Ordered a specific bouquet, which they did not have the flowers in stock for due to covid. They contacted me to let me know and offered a full refund or a later delivery once those flowers were in stock. As I didn’t reply in time, they sent over a bigger bouquet instead! Appreciate the level of service this place provides and will definitely use again.

Ordering flowers from Flower City for local delivery is very easy. They have a comprehensive website which shows plenty of varieties of bunches with clear, easy to see images and prices. Ordering is seamless, delivery prices are very reasonable and delivery times excellent. I ordered a bunch for delivery to Merrylands West at 9am and they delivered them at midday. My wife loved the flowers. I’m very happy with the service.

I live in Brisbane but have a friend in Sydney that we wanted to send flowers to. I just came across this company on-line not knowing who to go to. Flower City were efficient, delivered flowers as requested and followed up with emails to advise of delivery. Flowers were in perfect condition just like the pictures advertised. I am impressed with the quality and efficiency and if I ever need flowers delivered to someone in Sydney again I know where to go to now!

I ordered an arrangement of flowers for my parents 65th Wedding Anniversary They are in a nursing home in Greystanes and I live on the South Coast. I was concerned about ordering over the internet as last time I ordered flowers from a different supplier for my mum all she received was a bunch (3 storks) of lilys still in buds not one flower. Yesterday my parents received the most amazing arrangement of flowers. They are absolutely gorgeous. Absolutely beautiful bouquet! I ordered them for a friend in Parramatta, but I live in Canada! When my friend was unable to receive the flowers on the day I preferred, Nitu and Franco made every effort to contact me and let me know about it! They called and emailed me. Selling broken flowers with a high price. Sorry sir, I gently removed the wrapping of the bouquet and I saw a tap that wrapped around the broken stem and only 5cm left for me to hold the preserved hydrangea. Also, I bought it as a single item, I don't think it needs any arrangement to creat the beautiful shape. Could you correct me so I can learn more?

Ordered these last minute at 6am on a Sunday. They arrived at the recipients house that afternoon and were exactly as pictured and looked beautiful. Bought one pot plant here couple weeks ago. But a lady added too much water into pot which had lead to the plant wilt. Another employee only agreed to re-arrange this pot instead of exchange or refund after I come back to ask. But what she did just makes this pot plant look dirtier and messy. Disappointed
