Paid for 50 minutes, received service for 35 minutes which included about 10-12 minutes of dress down and dress back up time. Massage service was very average, hardly any pressure used. Wasted most of the time in areas that do not need much massage even though I had informed that I need most massage on my back. I could have got a much better service at any mall for $20 for the amount of time they massaged. Not worth the price.

I called today to see if I could make an appointment. The girl who answered was on "speaker phone". I could hardly hear her. She did pick up the phone once she realized there was a problem. I explained that I tried to make an appointment online, but it required a credit card. I prefer paying with cash. Had I booked on line, I could have gotten a 2:15 appointment today. With this in mind, I said I'd be a walk in (which is promoted on the website). She told me I could, but they were generally booked 4 weeks out. Again, I could have gotten an appointment today using the online service. I'm hoping the owner reads this because I was willing to wait. It's a total turn off to see there were opening in the schedule and have someone, who doesn't own the place, imply that you are so busy that I MUST use a credit card to hold a spot. Not a very good way to get new customers.

This was good for a quick cleanse. Jessica was thorough when cleaning my face but I really hoped for a more relaxing experience. The actual spa was nice but not as comfortable and cozy as others. No warm blankets, bolsters ect. Typically during a facial I have also received a head, neck, arm and hand massage. That must not be part of the package here. I would also hope that they invest in more bowls as a great deal of the time was spent washing/ rinsing each dish and brush.

I called this afternoon to book a massage I’ve been a member for over six years the receptionist told me that they need a credit card number to keep on file… they have no problem charging my credit card for my monthly membership fee for the past six years and I was even charged two days ago but in order to book a massage they need the credit card number to hold the spot. Very very bad for facial. They will just apply some lotion and wipe that same and spray water on face in name of facial to get itchy burning heavy skin. No face massage, no proper scrubbing, nothing. Wasted 70 bucks.

Really bad customer service and staff. I don't recommend this place to anyone. I used to read bad reviews about it and now i understand why people hate this place. When you tell someone that they have 30 days to return a product, you should keep your words and not tell them that the lady who helped is not working anymore and that you cant do anything about it !

The massage was good, but the facial was not as good as expected, and it was quite expensive as well. As a result, I will not be returning for the facial. The facial cost $75 and the Brightening treatment cost an additional $20. It was my understanding that it was included. As a result, I end up paying $99 plus a tip. Too expensive. And they don't even clarify this product we will use and this will be an extra charge for this. Just make an appointment and take the package in their focus and put everyone's card in their record. please delete my card details.

I was extremely happy with the massage I received at Hand and Stone. Annabelle at the front desk was very professional and no pressure. I have to admit, after getting massages most of my life, I was skeptical because Hand and Stone is a franchise. To my delight, Shoshanna, the massage therapist, asked questions and listened to my requests. She also asked me often how was I was doing (too hard, soft etc). Everything was very clean and organized as well. Will definitely be back soon.

Bashir is a great massage therapist. Professional, attentive to detail, and thorough. I leave feeling refreshed everytime I receive a massage from him. I highly recommend booking with him!!!! You will be happy you did!

Rochelle was amazing ! I had a full body massage for 90 minutes and left feeling stress free and relaxed. She is so pleasant and professional and made sure I felt comfortable at all times. It was so good I signed up for monthly visits!

I got a massage with Bashir and he was great! I had extremely tight shoulders, he listened to my explanations and he worked on the needed areas. Bashir is able to do very strong pressure, so excellent for getting into those tight muscles. Definitely recommend!

I regret my decision to sign up for a membership at this establishment. Firstly, I felt coerced into committing to a membership after using gift cards for my initial treatments. Following a session, the staff aggressively pitched the membership, and I reluctantly signed up. Unfortunately, I lost my job later on and needed to cut down on monthly expenses, prompting me to freeze my account. Despite my clear instructions to refrain from charging my card until I secured new employment, the management persistently attempted to place another card on file. I declined, emphasizing that I would provide new payment details once I was employed again. To my dismay, when the freeze period concluded, they charged my old debit card without notifying me. Fortunately, the charge didn't go through as the card had been replaced. Despite informing them of my unemployment status and inability to unfreeze my membership, they continued their relentless pursuit, claiming my freeze had expired, and I needed to pay. Feeling harassed and disregarded, I requested termination of my contract. However, they persistently press me to sign a termination document, demanding a month's termination fee. I proposed that they retain the prepaid month I had in lieu of this fee, which they agreed to verbally but still sent a document stating I had to pay a month's termination fee. While I appreciated the services provided by my esthetician, the management's lack of understanding of customer service is evident. Regrettably, I cannot recommend joining the North Brunswick, NJ Hand and Stone based on my frustrating experiences.

I came today for a 50 minute massage. Was seated at 3:02 pm. After undressing, my massage started at about 3:07pm. My massage therapist walked out of the room at 3:45pm. Needless to say, I was disappointed.
