Rising Tide Nutrition is amazing!!! They offer a wide selection of protein teas, sugar free refreshers, Protein shakes, pre and post workout shakes. Also look out for their specials and pop up hours!!! The owners are very kind and the place has an overall great vibe.

We tried Rising Tide for the first time today. The space was clean and inviting. Julie and Matt were very friendly and informative. Both of our shakes were delicious, but the Pumpkin Peanut Butter Oreo shake was outstanding!! Looking forward to going back again.
