where
I
have
been
working
with
Pei
for
a
couple
months
now.
Truthfully,
I
probably
don't
need
her
anymore,
but
I
feel
like
I
can't
live
with
her!
After
dealing
with,
training
through,
and
competing
with
hip
pain
for
the
better
part
of
a
year
(8+
months)
I
had
finally
had
enough.
I
had
seen
people
work
with
Pei
virtually,
and
I
finally
decided
I
was
going
to
pull
the
trigger.
Having
never
worked
with
a
physical
therapist
virtually
before
I
really
didn't
know
what
to
expect,
but
if
I
did
have
expectations
they
were
blown
away.
She
was
the
first
one
to
be
totally
upfront
with
me
and
while
I
was
having
the
pain
I
was
having,
and
was
quick
to
come
up
with
a
plan
to
lower
that.
By
some
miracle
within
2
weeks
I
was
squatting
pain
free
again,
after
not
for
many
months.
My
only
regret
is
that
I
didn't
do
it
sooner.
Since
then
we've
attacked
other
weak
points
in
my
movement
patterns
and
strengthened
them.
I
recommended
them
to
everyone!
