The whole process of dealing with this establishment was seamless and I could not fault them in any way. I was hesitant to visit this place as they are located in the Western Suburbs and I live in Chatswood ( 1 hr away) . I saw an online advertisement with Dr Ned treatment a high profile Sydney based celebrity. I immediately called their office... made a booking within a few seconds and was reminded of my appointment 1 day prior. The centre has ample street parking , its own car park and a large public car park directly opposite. Upon entering, the lovely receptionists greeted me with a smile , made me a coffee followed by acces to a free self serve fridge containing juices , water and coke. Timing was precision and everything went very smoothly. The transitioning between the massage therapist through to the final treatment with DR Ned. Everyone was very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. I have already booked in my second session for this coming Saturday and look forward to many more... and will happily make the 1hr commute despite the fact that I have upwards of 20 Chiropractors within minutes of my house. Also... they have a hicaps machine so you only have to pay the gap... ! A well oiled machine is the only way to describe this place.. that in itself is an understatement. I have been suffering from migraines and vertigo for over 8 years and have gone to numerous places that could not find the source of my debilitating issues. I have been coming to chirokinetix for around 6 weeks now and it’s been a decision I will never regret. I’ve been experiencing lower back issues my whole life, though never really considered it to be a big issue. Dr Brooke has been amazing in terms of finding the issues in my back and the approach on treatment. Dr Jordan has always given me the right exercises to strengthen my back. I could go on for hours about how great the team is at ChiroKinetix! I’ve been a patient for several months and my only regret is that I didn’t know about this amazing place sooner!! I see Dr Ned fortnightly for an overall adjustment & I know chiropractic adjustments might seem a little scary at first BUT Dr Ned takes his time & explains the whole process. It’s such a sense of relief being adjusted & you know you’re in good hands with Dr Ned! I also see the Remedial Massage Therapist Ray on a weekly basis. He helped me understand what I thought was a foot related problem stemmed from my lower back & hamstring tightness. Ray knows his craft quite well and he has a clear passion for it! He takes the time to listen to what your concerns are and outlines clearly what he will do. He has tried several techniques with me including dry cupping & dry needling. It’s safe to say if you’re looking for a great remedial massage Ray is your go to! And last but not least is the Reception team at the front! The ladies are very welcoming, always smiling, always willing to help & add a warm touch to the clinic. If you’re in need of any chiropractic or remedial massage needs be sure to check this place out (they also have a number of other services including podiatry, physio etc). You won’t be disappointed!

I first heard and see this amazing place on Instagram while watching the cracking by Dr. Ned and I thought I need to try this and I did. It was amazing. He was professional, provided advice and it was wrapped in great service. The added bonus also is that it is a one stop shop and I have now been seeing Dr. Moe for my podiatry needs and Ali for my physio needs and I have not been disappointed. I recommend this place highly from the time you walk in and are greeted by the staff to when you leave a fit and healthier person. A+

Chirokinetix has become a great sports medicine clinic to attend! The facilities are great, they serve tea and coffee, the reception staff/practice managers are friendly, prompt, and helpful. I’ve had the fortune of having Spencer Der as my physio. Within 2 weeks of attending, I’m seeing improvements with my muscle activation, form, technique, and pain levels for my injury have decreased to 0. I attended for several months and learnt plenty of things about rehab, activation and strengthening of ankles, wrists, glutes and back. Looking forward to completing the rest of my rehabilitation program and getting better powerlifting results!

Great customer service! This is a slightly unusual review as there were issues. I had ordered several RAT kits for our staff/patients, but given Covid and courier issues there were delayed. But to the credit of HealthKlinix and particular Ned, they managed to make a big problem into a minor inconvenience. Ned took time away from his busy practice to speak to me. And personally couriered over the kits from his own stock to fulfill the order. And big thank you to Ned and the team.
