I have tried many different coffee beans as a part time barista. The ones that stand out the most for me are Segafredo Zanetti. The coffee blends have a real depth of flavour and are exactly as described on the packaging. My favourite is the Extra Strong locally roasted beans. I have dealt with the staff in Melbourne and they are very helpful. There is also a great selection of Espresso Machines for home or office use. Highly recommended.

Had Bought a little Gaggia Besana coffee Machine from Segafredo Zanetti a few years ago. Recently it stopped working and the owners troubleshooting guide didn't help. A quick call with Roberto confirmed it had to be sent back. The quick turnaround time is excellent and I should have it back today. Had our Italian coffee machine serviced last week. Thanks to the team at Brisbane the service was great and the machine is working perfectly.

I only shop online as I'm not a Sydeny local but my dad's favourite coffee is Segefredo. When we found that they had Nespresso-compatible pods we were hooked. This is now a twice-daily treat and we are even happier now the pod material is aluminium and therefore recyclable. We did notice on the inside of the packet there were 5 types of pods available but the website only sells 3. Wondering where else we might be able to buy the missing two? Always very quick between purchase and packing and then delivery and have never had to wait long for available stock. Thanks for making birthdays and Christmas purchases so reliable!

wow, excellent service - particularly these days of long wait times. I ordered in on the weekend and it was here by the end of the week - all complete too. I haven't set up the machines yet but feel confident that I can get help if I need to. Pricewise - very satisfied. They have a price matching thing but didn't need it.

The first machine i ordered came with the wrong plug and I emailed company and a new one was sent. Whilst initially I had trouble navigating the machine with the lever I sorted it out. The pods I ordered are absolutely amazing and I'm happy not to buy store bought coffee. The coffee is beautiful and I am happy to say the customer service I received was quick.

I purchased a Gaggia Classic Pro in April - Unfortunately I have not had any success from this machine and have my regrets for buying it. The machine has been back to the workshop twice Roberto was very good and really tried to help - but again I have not been able to get a good coffee from it -it's loud sounds like its on its list leg. coffee that is produced is either burnt or watery, no classic coffee aroma tried Segafreddo coffee and wasted a lot of time coffee and effect. Would love to return it but because of Covid cannot do so. Now I have a problem with the Classico Crema Filter - not producing coffee after the filter has been been in finish for 3 days- True regrets for the purchase.

The flavours described are accurate & reasonably priced. But the packaging can be improved by having a zip lock 🔒, but it's not important 👍. I love the variety of flavours described. I love mainly Merlo coffee, but I vary between the two.

These were a gift for my mother inlaw, all I can say was she was absolutely so happy with them!! Her favourite colour is red and now she has her coffee with it every morning 😁.. overall good experience and very fast delivery.
