Once I’ve gone there ,I’ve bought Miniso Deep Clean Ultrasonic Facial cleansing. However, when I tried to do this,it hasn’t really work;there were so many pause while I’m using although I changed my batteries that I also bought 8 times .And the biggest thing is that this product has made my face seriously which means that my face starts to become redness,full of more terrible acne I’ve ever had.So, I’ve gone here next day straight away because I knew that after about 1months, the Miniso won’t refund this at all. Anyway, I did try it again and show my face in front of the stuff .But, even though he knew that the product DOESN’T work properly and saw my trouble face, he said WE CAN’T REFUND THIS by ONLY THIS REASON. At that moment, I couldn’t understand what he said because this means the Miniso cannot refund every products it provides even when the consumers claim the acceptable reason. Plus, it is very worthless to keep this without using( I SAID I CANNOT USE THIS ANYMORE BECAUSE THIS MAKES MY FACE MORE SERIOUS. So, currently, I’ve prescribed by my doctor to apply acne cream everyday.I can show you if you can’t still trust me. Anyway I’ve gone there more than 5 times to refund this ;the stuffs in Miniso SERIOUSLY DIDN’T REFUND THIS although I also showed my receipt or even they didn’t change into other new product from this. Last week, when I’ve gone there, one staff said that we cannot refund this at all cuz you can only refund this within one month. Can u believe this ? I’ve gone there the day after though as I mentioned first. I’m still wondering why the Miniso does not refund the product that I haven’t even use this more than 1 time and also with proper reason. I DON’T USE THIS CLEANSING PRODUCT ANYMORE - I’m still keeping this without using. Make any acceptable reason about why do not refund this or even change into other so that I could use this again without pausing. Thank you for reading this and hopefully act for this.

Usually love this store and their staff are great. Was just really annoyed and confused at the sale table they currently have out front of their store with products marked at 50-70% off but was informed that sale doesn't start for another 2 days. You can't advertise sale items and then not honor it then and there. I imagine a lot of peoplewill be confused and annoyed by this. AUS retail requires this price points to not be put up until they are availible at this price.

It is a cute store with cute stuff. Considering that, some of the products that I bought from here didn't last for long I find it overpriced.

I only love going here for the manager, Thi. She's always a pleasure to talk to and have serve me.

Asked for a bag and a receipt, I got neither. The girl serving me just stared at me when I didn’t walk away. I said I asked for a bag, and she said oh well it’s 30c, I was already told it’s 30c when I asked for the bag, I’m not paying 30c on my card for a bag, if she made a mistake she should of fixed it and given me the bag. Then I said fine can I have a receipt then because you’ve only given me the card machine receipt, and she said I can only email you the receipt. The machine to print receipts was sitting right in front of me so I said what’s this for then and pointed at it. She then looked at me like I had just punched someone and said their system was down. If the system was down then y did she never ask for my email in the first place when I asked for a receipt, y give me a card machine receipt that I can’t do anything with? Ended up leaving carrying my stuff without a receipt. For the mangers of this store, this happened today at 2:30, the employee was a young girl who appeared to be training another girl.

You could find many useful stuff at reasonable proces

WORSE SERVICE EVER, STAFFS ARE SO RUDE, BE PREPARE TO RECEIVE SOME EYE ROLLING WHEN U HEAD INSIDE, SCOLDING AT CUSTOMERS BEHIND THEIR BACK (pretend someone can't hear) IM NOT GOING TO COME BACK AGAIN!!!

Miniso always has a fun collection of items, but the lady working at the counter was so polite and friendly, she made it a five star experience ⭐️

Wish I can put minus on this shop, the quality of product is very bad. I bought glass bottle that said for hot water, apparently not. When I tried for refund they refused with so many excuses. BAD NOT GOING TO COME AGAIN

Great selection and range of items, I love the shiba inu plush toys! A bit difficult to find staff sometime but they were helpful. Even held onto our bags at the counter so we could shop for the rest of the day without carrying our goodies. Would recommend for people looking for thoughtful/different presents, or little gadgets for around the house. The specialist things they sell are hard to come by in other places!

So I went there today to get masks coz I thought the last one I ha bought before but couldn't find was comfortable enough I didn't mind wearing it for a long time. But like most capitalist ventures, they took advantage of the situation by making them unavailable online and only selling them in bulk.

Beautiful range of items, I need to give a big thank you and 2 thumbs up for the very friendly Daniel who works there and was extremely helpful. His professionalism really impressed me. I was quite lost and frustrated about a purchase I made elsewhere and Daniel offered me the perfect solution for my apartment. I was blown away by how genuine he was and how affordable the cost was. I will definitely be back to grab some more things and i can't recommend this MiniSo enough!
