Update:
I
have
now
been
a
member
for
nearly
3
years
and
I
still
love
it
here.
Original
post:
I
am
a
mother
of
three
young
children
at
home
and
had
not
done
any
regular
gym
exercise
for
nearly
5
years,
I
am
40
years
old
and
am
40
lbs
overweight.
My
goals
are
to
build
strength
and
lose
excess
weight.
I
started
my
journey
with
Fit
Spot
recently
and
wish
to
share
why
I
enjoy
this
place.
I
was
nervous
about
my
first
workout
BEFORE
even
stepping
foot
in
it
because
I
wasn't
sure
what
to
expect.
But
as
soon
as
I
started,
the
shaky
nerves
were
transformed
to
excitement
after
completing
my
first
workout,
the
second,
and
so
on.
When
I
inquired
about
the
Fit
Spot,
Michael
(the
owner
and
one
of
the
trainers),
responded
promptly
and
answered
all
of
my
questions.
He
is
sincere,
wants
each
and
every
one
of
us
to
do
our
best
and
fulfill
our
goals.
Best
of
all
he
doesn't
use
high
pressure
sales
tactics
like
other
gyms.
The
other
trainer
Jared
is
patient
and
takes
extra
time
to
help
us
on
form
and
suggest
modifications
if
we
are
not
yet
strong
enough
to
do
an
exercise.
I
have
attended
more
of
his
classes
because
he
happens
to
work
at
the
time
I
can
come
in.
Frank
is
an
excellent
kickboxing
instructor.
If
you
are
a
beginner
he
takes
extra
time
to
explain
moves
to
you
and
uses
excellent
verbal
and
visual
queues.
All
three
are
positive
and
encouraging.
The
classes
are
supervised
by
a
trainer
who
explains
the
exercises,
suggests
modifications
if
necessary
and
allows
you
to
work
at
your
own
pace.
There
are
no
instructors
shouting
at
you
(that
does
not
motivate
me),
classes
are
not
overcrowded,
and
everyone
I
met
has
been
courteous
and
helpful.
The
environment
is
friendly
and
respectful.
There
are
members
of
all
levels
of
ability,
fitness,
and
age.
Every
class
I
have
taken
has
been
different
and
challenging.
Sometimes
I
feel
like
I
won't
make
it
to
the
end,
but
with
some
modifications
I
do
and
the
feeling
of
accomplishment
is
amazing.
I
highly
recommend
that
if
you
want
to
try
the
this
gym,
do
attend
classes
for
least
two
weeks
or
a
month
before
you
make
the
decision
if
it
is
for
you.
There
is
a
free
trial
class.
But,
it
is
worth
paying
for
two
weeks
or
a
month
because
you
can
see
how
varied
the
classes
are
or
try
different
class
times.
I
hope
this
review
was
helpful
to
you.
Good
luck
on
your
decision!
