    Stopped in , on the way ... tried here first time .. not bad . I went through the drive through. Service was a bit slow but not bad. Had iced latte and peach 🍑 lemonade drink. Lemonade had 80% ice but tasted good. I wished they put less ice and fill up the glass a little more with lemonade. Latte was good. Ample parking outside.. Overall an average experience...

    0 stars. Every time I go to this particular Dunkin’ the workers are always scrambling to fix problems with customers orders or some other disaster is going on. My most recent visit I waited for at least 10 minutes for someone to take my order. While waiting, a homeless looking woman comes in with a plastic bag and starts stealing mugs, thermoses, tons of sugar packets, Diet Coke, then after taking her time casually walks out the door. (Please check your security cameras 11/3/18 8:10am) No employees even bothered to notice or care. When I finally ordered, the guy behind the counter can’t open a packet of dried fruit for my oatmeal so he tried to tear open the package using the corner of the dirty countertop. After failing, he asked if I could just do it myself. (Gladly). I had to include a picture of my oatmeal because this is just hilarious. What a joke of a business and a waste of my time and money. Is there any management at this location?

    we got here at 9p. The light outside is shining bright "open". The hours of operation on door says open till 10p and drive through open till 11p. But the person inside says it's closed and they are cleaning up. On top of that the attitude was super rude. Never coming back here again.

    Never a smile from anyone. No suggestions to order 12 instead of 10 donuts to save. Ordered a lot. Got home and was missing 2 sandwiches. Did not go back but should've. They just don't care.

    Was burned in jamesburg Dunkin donuts talked to district manager jerked me around and lied now they won't get back to me very unprofessional frank epping 2nd degree burns anybody know who owns it customer service is a joke. The service is only as good as the people who run it right frank epping district manager

    This Dunkin can NEVER get an order correct. I have been here multiple times and every time something was wrong. Today I ordered a cold brew, the new one out for the holidays. Sure enough they are out of the flavored foam, always out of something. Whatever. I also order two of the bacon egg and cheese pancake wraps and hash browns. What do I get? No hash browns, two of the sausage egg and cheese wraps. Not pancake wraps. I am highly allergic to the sausage, it makes me extremely sick. Now I am sitting here with these wraps and no breakfast. Lovely way to start my day. Great job. Never disappoints

    Terrible!!! I repeated 3 times for what I wanted. Ended with something wrong. I never see a coffee made like what I got. A regular coffee with Skim milk. It didn't looked like have any milk in it and I was asking for an extra shot. They gave me extra sugar instead. Instead of making me a new coffee, the kid just added extra coffee lol. What a world and please hire or train the people right for the business!!!

    Waited for 5 minutes. Even with 4 employees no one bother to ask me if I want to make an order. When I asked I was told to wait...so I left. Pretty disappointed with the service in this Dunkin.

    It took 20 minutes in the drive-thru line with 3 cars in front of me. Service is the worst its ever been. — reminded why I should drive the few minutes extra to go to any DD in the area besides this one. Trash

    Drive up waiting for more than 15 minute. Coffee was cold and mini bagel the same cold inside. The employee was nice but the product was very bad.
