    Very slow with our order! We're vacationing here from Florida and came in for breakfast. Our order # 112793, Guest #793. The nicest was the cashier. The person making our order hair hung low and is long. It took over 15 min to make two turkey sandwiches and we were the only ones waiting for the first 15. We inquired twice and were ignored. Will definitely not return.

    No signs for online or pickup. Rapid pickup is not implemented just a sitting empty shelf. Had to wait in line for ordering to pick up my online order. No help from staff when i ask i need to pick up online order they just said get in line. They forgot my cinnamon roll. This location usually always forget bakery items.

    Staff is extremely rude. Walked in and waited at the counter with no line whatsoever for 5 minutes, got passed by 4 employees who didn't even look at me, let alone greet me. Finally had to ask if I could place an order, at which point the staff was standoffish. I manage a service based business, and if my employees behaved like this, they'd get fired. Customer service is everything in running a business, and this location has NONE.

    We wanted something a bit light and casual for dinner so we decided to try this Panera bread. Dining experience- need more booths, dirty tables, and dirty floors too. Food - my bread was too hard. Salad lettuce a good crunch but I could use more greens. There was no baked goods at the counter or pastries either. Staff - friendly and quick. Overall, i would not recommend this location.

    I decided to ordered a grill cheese and tomato soup online for lunch today. I walked to this location in the rain, got back to the office to discover that the grill cheese is missing. HOW??!!! It was only two items!!! I called and asked to speak to the manager and was only offered a refund for the grill cheese. I didn’t even eat much of the soup because I only ordered it to dip the grill cheese in. I do not eat tomato soup by itself. I’m highly annoyed.

    I love panera but this time it really got me thinking of taking my business elsewhere. So I did a pick up order today and order two sandwiches from the pick 2 option along with two soups, but I was just disappointed with the size of the sandwiches I received. The size of the spoons I was given were bigger than the sandwiches themselves. Like it isn't my first time ordering sandwiches from panera, but this time there was more packaging than sandwiche for $5.38 a sandwich it's not worth it.

    I always enjoy Panera, but I find the flavor of their caramel lattes (always ordered using the same instructions/ingredients through online ordering) wildly different between occasions. The first time I had it, I was blown away. The second time, basically unsweetened. But that's okay! This sugar addict always has ways to combat that. That said, the third time — beyond overly sugary, and I couldn't think of any way to salvage it the way you, say, add potatoes into dishes that you have completely brined by overmeasuring or just plain throwing just a "whatever" amount of salt into a dish. It's just always too much; sugar, much like salt, needs to be treated with respect. That third time, with the beverage so entirely oversweetened, I sat in my car with a feeling of dread for having to suck this garbage down over the next 20 minutes of my commute. This is supposed to be the nearly fundamental part of my commute — the start to my day chugging down well-caramelized lattes, and boy, do I feel like the world's biggest Karen in saying this. It's more just, like, my job sucks, it's kind of a drain on everything in my life. Rituals like getting coffee drinks help me get into the "zone" and headspace necessitated by a medical job that requires close attention to detail and an ability to spring to my feet to help out with an emergency in a pinch. I love Panera. Please! Please just make your lattes the same way everyday that I order. I see the same barista everyday; she knows me by name when I I come to pick up my order. At the end of the day, I don't care about how much syrup is in my caramel latte. I'll continue pouring it into my gullet... and literally paying the heavy price to do so.

    So upset!! Disappointed. Tried a new sandwich today. Smokey Buffalo chicken. Swapped cheese with Mozzarella and buffalo with bbq. I’m not sure if these sandwiches are pre-made and just nuked but it was hideous. Nothing like the store pics. See photos. What I got was something that looked partially eaten and still had american cheese. Terrible quality and could not eat bc it literally looked like someone took a bite out of it. How?? Panera, please reimburse my order and work on food quality.

    Walked in to find people waiting to have their order taken, employees were too busy talking and joking. Had to actually call out to them, so they would come take orders. They did not seem rude, and were nice. My coffee was made correctly and at the expected quality level I've appreciated from countless other Paneras. I was in a rush to get to work, so had to grab my sandwich and run. When I got to work I found that the sandwich was on dry hard bread...I ordered a specific type of bagel. The egg and cheese were both dry and hard, as well. I will try them again at some point, but will make sure to check everything before leaving.

    This Panera location needs a lot of work. The food here is not up to the normal Panera standard, and the place is dirty. Add to that the fact that the people who work there are obviously phoning it in, and spending any time in this place is depressing.

    So I ordered the Green Goddess. The wrong ingredients were placed on my sandwich. Thee girl bagging the orders was rude. Parking is awful for this location.

    The customer service at this location is lacking. The staff is friendly and polite, but 70% of the time there is some error in my order. When I order rapid pick up the order is rarely ready even when the app says it has been filled. There is often some confusion about whether the order has been made. There is never an effort made toward restitution no matter how long I wait for the correction or order to be found (one time was almost 20 minutes). I would use a different store location if there was one convenient to my house.

