This is the worst gym, and completely ripped my friends off. I signed up for this gym with all of my friends. We signed up for a student plan as the manager told me, and all my friends did as well. Then I froze my account and instead of charging me 5$ they began charging me 10$. Then without my consent they unfroze my account and started charging me hundreds of dollars. I contacted them and they said they would figure it out. I followed up with and they said it would be taken care of. Then in March they called and said if I do not pay 1400$ they would kill my credit record. As a student 1400$ is a lot of money. They gave me no alternative and pointed me to corporate. When I tried to reach out, the corporate was rude, and told me nothing can work out. Never sign up for Jersey strong, especially if u are a student. Hidden fees, lack of respect, ripped off, and unwillingness to figure things out is all you will get.

decent gym. signed up in 2021 for $29.99 per month. Less than a year into going to this gym, they increased my monthly payments without telling me to $43.00 per month. Decent gym, but not for $43.00 per month, especially when there is no sauna, pool, basketball court, and one lousy water fountain that spits out 90 degree water.

I called the ABC fitness solutions, which is the 3rd party billing service for Jersey strong. I was on the call for 5 minutes and the automated system kept on taking me on the loop to verify my account. When I requested for customer rep the system would not push it through. When I called the gym, they were acting as if it was not their problem. At least LA fitness or Esporta on route 18 had better customer service even though their equipment was not working half the time.

I am so happy didn't pay anything yet. This gym is a disaster! Super dirty! I left something on a treadmill and it was there for 2 weeks! No one cleaned up! They are asking to wipe the equipment after yourself and I think that's the only way they are cleaning it! I was on the trial for 3 weeks and NEVER was able to get to any group class. All of them was canceled.

Tammy is a kick a$$ Fight instructor and I love her classes! I only wish she taught more classes in EB! EB could use a new stereo system or at least one that works. Today Tammy had to use her own tiny speakers just so we could have some music! Tammy is awesome though, even though the speakers weren't working she kicked our butts anyway. We love you Tammy!!! Dana's 5:45am Fight Class is another favorite of mine. It may be early by Dana keeps us going. I only wish there were more early classes in EB!

DO NOT COME HERE! They take money and when it comes to following through promotions they said I’m not eligible. The day I signed up I was promised a $80 gift card and that was June 30, 2023, it’s now august 30, 2023 , no consistency with classes and they charged for month of September and refuse to give refund. I was honestly give a 0 . They are thrives ! They keep telling you they cannot do anything on a club level and corporate doesn’t do anything eiether. Worst service ever !! They just try to take your money, they don’t care . Do not sign up here !! Find another place to workout

If you’re looking for consistency with classes, look elsewhere. After covid a lot of classes have been canceled altogether or only offered a couple of times a week during morning hours. And to add to it, they are canceled indiscriminately so you show up and there is no class to attend to. Apparently, there are staff shortages but, my dues have remained the same. If I wanted to go to the gym and not utilize the classes, I would just join planet fitness for half the price. Seriously, if you’re looking for consistency and classes, do not join this gym.

I would like to say Jersey Strong in East Brunswick,the gym is well maintained and very clean and excellent customer service. The manager is doing an excellent job and is always helpful and happy to say they stop the people from sneaking in. I love this gym it’s like home, would be nice if they could put a shake standing in,a sauna or even basketball but other than that the gym is amazing, and even the trainers are helpful too.Keep up the good work Jersey Strong.

Id put 0 stars but can't. Very outdated gym with nothing really special it's a basement gym with average or old workout equipments. There is no space for anything and DONT fall for their "promotion" because they will charge you MORE if you don't spend more a month prices. The salesmen was too pushy saying the "free" trial wouldnt include any promo so you had to pay. Menlo is way better is staff and equipment. And 24 hour feature is ok but people sneak in guests by 4-5 and overcrowd it. NOT WORTH IT

Worst, Racist and very Rude customer service. AVOID at all cost. Jersey Strong East Brunswick are scammers, racist and very bad behavior towards customer specially person name Kenny. They promised certain price with promotion but we were charged double price and they refused to recognize initially sighting we have mental issues. He just left in the middle of conversation, other 2 people knowing its their issue did not say a word as they promised initially that it is their issue and working with back office. Never going to this facility and any other Jersey strong facility ever again. All my friends and family cancelling their membership to this facility. Not recommended for anyone. 0 star for staff behavior. Educate your staff on how to talk to people or close the facility.

