I should agree on other reviewers about service . It was really average … they don’t have pepper or red chilli flakes for the pizza. Quality of pizza was kinda ok .. we ordered a thin crust pizza and tasted good. Good parking facilities available.. hope they improve the customer service …. Good luck

Not even worth a 1 star. I ordered pasta today and there was a piece of steel wool stuck in the pasta. Brought it back to the store and request for a refund but they did not do anything but standing there yelling it is not their fault. Never ordering food from this stote anymore. Domino's HQ should run inspection regularly for all of their stores. FYI. this store always smells like cigarrettes.

Every single order I get a free pizza automatically because they take anywhere from 1-3 hours to get it to my house <10 mins away. How is this place not shut down yet? EDIT - After being hung up 5+ times I decided to leave the store on speaker phone to see how long it would take after being told to "hang on". And the answer was 45mins, until they called me while I was on hold with them already.. asking if I wanted to cancel my order. The order I placed at 8:21PM and was dealing with until almost 12AM before I was asked to cancel. To which I said yes, under the condition I'd get a full refund. I was never told yes, as she tried to immediately hang up I asked my question and she said "Don't worry about it, we'll cancel it' The order proceeded to say delivered online, using the free pizza I had accrued and taking the full amount, tip included, and charge me for it 2 days later. I've put in a paypal request to get my STOLEN money back. This store is nothing but thieves - do not even attempt Final edit - After 5 months paypal issued my refund

Wish i could give review in negative.This dominos management is pathetic and you can't trust these guys and ensure that you cross check your order their itself . I placed an order on 16th with order number 142 and it was snowing so i took order and came back. It was customized order due to allergies/religious belief. I was in rush so my kid opened the box and ate one slice and when i realized it was all messed up. I called them to complain but they were like that i need to come back in snow to give them proof and if one slice is done then they cannot do any thing. Do not trust this management and these guys and i wont be going back as they manipulate orders and can put anything which may be allergic or could hurt your religious sentiments." AGAIN DO NOT TRUST THIS STORE AND THEIR STAFF"

After receiving someone else's order I came to find out the pizza wasn't even cut. I reached out to the store and they came back with the correct food Pizza was not cooked. Wrong order pie wasn't sliced. Lava cakes were smashed. And the deluxe pie is raw. Bbq wings are burnt. And the marinara dip looks like it has been sitting in a moldy fridge... the guy on the phone told me "you should have ordered well done." They must be high all the time to screw up a pizza on a conveyer belt. Ridiculous and sad. I would avoid this dominos at all costs. Your better off eating jail pizza. Update: management refused a refund. The fact that I have to cook a pizza I ordered myself is absolutely unacceptable.

I was left clueless, hungry, and frustrated, constantly wondering when my order would finally arrive. It's as if customer satisfaction and basic courtesy meant absolutely nothing to this company. When the pizza finally did arrive, it was lukewarm at best. The cheese had congealed, the crust was soggy, and the toppings were barely recognizable. It was a sad excuse for a meal, and definitely not worth the agonizing wait. In conclusion, my experience with Domino's Pizza was an absolute disaster from start to finish. The prolonged wait, lack of communication, subpar food quality, and apathetic delivery service left me feeling deeply dissatisfied. I would strongly advise anyone considering ordering from Domino's to think twice and explore other options. Do not order from here! Said order was delivered on the app, pretty sure the delivery guy just took the order. Spent 30 minutes calling them and then the manager says all orders are going out and hung up immediately! Now I have to do a chargeback through my credit card. Ridiculous!

Ordered pizza and they claimed it was delivered, but we never received the food. We tried to contact the store multiple times to dispute the order, we were put on hold and hung up on. FYI if you order through the app there seems to be no way to request a refund or even adjust your tip! All I got was a coupon off my next order... SCAM

I decided to order from here because I remember it tasting really good when I was a child. Worst decision ever. I knew I should've stayed at Papa John's. The pizza was cold and hard even though I was literally waiting outside and picked it up as soon as it said done. On top of that it was chewy! My grandfathers dentures literally fell out because the pizza dough was so chewy he could barely eat it. That has never happened with Papa John's pizza before I'm so mad. What a waste of money

I just called which I used to do in South Brunswick, never had any problems but here is a different story. I ordered b4 and they didn't follow instructions. I decided to give them another chance so I called and then they hung up the phone on me, very nice. Please do not support this store.

Absolutely garbage location, closes early and never delivers your food so you have to go through support for a refund.if I can give 0 stars I would , this location employees and it's managers need to get fired. Disgusting

Ordered food 3 hours ago. No updates on app or website. Call them 3-4 times, go on hold, they say how can I help you, I say its been 3 hours and I’ll come pick it up forget the delivery. They say no and immediately hang up. Ended up waiting 4 hours for dinner (I ate dinner at midnight guys) (it was super cold) and I was cursed at and hung up on by the staff, while I maintained a calm attitude. Do not recommend.

You guys need to fire the driver working on 6/26/23 whoever it is that is driving said they delivered our pizza and I’ve been waiting with my front door open for the last 30 minutes. I’ve also been on hold for about 10 minutes and when I spoke to the manager he didn’t even let me finish talking and hung up the phone on me

I received my order only to see that one of the pies was made wrong. I went back to go ahead and get this fixed, already angry that I had to take out extra time as I tried calling 4-5 times for about 30 minutes and got no answer. The manager agreed to remake it and then proceeded to somehow remake it WRONG. He showed it to me and then went ahead and blamed me for telling him the wrong order when he checked the old pizza himself and also printed out the order receipt to see what I ordered. This was already after about another 20 minutes of waiting. The manager Abdulla refused to process a refund and wasnt even ready to accept blame saying "this is not our fault, we are busy" to which I tried explaining that being busy is not an excuse for making orders wrong. This is absolutely the worst display of customer service I have ever seen from any restaurant in my history. To get blamed and cursed at by a so called manager when the store is in the wrong is an abysmal display. Abdulla should not have a job let alone be a manager with the type of attitude he displays.

This is the second time and had ordered for a pizza. On informing the first name and last name the staff casually asks next question for order no and when I wait he does not even bother to listen and few min later another staff comes in and he says to repeat the order to him casually as if he is not aware of anything. . Worst service and never expected this behavior from this chain.

It's my go-to for a delicious and satisfying meal. The pizza is always fresh and flavorful. However, there is one downside: they often run out of menu items like flakes or other sides etc.

Worst place! They dared to leave my food literally on the floor outside getting cold for God knows how long. ( no call).I left intructions to leave INSIDE PORCH. I had to throw out one of my pies because it just look like garbage. It was just all cold. Never again! Lesson learned.

They overcharged me by not giving me the 2 medium pizza deal and charging me regular price. And they got the toppings wrong. Last time there was barely any sauce in the pizzas so this time I asked for extra sauce and they drenched my pizzas in sauce that I could barely eat it. Service is absolutely terrible as they are inattentive and refuse that they’re wrong. I never really went to Papa John’s in Woodbridge but I decided to and they’re pizza was made really well and correctly and delivery was within 25 minutes. That’s my new go to place.

Kind of wired. I am regular here. They sometime mix your order and never apologise. They also misses the instruction on toppings. Curb side pickup is mostly not delivers to your car. Never greet. Had better experience before pandemic.

Great pizza, if you like Domino's. This is a standard take out outlet. Quite popular. Never empty. We generally offer online and then collect it in person. The pick up is usually a decent enough experience.
