Great place to get adjusted and sorted. The adjustments are spread over time and good handover in case your Physio is not available. Only downside is that it is not too comfortable… There’s multiple sessions with no privacy and the owner usually has online sessions without headphones and is loud while other people are receiving treatment. I also have been interrupted several times as she requests some of the staff that are mid-treatment to do something for her, which I find unprofessional.

I can't thank Martin enough from PB physio. His knowledge and expertise got my aching shoulder back to 100% in the shortest amount of time. There were a few challenges along the way but each and every time Martin managed to tweak my program and get my shoulder back on the right track! I'm back at the gym lifting weights and life is good again. Highly recommend him and the entire team at PB.

Pei and all of the physios at PB physio have been the best I have ever seen. I won't be going anywhere else! They worked with me to rehab injuries without restricting training, gave clean instructions on what rehab to be doing, and regular check-ins to keep me accountable and I got to see quick results! The knowledge is unmatched, injuries that I had been seeing other physios for months for were quickly identified and helped but me back on track with my training. Highly recommend!

110% recommend! Pei was amazing with helping my lower back pain. I wasn’t able to bend over for months and now back into powerlifting. I was amazed at how effective the online consults were as it gave me tools to self-rehab rather than relying on passive treatment.

The whole PB physio team are great. Specially Pei and Julia who I've seen frequently via online sessions. Its a weird concept going to a physio appointment via Zoom but from my 1st appointment and the results i have almost immediately it was clear I was on to something. I think my number 1 thing I like about PB physio and online appointments is they give you the knowledge and resources to treat yourself so you can take control of your body in the future. Super friendly and knows all about the movements and strengths required in crossfit and weightlifting

I came in for my first appt to see Pei, and she was so lovely, kind and knowledgeable about the issues I've been having regarding pain when training (powerlifter). I felt she really heard with what I was saying and she explained using a spine model what was wrong in a way that was easy to understand. Looking forward to future sessions with her and the other Physio's. Very happy with my experience.

So lucky to have found this place! I saw Julia Hlaing for pelvic floor physio to understand PF patterns while weightlifting + bracing. Julia's understanding of women's health as it relates to sport & lifting is so incredibly valuable. I was able to rectify my PF patterns and learnt a heap in the process. 10,000% recommend, in fact I took my mum to see her as well :) Thanks so much Julia & the PB team, you're absolute stars! <3

The team at PB Physio are extremely helpful as they managed to squeeze my mum in for an appointment during the end of the busiest month; Christmas period. Paora is a highly knowledgeable individual. During the consultation, he was very informative and used resources to explain the exact cause of my mum’s back injury. He helped her with various exercises to help loosen the tight muscles in her lower back & demonstrated a set of movements to start activating her core. I really appreciate his patience and understanding towards my mum, as English is her second language. He made her feel very comfortable and the rapport they built in less than an hour was amazing to witness. Mum’s pain is slowly reducing and she is looking forward to her upcoming appointments with Paora.

Incredibly knowledgable and supportive team at PB Physio. The physiotherapists were helpful and broke down everything so I had a solid understanding of the treatment plan. Initially I had my doubts with my injury, however, the team was very encouraging and helped me achieve my goals. Would definitely recommend.

I saw Josh who was kind young gentleman in his approach to treating a woman in a lot of lower back pain who was anxious about a new experience. I totally appreciated PB Physio's ethos and approach to new customers. I feel welcome, encouraged by their attention to my somewhat insignificant matter that had flared up over night with a lower back injury during a 13 kg lift. The assessment was thorough and he had such a professional manner while checking over and attending my pain areas. I am confident with the service i had and even inspired to learn more about spinal injuries and rehabilitation exercises for myself in my own industry. I will highly recommend PB Physios to my own clients.

Very thankful for Martin at PB Physio who has helped me relieve and solve my back issues which have limited my performance on the volleyball court for a while. His dedication to identifying and solving my issues was beyond fantastic. Furthermore, exercises he would prescribe were also relevant to certain volleyball mechanics so it allowed me to recover and improve at the same time! Would highly recommend Martin and Pb physio 👍

I got injured on September 10 when I was about a week out from my powerlifting competition. Still did the competition but my deadlifts suffered since I had a bad sharp pain shooting down my leg. I started working with Pei about a month after that and it has been amazing!! My hip pain is not there anymore since she’s been teaching me how to use my hamstrings, how to breath and brace correctly, even helped me with my squat! I’m excited to go back into programming soon!!

This clinic is by far the best I’ve been to. My experiences at PB Physio have been excellent due to the professionalism and expertise of all the staff there. I have been seeing Julia for all of my physical ailments and there has not been a single issue she has not been able to help me with. She offers practical and long term advice for my injuries, whilst also educating me on the anatomy of the body in order for me to get the most out of my training. They are truly specialists at what they do.

