Nicole was THE most amazing chick ever! I came in HOPING to have someone great as a walk-in and understood that I was rolling the dice on my chances of that. LUCKILY I found my new forever WAX GIRL! this was my first experience at the European wax Center and having a waxing. I must admit I was a bit nervous heading in. Jean Marie was fabulous! She made me feel at ease. She was happy, bright, and cheerful. We chatted about some things we had in common and she got everything done in a professional, quick manner. She recommended a nice polish for the area to keep things from getting ingrown. I highly recommend JeanMarie and will definitely be seeing her in the future.
