My over all experience with this bath and body works has always been wonderful but today I dealt with an employee named Sara who by far was the most rude worker in retail I have ever had an encounter with. I work in retail and know it can be hard but to be mean and belligerent to customers (not only me) is really a line that shouldnt be crossed. While being rude to mine and other customers faces, once she left them she would also mumble curse words about them under her breath as she walked off. I asked one of her coworkers and apparently she is a manager. This is extremely unbecoming of a supervisor in any capacity. To anyone shopping here I would recommend not having her assist you. I also recommend that her superiors take a deep look into her as well as the position they have very clearly wrongfully given her. I honestly don't know if I will ever shop at this bath and body works ever again because of this.

The worst store ever I don’t appreciate the way I been watched and treated I was minding my business looking around I was preparing myself to buy my friend a birthday gift but none of the staff was trying to help and 2 staff were following me and I started to feel uncomfortable I won’t come back because I was very uncomfortable I don’t appreciate it at all I felt very uncomfortable the lady on the cashier with the glasses keep asking if I was ready even tho she saw there way nothing in my hand I bought what I needed and left unprofessional never coming back and I will make sure to tell everyone that I know not to come to this one.

Always a fan of Bath and Body Works, they smell so great. But the lotions do not stay on for long. Love the accessorized scented items.

My new favorite plug in scents are the wild flower plug ins. The black cherry merlot makes my house smell amazing! I just love how they are a clean fresh smell that stays. Worth every penny. They are even better than lighting a candle. But I do love their candles too.

Love this store especially around the Semi Annual Sales time. You get tons of great items for super cheap. The sales are the best. Love their seasonal items. Christmas soaps, halloween. And the cute little hand sanitizers with the holders.

Our 14 year old is a huge fan so we recently went to their big sale and we were impressed with all of the options! Fun store to explore!

The products are definitely great,I came first time to this store and shocked by the kind of behavior of staff here,I am glad customer care on phone was super cool but people in store at bridgewater location are just very difficult people.

Gotta love their slow time specials, that's the time to stock up. If you do nothing else for yourself at least you can smell nice after a shower

Christina at this store is amazing if anyone wants recommendations on specific scents. Was looking for room spray dupes of Glade clean linen and mens cologne and she found me exactly what i was looking for ( WB ocean driftwood and fresh cotton) in seconds and also recommended fresh spring morning, said it smells like a hair salon which was spot on and great for a bathroom. Store is lucky to have her, thanks again!

I just wanted to give a huge thank you to Maggie and Brooke! They were both so helpful and welcoming! They helped me find some great smelling candles! I Will definitely be coming back!
