    I’m so glad that I decided to buy my new Corolla Hybrid ZR from these guys… from my first test drive… yes I tested 3 or 4 Toyota’s before settling on the Corolla… all aspects of the process was smooth and honest. I was told from the start that I would have a six month wait. Jessica ( the person that looked after me) allowed me time to think, to come back and test drive again and again. I received an honest appraisal for my trade in and was kept in the loop with regular emails about when my car was being built and shipped out. I of course contacted a few other dealers and both were not interested.. not the case at Castle Hill.. from the moment you enter the showroom you are acknowledged and assisted. On delivery of my car Jessica spent a great deal of time making sure that I knew how all the “ bells and whistles “ worked I have just completed my first free service (1000km) and the service department operates the same way. All round they made it easy to spend money . I have nothing but praise for Jessica and the team at Castle Hill

    Very bad service experience with Castle hill Toyota. Split oil all over the car engine leaking oil from the car. Will not recommend anyone to go to Castle hill Toyota. Degrading Brand name of Toyota. Asked for a particular service man to do my car service who serviced my car every time. Asked the service Manager Craig did the particular Technician work on my car and he said no and there was no request made. What a lie.

    An absolutely stand out service from the rest. The whole team from the minute you walk through the doors is welcoming. The experience from purchasing our vehicle was great! The team was professional and listened to our needs and helped us decide on the right fit for us and our family. Even after we drove out of Castle Hill Toyota the exceptional service has continued. If there has been any questions they have been answered efficiently and followed up with to ensure we are satisfied. Just an overall exceptional service. We are so happy with our cruiser and just can't fault the team and service.

    Such an easy and great experience purchasing my very first NEW car at Castle Hill Toyota. Joshua Quisumbing was an exceptional rep to deal with and made the experience of buying a new car memorable. He took his time to answer all of my questions so that I felt comfortable with my purchase as well as going out of his way to show me all the features of the car. Thank you again to the team at Toyota but a special thanks again to Joshua.

    I am very pleased with the experience of ordering and taking delivery of my new Toyota RAV4 on 28/7/22. After a long wait of 14 months, it was a real delight to take delivery. The process was smooth and the staff at Toyota Castle Hill did their best to ensure the process went smoothly and in fact, Toyota Castle Hill was very accommodating when I told them that I would be away when the delivery was scheduled. I was able to have the windows tinted while I was away. I also got a great deal for my trade in car. For these reasons I have given them a five star rating. The delay in manufacturing and shipment was beyond Toyota Castle Hill's control and I totally understand their situation. Thank you for making this process smooth and very pleasant.     Absolutely, awesome place to get your next Toyota or get it serviced. Best price, best service , always with a smile and discounts where can be applied. I would Like to Thank Gabby from customer service, she is the star of this place, she had cars to deliver, customers to call, complaints to attend , but she still went above and beyond to help me with my queries. I wanted to see a model that was not on display. She went out of her way to find that car, bring out to the showroom ,so me and daughter can check it out .She was patient, knowledgeable, explained all the feature of the car, above all listened and understood our needs and gave best suggestions. She did all that with a smile. There was another dealer who would beat the price, but I still decided to stay with Castle Hill Toyota because of Gabby. Thanks for all your help team Toyota, but a special thanks to Gabby. Yes! my daughter had a great Easter🐣 she loved her Easter 🥚:)

    We went to Castle Hill Toyota as they had a car readily available that we wanted. We went in on a weekend, looked at the car and made the deal waiting for financing work to be done. The day that we had to get the car we actually needed to stay for the full day because of a clerical error. The team made sure we are comfortable all through the uncertainties of what was happening. It ended up with us having to take a deal that was a bit over our budget but was acceptable. Since the team took a lot of effort and clear explanation of what happened and every avenues that they've taken to get the deal to be in our favor we found the experience reasonably acceptable.

    I have been dealing with Castle Hill Toyota for over 25 years and as of late with Jessica Irvine I have just purchased another 79 Series with a whole heap of mods and have found her to be extremely knowledgeable & very helpful. Throughout the process I felt as thought I was really taken good care of & not just a number. They are truly a dealership that really cares. First rating for Customer Experience.

    With Charlie, my experience was outstanding. There's no aggressive sale nor any fancy sales tricks. Charlie didn't give me any false hopes. I believe he is honest with real great product knowledge of the vehicles. He gave me the fairest price and assured me with realistic waiting timetable. This is topped up by his Boss, Dave. Everything were supported 100 percent by Dave. Both of them treated my like family. The Toyota Family. I bought from Castle Hill Toyota maybe at least six vehicles in the last 17 years.I highly recommend this dealership. I will still continue dealing with them. I believe Toyota vehicles are outstanding vehicles that lived up to its reputation.

