Terrible experiences here always ! Normally I do not complain even if the coffee is not good. Today they messed up the drink so bad I had to ask for a remake. But of course I’m not surprised that they act like it’s not their fault. I pay $5.50 for a large latte 3x a week. I expect it to taste like COFFEE not milk. Otherwise I can go buy an entire gallon of milk for $5 at 7-11 if I want to drink milk. Well they refused to remake my drink. I did get a refund which I’m glad about, but it took a lot of effort and some arguing to get the refund when all I wanted was some espresso added or just a new drink made. They offered to charge me for the extra espresso. Are you serious ? It’s already $5.50 with tax and not made correctly and now they try to charge me another $1.50 for more espresso for a total of $7 for a latte from Dunkin’ Donuts ?? That is ridiculous! They do not understand what customer service is here and will give you a terrible attitude while you try to rectify the situation. I will start going to the NB train station location because dealing with the people here is not worth the stress and aggravation when I spend $25-$30 a week and they will not fix their mistake and remake my drink 1 time after years of giving them my service and money. Dunkin’ Donuts at NB train station has a satisfaction guarantee sign at the counter, so you’re better off driving the extra 1 minute to go there.

Terrible customer service especially the west Indian woman treats people like criminals. Treats homeless customer completely sub human like they're not even people I had to get up and walk out because I couldn't watch the way she was treating a customer who bought a coffee but she wanted him to drink it outside. Totally uncalled for she's sub human should learn some compassion

This location has horrible customer service feels like the staff there hates their job and and doesn’t know how to be friendly. My husband went in a few times to get me coffee while I am in the hospital with our daughter and each time he got poor customer service and bad attitude from the employees- Do better!

bad service for orders with the Application, today Sep 18 around 7:45pm I placed my order to Pick Up, they didn't complete it correctly, they Forgot do My Bagel, they didn't give ne a straw for my ice coffee, is supposed that we do it with the cell phone to save time.

This is normally my coffee place, but something I don’t like about them is that when we ask for sandwiches an hr before they closed they don’t make the sandwiches. Really bad customer service. Specifically for these two gentlemen in the afternoon

Rude and negative attitude. Do not go here. The employee was rude and indignant in their way of speech and body language. They did not give me a receipt and instead crumbled it up and threw it away. I’d give this particular place 0 stars if I could.

We went there for a cup of water. They did not want to give us a cup of hot water, so we ordered two teas. We receive the teas without cup sleeves. The tea was hot so we asked for some cup sleeves. They told us didn’t have any so we can asked for another cup to double because the tea was hot. They refused to give us another cup, claiming that the cup that we had was already doubled, which was a lie.

One of the female workers has a terrible attitude. The only West Indian worker here. She argued with me in a store full of customers because I told her that my order was wrong. She kept going on and on. The manager did nothing to stop her. She always has an attitude. Staff acts like the coffee is free and they are doing you a favor. Very unprofessional behavior. When I asked her for her name she lied and gave me a fake name. Also, they rarely answer the phone and when they do they immediately hang up. Worst Dunkin Donuts I've been to. Lazy workers. Unacceptable

Fix your prices MR. CARLOS. And honor the prices that are on the signage. Not the customer's fault you don't update your signage. Update: Right after writing my initial post, I believe I ran into the same "West Indian Lady" who was mentioned in a previous 1-star review. This place is terrible. I'm glad I don't live in this area and only went here because it was the closest location to where I was traveling.

I am so sad that I lost one good place to get coffee. I’ve been going there since the last year literally almost every day, and I found that the place got one new employee who was female and looked like racially Indian. I am not sure about her race, because I am not interested in it, but I wanted to avoid confusion with other employees who were nice to me. She looked a little bit different who were probably latino/latina there, and she might be Indian. I ordered one food and one coffee, and I was waiting for them. When one item came out, because there was same item with what I ordered, so I asked if it is the item that I had ordered. And, the employee Maria said “No, No, No!” like three times with threatening eyes, and it sounded literally like “No way!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!.” The thing was I literally asked it only once, not even twice. And, I was like, ‘what was that?’ On the other day, I also saw the girl saying “I am done with screaming!!!!!,” telling people what menu was coming out literally in front of me and other customers. Lastly, she was, out of no reason, all the time, giving attitude, and I am seeing literally the same kinds of comments on her here. I am pretty sure that this place will keep its business thanks to the region or something, so one customer’s opinion can be nothing, but I wanted to let people know that you would rather not go there if you would like to start a new day in a good mood.

The service inside was not good I asked for the milk to be hot in the coffee because I didn’t want to coffee to be warm I wanted hot coffee the person inside said we can’t do that while every other Dunkin’ Donuts that I have visited has no problem doing it besides this one.

Entire staff extremely rude! Lead manager has the nastiest attitude I’ve had to encounter through out the entire year ive been doing door dash. She’s not only rude to the customers but also to her staff & it was a very unpleasant experience

This Dunkin’ is racist. Made a huge order and they looked at me and spoke to me about my order disrespectfully Avoid them.

Terrible management. We asked for extra cups and a cup of water for my grandfather and they refused such a basic request. Terrible service and management. I expect mediocre service from a Dunkin, but this was just awful. Just go to another place instead of this one.

wow i went in here on a rainy night and the gentleman working the counter made me a crazy good matcha latte !!! like the best one i’ve ever had. totally blew my mind. shout out to this dunkin 👍🏼 excellent service at such a late hour.

I have come here too many times out of convenience and after going to Dunkin anywhere else, you will know what an absolute travesty this place is. The bar is already so low, it's not much to ask that they honor advertised deals.

Horrible customer service. Went in for a tea. Had to go to ladies room first. Maria - staff starts yelling you need to order first. Who takes food that they’ve ordered into a public restroom with them? Got on line to order and she starts screaming don’t get an attitude with me that’s the policy of Dunkin’ Donuts. Really? Totally unacceptable behavior.

The friendliest, most efficient and professional DnD I have ever been to. They are the polar opposites of the ones on Easton Ave Somerset Shopping Center. The young ladies here represent DnD well. Bad service, I asked for a medium frozen Coffee and they gave me a small one. I make the claim but they insist that the employee register a small one. but since they do not give a receipt I could not continue claiming. don't be fooled by the employees, ask for your receipt. they never give receipt.

The service was fine, the employees respectful and courtesy but when I asked for a cup of water they said I had to buy a bottle. I just spent over $20 and can't get a cup of water, I would graceful ask that they review that policy.

Quite possibly the worst Dunkin ever. Also doubles as a homeless shelter.
