Highly upset that the schedule clearly says 8pm closing time and as soon as I walk up to the door this young lady (an employ) shuts the light off and locks the door at 5:50pm!!!! I gave 1 star because I have to choose in order to make a review comment but I actually give it no star if I had the choice.

If I could give 0 stars I would, I should have read the reviews first. Today I was running late so I ordered DD pick up from the app. I ordered: Medium Iced Coffee, less ice, 2 French vanilla sweetened flavor shots Everything bagel with veggie cream cheese, lightly toasted - See image of coffee - that looks and tasted like dirty water. - My bagel was burnt and had cream cheese in one bite. - And they didn't know my order when I pulled up to pick it up.

When I moved here, I was psyched to have a DD so close. After many, well, bad drinks, I started going to DDs farther away just to avoid this. Corporations called franchise groups own massive amounts of franchises. Chances are, when you go to a DD, you’re either at a DD-owned location or a location owned by some franchise group that cares about numbers and nothing else. These are not mom and pops with managers who deeply care. This (certainly corporate or franchise group) location thrives on its location, and, as such, has little incentive to improve its quality or service. Because DD has a monopoly on NJ donuts and coffee, it has even less incentive to make this location better. Fun fact, by the way: DD stopped making their donuts in-house about 20 years ago. You might as well get one at the supermarket.

If you go in early they’re gonna have you wait. While staff is going back and forth there’s only one person that seems to be everywhere doing it all my self and another individual was late after they didn’t have the persons mobile order ready and out of things so it was not a happy morning visits especially to be out of town, would not recommend. Also donuts were not fresh

today I had a bad experience in this Dunkin the person who understood me was a young man with a bad attitude I told him to give me two large drinks when I got to the window I had two medium ones and I reminded him that I had ordered two large ones and he answered me shouting with words rude very rude I don't want to put them here but I would like to talk to him Manaller from this site so they can talk to that person or do something that if the person doesn't want to do their job that's fine but they don't have to disrespect the person customer from today I will not buy again if you want to investigate it was today Thursday 03/08/23 at 5:20 pm there is a very kind young lady and the young man who has a bad attitude I will look for the means to communicate with Dunkin to talk of this matter

This store only gets a 2* out of convenience, there is only a select few employees who are genuinely friendly, the drinks are made wrong 75% of the time, and my mobile orders are almost never ready everytime I'm there. This is a store I try to avoid if possible, The one in Dayton is the best store in this area.

The closing time says 8:00 pm but I came I. Just now at 7:45 and the door was closed. Outside it says OPEN but came to door and pulled door and door was locked before 8:00pm

I pull up to the drive-through they give me a price, I then roll up to the window. They charge me a dollar extra. I ask why, the girl said hold on. She then comes back and says it’s because you asked for no ice. I’m like oh OK. A little odd but I didn’t complain but then someone else inside yelled out it’s only a dollar… OK I didn’t say anything 🤷🏻‍♂️ There is no sign saying that there’s a $1 up charged for no ice. Another time we order at work, our large coffees are half full. Scummy business practice. I will no longer give them any business. They are shady and not professional. Avoid them if you can.

This used to be the worst Dunkin in the area. It was so mismanaged it wasn’t even funny. Sad considering I live so close I could technically walk here if I wanted to. About a month ago I really noticed a change. Very friendly employees, correct orders (even via mobile), fresh food. I’m almost positive management has changed. Regardless, I’m so grateful for the positive changes. I now visit a few times a week and don’t need to drive out farther. Thanks guys!

The service was horrible the guy working there messed up my friend order I don't have the receipt of her but I got my own that was time stamp dated , they have no donuts on August 23 2023, some other customer showed up as we did got mad that there was no donuts , my friend she didn't want me to complain but they completely screw up her own seoerate order we don't plan on ever going back to this dunkin donuts location , put someone that's contending to handle food orders... that is all over and out...

Went to dunkin when they opened at 5AM. Asked for a decaf iced coffee. Was advised they did not have it yet. Asked if I could wait, was advised they were making iced tea at the moment. Is it normal to not be able to brew coffee after tea?