    Just had the best experience with the Service Department at Castle Hill Toyota! I was met at the concierge with a smile and offered a shuttle service. I advised I had limited time for service and the lovely man who took my vehicle had great customer service and also organised a pick up and drop off to my office, done by the nicest two men. I was back in time to collect kids from school, and Alex the service advisor was amazing with the paperwork. Highly recommend!

    Don't waste your time unless you want to pay full price after being asked several times "If I could get you this price would you give me your credit card details" After agreeing, they come back telling you no they can't do that price. Not a very honest bunch. Slowly wasting your time.

    I cannot recommend Castle Hill Toyota enough; from the moment I stepped into the dealership from the second I drove away in my new car I was amazed with how friendly, supportive and helpful the staff were. I was lucky enough to be looked after by the sales manager Jess; she went above and beyond and was always more than happy to help with any question I had, kept me up to date with delivery details and made me feel very welcome whenever I came into the dealership. Thank you for making my first new car purchase one to remember; it’s safe to say I’ll definitely be back!

    I just wanted to say a massive thank you to Matt McDonald at Castle Hill Toyota. Matt helped us find a hard to get LandCruiser, and the price was exceptional. Matt went far and beyond any of my expectations of service and professionalism. I can’t recommend Matt or the team at Castle Hill Toyota high enough!! If anyone is after a new Toyota, don’t go anywhere except Castle Hill Toyota. P.S The 200 Series LandCruiser is amazing!!

    I recently purchased a 2023 RAV4 GX Petrol from Castle Hill Toyota and I must say, I am thoroughly impressed. The entire process was seamless and professional. Our sales representative, Steve Zhang, was outstanding. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and attentive to our needs. He guided us through the whole process and ensured that all our questions were answered. His deep understanding of the car features and specs really helped us make the best decision. The dealership delivered the car on time, as promised in May 2023. The car was perfectly detailed and ready to go when we arrived for pickup. The entire team was welcoming and made sure that we were comfortable during the process. Overall, my experience at Castle Hill Toyota was beyond satisfactory. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a new car. And if you can, ask for Steve Zhang – he'll ensure a smooth and pleasant car buying experience.

    Highly recommended. Specially MARK ROSANO, I have recently purchased Mitsubishi Pajero sport from Mark, I'm based in Melbourne, and I have found this SUV through the web, I have contacted them with website and next day Mark contacted me, this was my first experience that I haven't inspected a car visually and mark had sent me a video walkthrough, I have requested some extra services from Mark, and he has always helped me to do all necessary requirements, I have not given a single call to him, and all went through messages.it was unbelievable service from Mark Rosano, Fair negotiable and really happy with the additional services. (Full detailing cleaning, and small touchups.) Filially I received my car last week and Mark arranged the delivery for me, Wow the car was excellent condition and I haven't expected the car in this condition, exterior was 100% brand new, and he did a cut and polish as well, Mark Rosano hat off to you sir, Thank you for your wonderful service and my wife was really surprised as I bought this for her as a gift.

    I had a very favourable experience with my dealings on purchasing a new car at Castle Hill Toyota. My rep was Sam, and he made my experience not only worthwhile, but memorable, given the lack of real customer service out there today. Sam was patient and thorough when explaining things related to the car which I didn't understand. A total professional with an awesome attitude. All the staff I dealt with were real and down to earth, with a special mention going to Monique on the front desk. Friendly and welcoming. But Sam gets the stars for an all round nice guy and sales rep.

    Just got my hands on my new RAV 4 and I'm thrilled with the whole experience! Special thanks to Jessica for her patience, expertise and helpfulness throughout the process.     A big thank you to Alex in the service department for going out of her way to rectify a problem. I had in my 2018 Camry audio system, despite a technician telling her that there wasn't a fault. She felt that what I was saying may have some validity and asked me to leave the car and she would look into it further. To her credit and great customer relationship my problem was rectified

    Friendly and welcoming staff. All their processes from greeting customers to delivering the car seems to run like a well oiled ship. Car was serviced and a few minor issues I mentioned were resolved successfully. The WiFi is fast enough to get work done. I only wish they provided snacks in the waiting room area, or had a vending machine. Music in the reception area is a bit unnecessary over the tv. But there's a great cafe down the road next to the car wash place if you're seeking somewhere a bit quieter while you wait.

