this
place
fast
enough!!
No
idea
how
they
have
a
4.8
rating.
I
can
only
conclude
this
is
NJ
and
people
don't
know
any
better.
Very
volatile,
rude
and
discourteous
front
desk
staff.
It's
a
low
energy
and
tense
vibe
the
second
you
walk
in
the
door.
"Instructors"
and
I
use
that
term
loosely,
are
not
friendly
or
professional
with
the
students
or
parents.
No
manners
with
the
kids
and
would
never
say
hello
back
once
spoken
to.
This
place
does
not
care
about
the
kids
and
adding
depth
and
true
training,
it's
a
money
pit.
The
instructors
seem
unhappy
and
indifferent
and
the
entire
place
has
no
life!
I'd
rather
lose
all
the
enrollment
fees
than
let
my
2
daughters
continue.
Since
Feb
3,
I
have
contacted
both
the
Parlin
and
Middletown
(contacted
Middletown
bc
Parlin
NEVER
returned
my
calls)
locations
to
speak
to
a
GM.
One
person
at
the
Middletown
location
was
helpful,
but
I
received
one
missed
phone
call
from
Management.
Since
then,
left
mssgs
and
tried
calling
back
multiple
times.
Crickets.
They
also
tacked
on
$3
mask
charges
without
any
explanation
of
the
process.
I
asked
for
a
mask
for
my
daughter
and
front
desk
said
No,
it
was
a
courtesy
and
would
not
give
me
one.
Just
incredulous.
I
have
enrolled
them
at
another
gym
and
the
difference
is
astounding!
Truly!
Night
and
day!!
Think
twice
and
really
do
your
research
and
trust
your
gut
the
first
time
you
walk
through
the
door.
*You’re
now
blaming
Covid
for
your
lack
of
kindness
and
general
courteous
manners?
