, I walked in at 12 the receptionist said that they were booked for the entire day and that there were 6 people ahead of me and that the doctors wouldnt get through them until 5, he was very rude and dismissive and wouldn't let me in that day. This decision of his could ruin my life, I hope you're happy.

I had an appointment at 10.40 and already in a taxi to go there and they called me at 10.30 to cancel as the doctor is not even in. 10 minutes notice is not good enough.