Pei and the team at PB are amazing. I live interstate and have only even done the telehealth consults, but her ability to spot dysfunction and prescribe appropriate excercises for them is astounding. I had chronic hip and collar bone pain for years as a powerlifter; within a few weeks of seeing Pei and her team online, the collar bone pain was completely gone and the hip pain, which was bad enough to stop me sleeping at night, is only a sporadic visitor if I do something foolish or forget to do my rehab for a few days. I honestly can't recommend these guys highly enough.

Review coming from across the globe in America, where I have been working with Pei for a couple months now. Truthfully, I probably don't need her anymore, but I feel like I can't live with her! After dealing with, training through, and competing with hip pain for the better part of a year (8+ months) I had finally had enough. I had seen people work with Pei virtually, and I finally decided I was going to pull the trigger. Having never worked with a physical therapist virtually before I really didn't know what to expect, but if I did have expectations they were blown away. She was the first one to be totally upfront with me and while I was having the pain I was having, and was quick to come up with a plan to lower that. By some miracle within 2 weeks I was squatting pain free again, after not for many months. My only regret is that I didn't do it sooner. Since then we've attacked other weak points in my movement patterns and strengthened them. I recommended them to everyone!

PB Physio team helped me not only with my Back Injury leading to my First Powerlifting World Championships but also increased my Deadlift PR and the level of support is second to none! Highly recommend them to everyone who is battling with injuries and to keep yourselves lifting & healthy while doing what you love for a long time. Thank you Pei and Paora! I wouldn’t have the courage to get to World stage without you 🙏🏼

The best service at PB physio! The Physios were willing to do anything they could to help address my issues, and continued to follow up to check in on them after treatment was finished. Would definitely recommend !

Pei and Paora have been so amazing and incredibly helpful. I have been doing online physio sessions with them all the way from London and have seen results within weeks. Incredible, considering I had been seeing several physios/chiros in London for over a year with not much improvement. I love that their approach is all about movement and performance! It has impacted my life in a big way :)

Pei has given me the ability to get stronger and pain free with all 3 squats which I thought was almost impossible. She's the only specialist amongst the physio/chiro realm that has given me drills that not only improve my performance but can be done without having to stop my training. Can't recommend her enough. Thank you

I’ve done a couple session with Pei, and the results have been incredible. I was a little hesitant about doing online PT since I had never done any PT at all. I felt a difference from day 1, so I knew I had found a good team to work with. Pei is patient, even when she has to explain the same movement 3 or more times haha. I highly recommend 👍🏼

I have been seeing Dan at PB physio for about 5 months now following a Grade 3 ACJ strain. I could not recommend him enough. He has been so helpful in listening to my individual needs and providing exercises to assist in achieving my specific goals. I have seen a significant improvement under his guidance and can now undertake many activities I previously couldn’t. Thank you Dan for you expertise.

After so many physios that couldn't help me, Jules and PB team have given me confidence in myself and results that speak for themselves. Jules is incredibly knowledgeable and professional, and has gone above and beyond supporting me every step of the way. The entire team are friendly and approachable, and focussed on getting me moving asap!

I’m so thankful to have found a physio who understands powerlifting 🙌🏻 After several attempts with different physios and over a year of low back pain I’m finally seeing some improvement thanks to Pei! We do online sessions and (via a video call) she was able to do a thorough assessment and give me exercises that relieve my symptoms. We have a ways to go yet, but for the first time since my injury I’m confident that it’s going to get better 😊🙏🏻

Was referred to the PB Physio team based on their expertise in assessing and treating lifters for support with niggling back and nerve pain. I‘ve been working with the delightful Julia (entirely via online consultations) since late last year. It was truly remarkable how quickly she was able to assess my injury and mobility and how well she communicated the very simple and effective plan to rehabilitate my body and - more recently as my injury has settled - to progress my technique. I have walked away from every consultation feeling like I have more and more tricks in my toolkit to help me improve and get stronger. It is a really empowering experience. I also really appreciate that she consults with the both my coach and exercise physiologist who are both Canberra based.

I was very fortunate to be allocated PB Physio as my clinical placement and it was my best placement. The whole team is incredible and extremely knowledgeable. I was really able to develop crucial skills as a student physio that I would value for rest of my career. The clinic environment is warm and fun! They treat everyone with so much respect, regardless if you are a student or a patient coming in. The team really digs deeper and figures out what may be causing the patients pain/injury. They focus on fixing the issue long term rather than just providing pain relief. Some of the patients travel hours to come see the team and it’s worth it because they really are the best at what they do. I highly recommend PB to everyone!