    It is, with the utmost pleasure, and honesty, that I write this review. I have had an extremely pleasant and transparent experience, at Castle Hill Toyota. Even though, Castle Hill Toyota is not my local dealership, I have had no hesitation, in returning to this dealership, for my brand new, Toyota C-HR GR, complimentary vehicle inspection. I do wish to bring to potential customers’ attention, that having driven many other vehicles in my time, I have never had this service, (complimentary vehicle inspection), offered to me. As a result, I have no hesitation in recommending, Castle Hill Toyota, for any motoring services. In particular with this review and my motoring car experience journey thus far, I wish to highlight, Castle Hill Toyota, Mr Josh Lumbroso and Service Department personnel. I do apologise, for not knowing, all of their names. From the moment, which I drove into the dealership, to complete my Toyota C-HR GR, complimentary vehicle inspection, I was overwhelmed, at the professional and caring, customer service. Receptionist/Secretary is to be commended, for her professional communication skills. Information, regarding service time of vehicle, was provided in a very prompt and professional manner. In addition, during these unprecedented times, (driving in heavy rain period, for more than an hour, extremely nervous), personnel were highly professional, patient, friendly, accommodating, helpful, and courteous, upon my arrival, to the dealership. They assisted me with clear and prompt parking instructions/directions; comforting reception received. Personnel went above and beyond, to make me feel comfortable; professional, no pressure approach. Dealership facilities were explained; coffee and lounge services offered. They also ensured personal care of my car. Protective covers were placed on areas of my car, floor mats, and driver’s seat, to ensure, that no damage, was to occur. Most importantly, personnel were reliable, trustworthy, honest, and committed to quality. This is rare, in today’s society. I also wish to highlight, the Sales Team personnel. They were extremely helpful and professional, when purchasing additional rubber floor mats, for my car. It is a great privilege, to recommend Castle Hill Toyota, to any potential new customers, which are seeking, professional customer service, when purchasing a new/used vehicle, and/or, getting one serviced. I am a person, who operates with very high moral and ethical standards; Castle Hill Toyota personnel, meeting them. It is a great pleasure, to deal with, the Castle Hill Toyota Team. Words will not describe my appreciation. I can’t thank them enough. It is a shame, that there are not many people/dealerships like them, left in the system. Not once did I feel like I was being sold to, in fact just the opposite. They were all very helpful with advise and supportive throughout the negotiations.     I am very happy with the customer service in Castle Hill Toyota. The first time I came, the reception told me a salesperson will be with me as soon as they become available. Then a guy name Oscar introduce himself and informed me he was with another client and will be with me as soon as he is finished. For the meantime he showed me where I could get some coffee. I was well attended and all my questions and enquiries were answered. Mr. Oscar Boer was very professional and very patient to explain all the details about the Toyota Prado that I wanted to buy. While I was waiting for my Prado to arrive, Mr. Oscar and Miss Gaby Webster keep on updating me. During lockdown when my Prado arrived, Miss Gaby was very accommodating about my situation and even offered to keep my car in safe place or they can have it deliver to me. I highly recommend Castle Hill Toyota, and for the record I even asked my niece to get her car there instead of Blacktown Toyota. She is going to buy her first car next week.     Great, friendly service from Mark! he assisted and supported me along the entirety of purchasing my used car and was more than happy to do so.     We purchased a new corporate car earlier this year. It’s finally arrived, however, we haven’t been able to pick it up for over a week. Why? Because Daiby the business manager insists on a hand signed form, and encouraged us to drive 45 minutes outside of a hotspot to get a signature to tick a box. We are now waiting on Aus post to deliver documents back to them because of their antiquated policy in a pandemic. These were sent on Tuesday but apparently they forgot to check the post office before they closed for the weekend. Most industries are accepting electronic signatures. We are now without a car, in a pandemic, due to their incompetence. If this is a policy why didn’t they put in this arrangement a month before it was due to arrive?!

    I bought a Yaris cross as a present for my mum and asked the guys at Toyota to make it a special experience and to surprise her with it. They even wrote out a custom message on a display stand and covered the car. Even put a red bow tie on it as well. Special thanks to Charlie for playing it so well. My mum had no idea why she was there. I would definitely be a returning customer and if I could rate them 100 stars, I would. Thanks again to the Castle Hill Toyota team! You are a legends!

    Oscar was incredibly helpful and easy to speak with. He resolved any queries I had and we were able to negotiate a really great price with him. This was my first new car I was purchasing and he made it an enjoyable experience, even my partner enjoyed chatting with him. I'm really happy with how everything went, it wasn't as stressful as I though it would have been, and I love the car I got more and more. Daiby who assisted with finance was equally helpful and lovely.

    I booked my car in for a regular service and a parts recall. Despite the booking being with Castle Hill Toyota for more than a week, they didn't do the recall, as they didn't order the parts. They even had gall to blame me for booking online (twice), despite me receiving a call from them hours after I booked to confirm there was a parts recall and did I want that done at the same time as the service. Don't take bookings online if they don't work. Customer service was poor, but the vehicle service itself was good.
