am
a
VIP
member
from
the
startup
in
this
location.
I
was
guaranteed
a
monthly
membership
fee
that
would
never
increase
with
unlimited
classes.
It
seemed
like
a
no-brainer.
Up
until
the
pandemic,
it
was
a
five
star
experience.
Plenty
of
classes
at
convenient
times.
The
pandemic
hit.
I
DID
NOT
freeze
my
membership
as
many
small
businesses
were
experiencing
hardships.
I
wanted
to
see
this
gym
survive
and
if
my
monthly
membership
helped,
that
was
fine
by
me-
even
if
I
wasn’t
going.
When
the
pandemic
slowed,
I
longed
to
get
back
to
the
classes
I
loved.
I
was
sad
to
see
many
classes
eliminated
but
understood
that
due
to
covid,
getting
workers
has
been
a
struggle.
I
dealt
with
it.
And
then
came
the
price
increase-
I
figured,
that
was
ok
as
long
as
there
was
still
a
valuable
service
to
be
had.
Unfortunately,
that
is
what
has
changed.
The
class
offerings
are
minimal.
The
times
are
inconvenient.
The
cost
is
nearly
twice
as
much.
My
friends
have
left
this
gym
and
found
others.
Perhaps
the
owners
of
this
franchise
need
to
reevaluate
because
I
was
in
their
corner-
even
with
a
price
increase
that
I
was
promised
would
never
happen-
up
until
this
point.
