So I needed a new copy of my fiancée's mother's ring within a tight deadline. I should have done better research and understand how long it would take to make a copy of a unique band with the diamond. Other jewelers time me it would be nowhere near ready before my trip to Mexico where I proposed. However, Glenn assured me it would be ready before my trip. Not only did he have it ready in time, he had it done well before I needed said ring and made it exactly identical to the original ring. He is great at communicating and will give you a price that beats any competition. While I live in Philadelphia, I have no problem going out of my way just to get such great service again. Tuckers Custom Jewelers was quite experienced when I was looking for my engagement and wedding rings. He was able to provide any cut for my viewing. I ended up going with a princess cut diamond, traditional. It turned out wonderfully! My fiance' loved it. She was so happy with it, that we returned to get our wedding rings there. Again, he did not disappoint. I went with a custom ring, supplied my our heirloom gems, and he hit it out of the park again. I highly recommend this fine establishment. I love this place and I love supporting local businesses. I have brought many items for repairs through the years, and was never made to feel like my request was too small, or that the job was not worth taken. I’ve had links added and removed, clasps replaced, watch batteries replaced, and rings sized, just to name a few. I intend to bring my rings there for prong checks, rhodium dipping, and even engraving. The jeweler (and his mom) are extremely friendly, and I’ll support these guys over the big Zales/Littman, etc. any day of the week.

Horrible customer service and extremely rude. From the minute I walked in, I got a really cold vibe. I went in to get a new ring setting I purchased online evaluated and to get some education on ring width and durability since I was having second thoughts if I went too thin with my band and this store was local. He essentially told me he can't help me or answer anymore questions because I wasn't purchasing anything from him and he wasn’t getting any business. I was planning to get my diamond remounted or possibly upgraded as well and needed to purchase a new matching band, but he wouldn't know that because he didn't want to give me the light of day. There was no one else in the store and it was the middle of the day. You just lost a potential new customer. I have never experienced such a horrible attitude from any business in my life!
