Terrible...everyone complains about the long hours they have to wait. It is true that it takes hours to be attended to. I had an appointment at 2.30 pm. It's 4.30pm waiting in the room. 2 hours waiting. Terrible.

No matter what time you go, you will wait a very very long time. Sometimes the front desk people are rude as well

Very long wait times, they schedule majority of appointments at 9am and dr does not arrive until 10 or 1030, the patient rooms and waiting areas are old, the front desk staff is rude, the drs are ok but they don't show that they care patients have been waiting for hours to be seen. Overall bad experience with this location

Terrible terrible terrible. Came at 10am lugging 2 children - one 14 month and 10 year old, only to be told the doctor will be there by 11am!! I was told I would take 1 HOUR to fill the forms anyways. The secretary was very rude. Other doctors either send forms via email or ask people to come 15 minutes early. Daughter missed school. Ended up canceling. Pick another doctor. Bad doctors offices should be shut down. There is 0 accountability for doctors on how they treat patients. Should be more empathetic to those who have kids. 1 + hour of waiting with poor costumer service just takes it to another level. Contact insurance companies and hospitals to report this practice. The more people taking them to account the better. Stop the referrals.

You should only seek treatment from this place if it truly is your last result. Be ready to spend at least AT THE VERY LEAST 40 mns waiting before being moved to a room where they will check vitals then wait another 20 to 35mns until you see a doctor. You will always spend at least 2 hours in this place and only 10 to 15 mns of that time will be you and your kids actually engaging with a doc. Once you express frustration they will gladly advise you to find another place. By FAR the worst experience you'll have at a doctor's office.

Absolutely horrendous place. Very long wait times, staff gives you attitude and you aren't treated with basic respect. The Doctor and the staff here are horrible.

Spent wayyyy to much time in the waiting room. Doctor body shamed me and assumed all I eat are hamburgers and pizza. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

Terrible, horrible horrible, I arrived at 2:00pm and my appointment was 2:30, I left that place at 5:05. It is outrageous that I spent 3 hours there when the checkup took 5 minutes for 2 girls. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE
