We
booked
a
slot
for
1:40
PM.
After
reaching
there,
it
was
2
hours
of
wait
time.
When
we
asked
front
desk(
Jamila)
,
she
informed
that
booking
a
slot
does
not
mean
anything.
It
only
holds
your
place
in
line.
She
also
informed
that
it's
written
somewhere
in
fine
print.
Clearly,
this
facility
or
may
be
MedStar
Chain
booking
system
for
time
slot
is
meaningless.
If
you
book
a
time
slot
and
show
up
there
on
your
time,
they
treat
you
same
as
walk
ins.
There
may
be
5-10
people
ahead
of
you
already
waiting
and
they
still
show
empty
time
slot
and
you
can
wait
for
hours
to
see
doctor.
If
you
respect
your
time,
go
somewhere
else.
They
clearly
don't
respect
anyone's
time.
Just
now
I
see
previous
review
about
the
same
issue
and
reply
is
not
really
applicable
in
this
situation.
Volume
of
care
may
be
unpredictable,
but
we
booked
1:40
slot
within
a
hour
and
5
people
were
already
waiting
when
we
reached
there.
1:40
slot
shouldn't
appear
empty
in
their
booking
system.
Everyone
understands
that
doctor
may
end
up
spending
extra
time
with
some
one
and
there
could
be
delay
of
20-30
minutes,
but
that's
not
a
case
with
them.
Booking
system
is
useless
if
there
is
no
difference
between
booked
time
slots
and
walk
ins.
Added
later:
Actual
care
was
nice
and
everyone
actually
providing
care
were
also
nice.
