I walked into the lobby of Bentley diamond thinking I would be in and out in 20 minutes with no progress made on my hunt for an engagement ring for my girlfriend of 10 years. Up until this point my experience with diamond salesman were negative to say the least. I met with Rick and instantly felt at ease. Very surprised by all the stellar reviews. We went here based on these reviews and were terribly disappointed. Everyone we encountered had an attitude and acted as if helping us was an inconvenience. Two staff members ignored us upon arrival as they were too busy trying on jewelry. Once we got their attention the guy (Rick? Rich?) seemed annoyed that we interrupted his game of dress up. Ended up getting our rings elsewhere (Earth Treasures) which was a much more professional experience. Only reason 2 stars were given is because their jewelry is very pretty, we had plenty of time to look at it while we were waiting for service.

Unfortunately, I am extremely disappointed with the service and quality of their engagement rings. I had my engagement ring made from a different jeweler 16 years ago and never had a loose diamond. Then the band became worn and I needed a new engagement ring created. Bentley duplicated my original engagement ring in 2019. A few days ago, I noticed a diamond was about to fall out. When arriving at Bentley, I was told that all three diamonds are loose and it will be a $99.00 charge. Also, another ring from Bentley, a diamond wedding band purchased in 2020 had lost two diamonds and I paid for that loss as well because it was just beyond the one year guarantee. As I was told, "We guarantee our rings for a year, not three." Quality and service terrible.