    I ordered today and my meal was delivered opened by the door dash driver. I called back to Panera and my order was resent. When I opened the sandwich the bread was wet from I don't know what. I've ordered the same sandwich numerous times from different panera's and never experienced anything like this. The salad had brown lettuce and the manager Anh Tra is the worse. Not sure why she wasn't sent to customer service training but she needs to attend very soon. This location is one of the worse that I've patronized.

    The ice machine had been broken for WEEKS. Staff have to provide ice from behind the counter. Why has this not been fixed? Goes to show there’s some stingy management running this place. That being said I’ve had pretty good service here and the food stands up to what I expect. Most of the staff are great, but I’ve noticed on weird hours or weekends they’re not as great.

    I’m a regular here and usually love the food. I’ve been recently disappointed every time I go in. Several times items have been either completely missing or incorrect. Today I ordered the Frontega Chicken sandwich. When I got home and went to eat it, the bread was completely wrong. I’m assuming they were out of the standard bread it comes with, but they didn’t say anything and just chose a random other bread. The slapped half a piece of white bread on it. That piece of bread is also way smaller, making the sandwich tiny. The sandwich is super juicy, so it was just a soggy, wet ball of mush that was impossible to eat. So disappointing and a complete waste of money. It’s fine to be out of ingredients, but you should at minimum let customers know so they can make an informed decision. I’m also 90% sure they watered down their soup because it was close to the end of the night and they didn’t feel like making more. The broccoli and cheddar soup is usually thick and creamy, tonight it was watery and runny. Yuck. Order number: 383641 EDIT: I went back to the store and brought this to the attention of the manager who was wonderful and helpful. They rectified the problem by issuing a refund and remaking the order. I really appreciate the effort the resolve the issue and the management team was very kind and customer service oriented.

    We were helped Asmere. When I tell you she was a blessing, and such a delight. You can tell that she is a genuinely sweet person and caring person! We’ve never experienced customer service on this level! My bag split open and she legit helped me fix it! Honestly, this was such a wonderful experience. Food was amazing too

    I always come to Panera and they have a good pastry. I love there chocolate croissant it’s so good. Also Asmeret Habte is one of the best employee I have seen in Panera. She is very polite and a friendly attitude.

    Do not, I repeat do not order from this Panera bread. A while ago I stopped ordering from here because every time they would mess up my order. I decided to go again recently to get a teriyaki bowl just for it to be cold and the chicken being almost raw. Once again proving to me to never order from this Panera EVER again.

    I know! I haven't said anything negative about this are of restaurants, well maybe it's because they hire good people! Panerai is my favorite restaurant in the area to visit when it comes to smells. The smell of baked bread is just warming. Staff is attentive and seem closely knit. They are never negative. Food comes out in correct time and is good (I'd add a lil more seasoning) but I do like it isn't overseasoned. The bread? It will Smith slaps

    Really clean store! But the cashier Antonio was not very welcoming. He yelled at his colleague in front of the customers humiliating him. I believe in team work, and coaching in the moment, but having your colleague yell at you should be unacceptable. He was extremely rude to us and not helpful what so ever.

    Good, attentive service. OK coffee but can’t compete with nearby Starbucks or even PJs, of course. The bread and pastries are very good and consistent as a bakery should be.

    Food is what you expect from Panera but the timing of pick up orders is a problem at this location. I’ve ordered at least 10 times and the order has never been done when they send the notification email that it’s ready for pickup. It always takes at least 10-15 minutes longer (today it took 25 minutes extra). I don’t need the order to take 10 minutes, I’m happy to wait longer, but I’d rather do something else while I wait rather than stand in the shop. Whoever is hitting that button to send the ready email, just wait until the bag is actually done and at the counter. If this is an automated message, then corporate needs to fix that. Overpromising and underdelivering is not good customer service.

    The new chicken sandwich was terrible. The brioche bun tasted old and flaky. BK was awesome and had patience explaining the menu to me. If it wasn't for the wonderful gentleman BK's service, I would have given one star ⭐️

    I should be a broccoli and cheddar soup quality control manager going around all the Paneras of the world and making sure they keep the consistency and heat levels good at the cafes~ Broccoli and Cheddar: Good as always and what you expect for this soup. surprisingly, this soup had larger chunks of broccoli than usual, it was awesome, nice tastes and good'ol Panera quality.

    Order thru grub hub and got my order I open the box the order was all wrong I order two pepperoni flat bread pizza and it was tomatoes on it like how you mix that with pepperoni like I just order it today like what was they doing behind the counter lucky I’m getting a refund but still that’s not right I could of just order from a pizza place itself never ordering from Panera bread again to get delivery I go into the shop so I can see what the associate doing
