👍👍 Smooth but kicking!! You must try the chillers. All the baristas are great but I’m particular to anyone who smiles brightly while working inside on a Saturday People often mention coffee,

A wonderful coffee shop. I had the iced chai latte with soy milk and it was good! I wish there was slightly less milk in it because it seemed to drown out the chai taste. The red velvet loaf was also very good. There seemed to be a ton of other pastry and dessert options here that I would have loved to try. Also I saw that they have breakfast sandwiches on the menu.

Way better than Starbucks.... Price is the same. Food is better. Hot Chocolate is way better. Don't drink coffee so I couldn't say if coffee is better. It at least smells better than the place around the corner. Not so corporate-like even though it's a franchise. Nice quite place.

Gloria Jean's charms with its quaint ambiance, making it a delightful coffee spot. The pastries are a highlight, and there are convenient wall seats with outlets for studying, giving it a cozy, homey feel. Despite the absence of music during my visit, the atmosphere was pleasant. On the downside, the barista's demeanor was a letdown. While I understand the challenges of the job, a friendlier approach would have been appreciated. Additionally, the plain latte with vanilla fell short of expectations, as it was alright at best.

Friendly atmosphere, great social distancing, excellent food! Will definitely become a regular customer now that I'm going to Rutgers. Their drinks and food was fantastic!! The employees were so warm and friendly too!! Loved it, 10/0 :))

Around 4.30pm Monday 09/4/23 we went in the store and the barista ( shaved head girl) with mask on was telling us quote “I’m closing in 30mins and I can’t make these foods” without even a simple “hi”. Is this how you serve your customers?

Visited with my daughter on a Saturday morning. The owner was so nice and made my daughter’s coffee cake very special for her. Fyi - if you want decaf, it’s a pour over.

The shop is not even open when I was there at 7.45am when it's stated open at 7am. The door are chained up ... doesn't look like anyone is interested to work

Asked for pumpkin spice coffee but the response was “we don’t have pumpkin spice”. Asked for a sandwich “it’s going to take me 10 minutes to make an egg”. Okay 👌🏻

Came by for a coffee. Got the creme brulee it was great. Only thing is I wished there was some music on or something. It’s eerily quiet and all you hear is the barista making drinks (also w blender) Add light music and 10/10!✨ Edit: changed from 5 stars to 4 because the girl is consistently blending or grinding coffee beans. I can not even relax and enjoy my coffee without loud grinding sounds. Won’t come back unless it’s to-go.😩

Cashier with green hair and helper were VERY rude. Slapped the wrong coffee order off the table and slammed it on the garbage. I’ve gotten better service at McDonald’s.

We are from NH and we were visiting family in the area. In NH the Gloria Jeans is an hour away. We missed their coffee and found this place. The service was wonderful, the people were friendly and kind. The place was clean and tidy. Thank you for an amazing experience and wonderful coffee❤️

Solid coffee spot, the café horchata was delicious as well as some of the baked goods, including the brownie. Will probably be my go to in the area if nothing else proves to be better.

Good coffee & service. Won't allow bikes inside, and there are no bike racks outside. Not acceptable for a downtown location in the 21st century

Great coffee and eating options. Good vibes and wonderful staff. A relatively fairly priced menu as well.

Best reward at the end of my week is a big cup of Creme Brulee hit coffee from Gloria Jeans. I also love their croissants sandwiches.👍👍👍👍👍

I doordashed a sandwich from here and there was green mold dots on my food. No I could not eat it as I don’t trust the quality.

How do you not take phone orders? Called to place an order like I normally do, was told they don't take phone orders, and during my attempt to find out why an order could have very easily been placed. Instead I got hung up on after trying to contact/leave a message for the owner.

Meh. I had to explain single origin to the gentleman. He doesn't know what a Gibraltar is, though that's too common. The big issue is they left me hanging in the bathroom w no toilet paper and no paper towels. Especially need to be on top of that at a coffee shop ;) The gentleman didn't apologize for his mistake. Of course, this is more on management than the worker. Please train your people and inspire them. Also, they didn't take the time to do the lock on the bathroom properly. For some reason, I can lock the door, but the post it note above the lock says not too. So we rely on the person outside the restroom to knock first. Good luck :) Overall, it seems he'd rather be somewhere else. I've seen this w many workers over the past several months, and I feel compassion for them. Life is too short to not bring your best energy (you benefit when you bring your best, even to the worst jobs). The tough economy is hitting us all hard; I still encourage all of us to bring our best. If you don't like your job, study Salesforce at Salesforce Trailhead; it's free, lucrative, and in demand. This is a coffee shop in an office building that is run as though the customers are “ladies who lunch”. We actually can’t wait half an hour for coffee. Can’t stand in line watching while employees stare at us while not taking orders. Then people are who ordered online come in and their drinks are slowly made. Can easily walk the 10 minutes to a Starbucks and back more quickly. I work in this building and I’m done trying to be a customer.

Very nice to have an alternative to the regular cup of Joe spots… The espresso chiller seems to be the unique thing hear… they are like ice lattes however, these flavors are very different in taste, MUCH HIGHER QUALITY!!… you can taste the freshness and flavor of refined sweetness and awesome creamer… don’t know the brand they use but it is unique to this spot… dark roast coffee was very strong and comes out piping hot and the cups they give you keep it hot much longer than both DD & SB…. Muffins were a little dry… will go back if I see them again… not very spread out yet but that’s I guess why it is more quality than quantity! Prices are a little high, but meh…. ya know money grows off trees anyway…

I came at 7:30am the barista that was there had a nasty attitude. I had even greeted her with a ‘good morning’ and she continued to have an attitude. I left with my order to notice the lid she gave me was cracked… i would not be this uptight if she had treated the customers that came after me the same way but she did not. She was super sweet with them! This was my first and last time at this location! This type of attitude isn’t right as its how you set up someone’s day
