I’m
a
regular
here
and
usually
love
the
food.
I’ve
been
recently
disappointed
every
time
I
go
in.
Several
times
items
have
been
either
completely
missing
or
incorrect.
Today
I
ordered
the
Frontega
Chicken
sandwich.
When
I
got
home
and
went
to
eat
it,
the
bread
was
completely
wrong.
I’m
assuming
they
were
out
of
the
standard
bread
it
comes
with,
but
they
didn’t
say
anything
and
just
chose
a
random
other
bread.
The
slapped
half
a
piece
of
white
bread
on
it.
That
piece
of
bread
is
also
way
smaller,
making
the
sandwich
tiny.
The
sandwich
is
super
juicy,
so
it
was
just
a
soggy,
wet
ball
of
mush
that
was
impossible
to
eat.
So
disappointing
and
a
complete
waste
of
money.
It’s
fine
to
be
out
of
ingredients,
but
you
should
at
minimum
let
customers
know
so
they
can
make
an
informed
decision.
I’m
also
90%
sure
they
watered
down
their
soup
because
it
was
close
to
the
end
of
the
night
and
they
didn’t
feel
like
making
more.
The
broccoli
and
cheddar
soup
is
usually
thick
and
creamy,
tonight
it
was
watery
and
runny.
Yuck.

EDIT:
I
went
back
to
the
store
and
brought
this
to
the
attention
of
the
manager
who
was
wonderful
and
helpful.
They
rectified
the
problem
by
issuing
a
refund
and
remaking
the
order.
I
really
appreciate
the
effort
the
resolve
the
issue
and
the
management
team
was
very
kind
and
customer
service
oriented.