Great experience at Jersey Strong East Brunswick. I froze my membership for some time and when I called to follow up about helping with my account and adding my sons… it was easy! The General Manager was very accommodating and knew how to help! Brian was also awesome! He was great with my boys and spoke with such respect and sincerity, he should be a motivational speaker! The facility is big and many updates since my last visit a few years ago. Also very clean! Always a plus. Thank you East Brunswick for your professionalism and hospitality.

I have been a member at this gym for a few years now and it is fantastic. They have any equipment that you would ever need. The atmosphere is always great with the music and the other gym goers. The staff is very helpful and friendly.

I have been at this gym for a about a year. I enjoy the flexibility of being able to go to other locations but have not yet strayed from East Brunswick. My favorite classes are X-Cycle with Michele Magda and Adriene Wills!

Nanette taught Power Class this morning at 8am, and Core at 9am, the stero system was not working which was reported. She did a great job emphasizing. She is a great instructor. Always pleasant and helpful.

Had a wonderful experience with East Brunswick location. It was my first time ever going to a Jersey strong gym. Iv had other gyms that I had attended. But jersey strong grab my attention. I had a great experience with Parsa showing me all around the gym and helping me sign up with my first time membership with Jersey strong. Parsa was very thorough and patient with me to discuss the membership. I was very satisfied with my outcome and him taking the time to help me out. Often times we don’t come across good customer care. But Parsa is the one! Definitely recommend this gym to fitness junkies you won’t regret it and definitely ask for Parsa. 5 stars for sure in great customer care and over all experience. Thank you again!

I’m a SOF military member visiting family for holiday leave, was looking for a proper gym with adequate equipment and this place definitely has everything you need with knowledgeable staff. Will happily go every chance I get.

Good gym not over crowded. Staff is cool, manager is cool and friendly, other gym goers are also always friendly. But can someone FIX THE DAMN WATER FOUNTAIN! Tired of drinking pee warm water!!!!! Thanks

I love each of them seprately because each workout class I attend it different and effective. I love coming to WOW specifically East Brunswick location because of these instructors. They always cheers for you, kind, respectfully, funny, awesome, they want you to succeed, and they make you sweat! Wow always wondered about this place. Thanks to all the honest reviews that helped me avoid a headache. There are certainly other places you can go. Let this place destroy itself without involving good honest hardworking people. I find it interesting that the respond to reviews with a link to put on a support ticket. These ppl are nuts 😂

Tammy McDaniel is an excellent instructor. She teaches boot camp, fight, core, etc. She’s amazing and leaves you with a great workout. She cheers for you and makes sure she remembers your name. Tammy is a fierce trainer!!!

The gym is clean and has all the equipment that I want/need. There’s even a section with boxing bags, which is not something I’ve seen in other gyms. It’s also not super crowded, which is really nice - I’ve never had to wait for equipment that I needed. I wish there was a water filter/refill station for refilling water bottles; there’s only one water fountain and it’s a little grimy, so I don’t want to use that. Also, I wish the website had been more upfront with the pricing and the different membership options. I signed up for a free trial online, but when I got there, was sold a membership before I could even test out the facility, and it wasn’t the greatest experience.

Very good first impressions of this gym. Kevin was very helpful when it came to signing up. Just wish they had 1 or 2 more power racks.

It’s been a long time since I went to a gym so I decided to try this gym out.The minute I stepped into this gym I saw how big and spacious it was.I went on the gym tour with Kevin and I got to see the equipment and all the good stuff.I really liked how upstairs was just made for the locker rooms and how a certain amount of people are allowed in per day to avoid the gym being crowded.After seeing the gym in person I would say I rate it a 10/10 and would definitely recommend any of my friends to come here.I look forward to coming here to get into better shape.However reads this I hope you have a blessed day. :)

Super easy sign up process, every gym is accessible with your membership, classes are included, the gym is constantly being cleaned, staff is friendly and helpful, very happy I joined!

Joining was so easy. Kevin was super helpful and informative and got me to sign up the same night. I’m very excited to get started.

The best part about this gym is the 24 hour convenience. Other than that, the equipment is all old and outdated (relatively certain it’s the same equipment from when it was WOW and I came here ten years ago). That being said, it’s all relatively clean and functioning. Zero effort is made to get people to re-rack and clean up after themselves - and no one really cleans up weights. Which can be super annoying. Late afternoons and late evenings there are a bunch of females that workout in sports bras and men that work out without shirts on and don’t wipe down equipment afterwards, which is definitely off-putting. Peak times usually aren’t terribly crowded, which is a huge plus. Also worth noting is that there are a total of three 2.5 lbs plates for the entire gym - despite multiple requests to order more. - I was charged a $106 yearly gym fee - where did it go? No idea.
