No
lack
of
shops,
things
to
do,
and
many
great
and
wonderful
people!
The
UPS
Store
@
Suite
485
(Jefferson
Hwy
side,
visible
from
Lobdell/Circle
K)
are
ELITE
at
efficiency...
It's
not
the
people's
fault
for
these
next
2
hits;
after
all,
this
is
in
reference
to
Town
Center.
Whomever
designed
the
layout/
parking
lot
has
got
to
be
the
same
moron
that
decided
I-10
@Mississippi
River
Bridge
needed
to
merge
into
1
lane,
then
lane
shift,
only
the
WORST
PLANNED
INTERSTATE
Exchange
in
America
🇺🇸
😅
Seriously:
1)
blind
corners
around
several
shops
when
the
parking
access
street
conjoins
to
another,
particularly
the
NE
corner
"behind"
Whole
Foods,
or
the
other
side
by
the
light
on
Jefferson...
2)
The
parking
layout
is
abysmal...
way
too
much
for
the
Whole
Foods
side
of
the
center,
vs.
Walk-a-Block
to
get
to
Walk-Ons.
I
feel
for
the
retail
stores
next
to
that
damn
strong
restaurant...
No
parking
for
their
customers
at
times.
3)
Store
Selections
-
While
I
get
in
this
economy,
it's
hard
to
keep
tenants...
The
shopping
center
our
family
owns
and
manages
is
a
challenge,
too...
Get
it.
But
that
place
is
a
ghost
town
at
8
pm...
when
it
should
still
have
life.
Practically
best
location,
location,
location
from
Residencial
and
destination
ease
to
get
to,
but
c'mon.
There's
so
much
local
business
-
work
with
those
in
our
community,
give
them
a
way
to
be
more
competative,
or
work
with
the
local
congressmen
for
tax
break,
or
some
kind
of
profit
sharing
in
lieu
of
lease/utility
reducion,
I
see
a
few
empties
and
know
of
ways
to
make
it
happen!
Cuz,
4)
Yes...
it's
the
recession,
stupid
(bad
joke
@me)...
But
Darn,
it's
expensive
to
even
look
at
anything
in
this
shopping
center.
I'll
drive
by,
and
a
$20
bill
flies
out
of
my
wallet...
