My daughter just started at head over heels and cannot wait to go back Monday. She had a wonder experience with just one class! I’m very happy

Couldn't leave this place fast enough!! No idea how they have a 4.8 rating. I can only conclude this is NJ and people don't know any better. Very volatile, rude and discourteous front desk staff. It's a low energy and tense vibe the second you walk in the door. "Instructors" and I use that term loosely, are not friendly or professional with the students or parents. No manners with the kids and would never say hello back once spoken to. This place does not care about the kids and adding depth and true training, it's a money pit. The instructors seem unhappy and indifferent and the entire place has no life! I'd rather lose all the enrollment fees than let my 2 daughters continue. Since Feb 3, I have contacted both the Parlin and Middletown (contacted Middletown bc Parlin NEVER returned my calls) locations to speak to a GM. One person at the Middletown location was helpful, but I received one missed phone call from Management. Since then, left mssgs and tried calling back multiple times. Crickets. They also tacked on $3 mask charges without any explanation of the process. I asked for a mask for my daughter and front desk said No, it was a courtesy and would not give me one. Just incredulous. I have enrolled them at another gym and the difference is astounding! Truly! Night and day!! Think twice and really do your research and trust your gut the first time you walk through the door. *You’re now blaming Covid for your lack of kindness and general courteous manners? 👏👏👏

The children come out of the gym with smiles and at times don't want to go home. They want to stay to have more fun.😊. They are taught how to properly and safely do a trick so they don't hurt themselves. All the while still having fun. They have answered any questions or concerns I may have had about any activities the children are performing. They also have a wonderful dance program BIM, which my niece loves. She has been with the dance program since she was 2. She has been dancing for 15 years. She loves her dance instructors. They teach proper technique and terminology of dance movements. When the instructors gives directions to the students I am very impressed as each student understands the terminology. They don't ask "What does that mean? The coaches, dance instructors and office staff are wonderful!!! I would recommend this gym\dance facility to everyone. Love BIM dance studio and Head Over Heels 😊😊

HOH coaches are honestly the best! Their ability to work with each child's skill level and produce noticeable results is outstanding. i am a student there and sergei is my coach. in just one year i learned to do so many different skills. i got injured in a different place and it was bc they didn’t know how to actually help/spot. but even after the injuries, sergei was able to learn what my capacity was and which ways i learned best . next thing you know i’m over here doing 6 backhandsprings on tumble track. The office staff is always on point and they have excellent customer service and knowledge. The gym itself is always clean and ready for the students and parents! I love this gym and would recommend to everyone

Throughout my years of the sport of gymnastics starting from the young age of 18months this gym has been an outstanding place to grow and learn. The coaching staff is phenomenal and the bonds you build from the coach to athlete relationship is like no other. I feel at home when I’m in the gym. This gym taught me more than just gymnastics, it taught me some of the most valuable life lessons that I use today in my daily life. I’ve been a gymnast from classes to the USAG Girls team to now the JOGA team and also high school gymnast. Coming from someone who did try out multiple gyms in her career I never could seem to leave Head Over Heels and I would not change anything about it! (Speaking for both locations!)

We LOVE gymnastics with Coach Alicia!! She is absolutely amazing with the little ones, and my daughter adores her. As long as Alicia is there, we’ll keep signing up for her classes… we are so lucky to have her!! 💜💜💜

Highly recommend for toddlers (18 months +) Very clean facility; helpful staff to figure out the best class for your child based on age & independence; engaging coaches that encourage beginners to be brave. Thank you, Coach Alicia!

This is my daughters first time at gymnastics / dance and she absolutely loves it. We first participated in the Groove and Gym class during the summer. The teacher was amazing and so great with all the kids. We now participate in the 4/5 year old Saturday morning class & could not be more pleased!!

My son loves it here! He is almost three years old and really shy around new environments and new people. His face lit up when we arrived and quickly acquainted himself to the place and all that it has to offer. I also love that while the instructors offer a structure for the class, they allowed him and other children to roam around as they pleased.

This place is phenomenal. My daughter is learning so much and everyone is do great so professional and patient. This place is the best.

I will speak on behalf of my daughter. From the moment we visited, the individual at front desk took her time to explain. We are brand new to this so the extra tenure and time helped a lot on making a decision to stay and enroll. First session was successful and we are very happy (enrollee even more). Hoping for continue satisfaction and great experience for my daughter moving forward.

Head Over Heels is a phenomenal establishment! When I send my kids, not only do I know that they will be well cared for, but they will hone their skills in a safe and clean environment, as well as have a great time! Prices are reasonable too! Love Head Over Heels!!!

My 7 year old daughter has been here for over a year. I am extremely happy as well as grateful. They have been very professional and caring. I recommend this gym to all of my friends. My daughter recently told me it feels like home Mommy, when I'm there. That's priceless to me.
