This is the best gym by far! It’s clean, affordable & the best customer service given. From the minute you walk through the doors you are greeted with the most friendly people who are always willing to help! The equipment is state of art & the atmosphere is perfect! The owners are the BEST~ professional , honest & sincere. They treat everyone like family! This is a gym for all ages! Besides they make the best shakes too. Great gym and equipment. They have mostly EVERYTHING (equipment and attachments) for bodybuilding when getting ready for competition. Super clean. Spotless bathroom. Management who is Bruce, is doing an amazing job. He is a true leader with a friendly countenance. They maintain their machines. Crowd is pretty good. Parking is good. Happy here. The service is great! I broke my hand fixing a lawnmower, and I knew that I could rely on the Intoxx Staff to be the friendly and accommodating members that they are. I reached out for some help with my mower and I was all set and ready to go that night! Love this place for the ceanliness, hospitality, but importantly it’s wonderful service!

The one major thing that puts intoxx fitness in a league of its own is the cleanliness of the sports facility, they have staff around the clock ensuring every machine is properly cleaned and well maintained. They're one of cleanest clubs I've ever stepped foot in. They took Covid-19 very serious. they did their due due diligence to make sure all thr members were safe. You feel like youre part of a family with how the treat everyone. Very professional & friendly staff

Best gym on the island! Super clean and the staff is so friendly. They really make you feel like family. I always have a good experience and great workout when I’m here. I feel very comfortable to ask for tips and advice on form or workout recommendations. The equipment is new and up to date. I never have a problem with a broken machines unlike other gyms. Intoxx is on repairs right away. Also, the shakes are absolutely delicious!

The staff is super friendly and supportive. Many times throughout the year, I sign up for short periods of time due to my work taking me out of state frequently. Every time I come back, the staff offers me a fair rate and is always understanding of my schedule. I recommend this gym to anyone who wants a gym that sets a high standard and gets their job done.

This gym has the nicest and most helpful staff out of any gym I’ve ever been to. They keep this gym spotless, always someone in there cleaning all the equipment and keeping the place neat. They always upgrade their equipment and always adding new machines, if you haven’t checked out this gym you’re missing out.

InToxx gym in Tottenville is a friendly, clean, well equipped gym. Staff is very friendly and helpful…and they make the best protein shakes! Even if you don’t want to go to gym, this is the gym to go to..

This is a great gym overall, this gym is a super friendly environment not only made by the staff but also from other members. The entire place is extremely user friendly with machines and other equipment ranging from just starting all the way to professional. As a college student they've made a super huge effort to try and keep me as a member while I'm home from school. Bruce always has a smile on his face and Is an amazing person to see if you need some cheer in your day. All of the staff is great and if you need a great shake post workout, Alan's your guy.

Been going to this gym for about 6 months now. I was referred by a friend who has been a member for many years. There’s not one bad thing to say. The front staff is very nice and pleasant to walk into to, even at 5am. The gym is always clean and somome is always wiping down the machines. I haven’t had much sessions with the trainers, but the 10 sessions I did do with them were great. And the price was reasonable also. They do a great job at the gym. Just wanted to say thank you for a pleasant experience. See you guys in a little bit.
