There
are
moments
in
life
when
you
do
not
have
the
perfect
brewing
equipment
at
hand.
That
is
the
ideal
time
for
a
drip
coffee
or
steeped
coffee
bags.
I
had
the
pleasure
to
taste
four
different
coffees
from
STITCH
COFFEE,
two
drip
coffee
bags:
one
Ethiopian
single
origin,
and
one
blend
(Higgs
Filed).
Furthermore,
I
got
two
steeped
coffee
bags:
a
Black
Filed
Blend
as
a
“normal”
black
coffee,
and
the
same
Black
Field
Blend
as
a
mocha
with
cacao
nibs
and
husks.
You
just
needed
a
mug,
hot
water,
and
a
vessel
to
pour
the
hot
water.
That’s
it.
For
the
drip
coffee
bags,
you
just
added
200
ml
of
hot
water
(95
degrees
Celsius).
The
two
steeped
coffee
bags
had
two
different
recipes:
for
the
black
coffee,
you
add
230
ml,
submerge
the
bag
and
agitate
for
15
seconds.
Agitating
is
important!
After
5
minutes
your
coffee
is
ready.
For
the
mocha
stepped
bag,
you
use
a
little
less
water,
180
ml
instead
of
230
ml.
That’s
it
again.
Brew
specialty
anywhere
at
anyway
without
expensive
state-of-the-art
is
possible.
You
also
do
not
need
to
be
a
barista,
no
skills
are
required,
no
knowledge
about
grinding,
such
as
particle
size
distribution,
or
flowrate.
Simply
brew
great
coffee.
All
coffees
were
very
distinct:
the
Ethiopian
single
origin
(Buki,
natural)
was
slightly
floral
with
notes
of
blueberries,
red
berries
and
milk
chocolate
in
the
aftertaste.
You
could
clearly
taste
the
origin
country,
the
processing
method.
That
was
nice.
The
Higgs
Field
blend
had
a
more
traditional
profile
with
chocolate
notes.
I
added
a
dash
of
almond
milk.
That
gave
it
a
creamy,
smooth
texture.
The
coffee,
although
a
filter
brew,
still
cut
well
through
the
dash
of
oat
milk,
and
it
was
a
very
tasty
morning
brew.
Perfect
in
case
you
do
not
have
all
the
brewing
equipment
at
hand.
The
mocha
was
a
huge,
positive
surprise:
you
could
clearly
smell
the
cacao
nibs
aroma
and
in
the
cup
it
tasted
delicious,
like
the
cacao
nibs
I
received
from
Marysabel
Caballeros
for
my
WBC
preparation
in
2017.
Great
memories.
I
also
added
a
dash
of
milk…
and
went
to
heaven!
Soooooooooo
good.
