Jeff was amazingly professional. He answered all our questions and helped us choose the best package and bundle. I also noticed the whole entire team paid attention to senior customers and were very polite and respectful. Highly recommend this store.

Comcast is a terrible company. They don't even list the store phone number here and it's impossible to obtain. The 800 number listed is completely prohibitive of in any way reaching the store. Just terrible!!!!

Staff was great and I’m sure were following protocol. I was returning a cable box, it was scanned and was handed a receipt and was asked to wait for a sales person to give me another receipt. There were at least eight employees only five customers in the store. After sitting for 20 minutes and asking for help a send time, I finally returned the receipt to the counter and then a manager came. I find it ridiculous that after 20 minutes I still was not able to get a receipt for my box. In my opinion this is a gimmick, so you watch the TV and look at their other merchandise for sale and hopefully buy something while you are forced to sit in the store.

Absolutely fantastic service!! Do not order by phone - go to the store - began with the 800 number- shipped phone's - first an empty box arrived. 3 days later after waiting all day I get an email that my phones were delivered - but they weren't Then I went to the store - the young man got my account straightened out - and then helped me to transfer the data from my old phone to my new one. Fantastic 💯!!!!!!

They have a good que system so you can get service without waiting on a technician. They handed me the equipment I needed and I was up and running in an hour.

I I upgraded my iPhone with Xfinity recently, and I want to share my experience. The store manager, Lee Rodriguez, was fantastic. She helped me switch from the iPhone 15 to the Pro on the last day for returns, and she's great at multitasking without compromising service quality. Thanks, Xfinity team!

The employees were all very helpful in guiding me with my Wi-Fi extender pod purchase, lest I forget having the door held open for me upon leaving.

Went to this store to drop off a TV box. Was told to get a ticket and wait for my turn to drop off… waited 15 minutes and still the same amount of people ahead of me! Gave up and left without dropping off. Will mail in instead. Short staffed. Need a better way to handle simple tasks
