Honestly the most amazing team I have come across. Dealt with the physiotherapists and the chiropractors and I have to say I honestly felt so much better after a few visits with them. They make you feel comfortable they assess you and your lifestyle habits to get a better idea of your surroundings before they deal with your target of pain. Impeccable service, Masnad is beyond amazing. Thank you for everything you’ve done will definitely be back!

Masnad health clinic hands down has been the best health clinic I’ve walked into from my own experience. The service is great and the actual session is even better. There’s no better feeling than walking in with an injury and walking out feeling better than ever. I saw Farah for a physio appointment after some back pain I was experiencing and she is amazing!! Immediately I felt so much relief and she helped me understand what was causing it and showed me some stretches and home remedies if it reoccurs, highly recommended!

I wish if I could give 10 stars to my amazing physiotherapist TAHA, he made my lower back pain gone in a few sessions, i can't be thankful enough to Masnad for having this young man in their team. I had a very good experience with Farah. She is soo good at her job, very detailed with explaining the issues I had. There was no room for confusion. Even though we had to wait beyond our appointment time for a few minutes, it was worth the wait. I’ll definitely come back for her appointment.

Recently moved to Sydney and was told they had an amazing chiropractor called Loubna and boy were they right! Huge improvement in such little time. Would highly recommend booking a session with her! Also a quick shout out to the nicest receptionist I’ve ever dealt with. She is so friendly and actually cares about contacting you when you’re on the cancellation list.

I have been receiving physiotherapy services from Masnad Health Clinic for over two years now under the care of Abdul Rauf. However, when I recently experienced lower back pain and Abdul Rauf was unavailable, I was seen by a new physiotherapist Fawad Faheem. I was really impressed with the way he assisted me and relieved me of my pain immediately. He also provided me with recovery exercises to avoid future flare-ups. I was particularly impressed by the way he explained every step of the treatment process, which was reminiscent of Abdul Rauf's approach. Overall, I had a great experience with Fawad and would highly recommend him to anyone in need of physiotherapy services. I attended this physio for some serious knee pain I’ve been experiencing for several years now and saw Ibrahim. After the first session I could tell how much he cared for the patients problems like they were his own. It’s been a few sessions now and the pain in my knee has almost completely subsided and I can do the things I love again. He made my experience amazing. The staff is also beautiful and you really feel cared for. Will definitely be coming back.

I don’t normally give reviews but I do when credit is due! Masnad staff are super friendly, very knowledgeable and works miracles. Every session I’ve had with Loubna I have went home very happy and satisfied with her service. Highly recommend.

First time I visit this clinic and I must say I was impressed with the staff there, very welcoming , polite , and the physiotherapist Farah Was just amazing. Will definitely keep coming back and referring them to family and friends.

Don't trust 5 star ratings (fake ratings from family/friends), they always want to get your money first rather than looking for your health. Each session lasts only 20-25 minutes (including chatting) and charge you $75, plus late notice fee of $25 (I told you, they're after your money). Forget about discounts from their website. They push each client to finish sessions early so they can get another clients and earn more money. It's better to pay $65 for Thai massage, they actually spend 1 full hour to look after you. Avoid this place.

Great place where you get treated with kindness and professionalism. I was in severe neck pain this morning and have no booking & I called to book an appointment and to be contacted in case of any cancellation. Soon after my call they called me to attend due to a cancellation that luckily happened. They are welcoming & kind and the professional treatment I received made me feel a lot better. I received a call from the owner after an hour from written my review and she was the nicest person. She explained everything happened and offered me to cover my sessions (I didn't want to make them lose money and I didn't feel it is right to accept this) I would really like to thank her so much for her offer and her time and wish her and her business a successful year ❤️ ------‐------------------- I have made my booking on the 16th of December and asked if my 5 visits are bulk billing and the guy who was on the phone confirmed me that the 5 visits are all covered. Today the 1st of February I went to my appointment and the reception lady said no that is not right you need to pay I think $89 as they changed the system (I remember she said there is a rebate of $50 something) I have received a message on Sunday to confirm my appointment and a message yesterday for reminding why no one updated me with the new system. It is a very hot day and I had to catch the bus and cancel other appointments and at the end I didn't get to do my therapy.
