This
incident
occurred
on
May
17,
2022.
I
am
sadden
by
the
behavior
of
the
owner's
daughter
who
spoke
in
a
condescending
and
disrespectful
manner
to
my
daughter
who
has
a
traumatic
brain
injury.
With
an
elevated
voice
she
said
to
my
daughter
"you
have
to
walk
around
the
rope
maze.
There
was
absolutely
no
one
on
line
at
the
time.
She
followed
my
daughter
inside
yelling
"you
got
to
walk
around
the
rope
maze."
I
intervened
and
said
to
her
"this
is
not
how
you
speak
to
a
customer."
I
asked
to
speak
to
the
owner
and
she
stated
"I
am
the
owner."
She
then
went
inside
and
started
to
tell
each
person
who
was
working
about
the
incident
while
looking
at
us
through
the
glass.
I
could
not
understand
the
harshness
and
unprofessionalism
of
her
behavior.
Was
it
because
we
are
African
American?
Or
is
it
in
line
with
why
we
never
saw
an
African
American
working
there?
I
recommend
customer
service
training
for
the
owner's
daughter.
It
is
unfortunate
that
the
owner's
daughter
has
tarnished
the
enjoyment
of
buying
ice
cream
from
Magnifico's.
My
family
and
friends
were
customers
for
over
10
years
and
never
had
such
a
horrific
experience
than
the
experience
with
the
owner's
daughter.
The
photo
attached
show
the
rope
maze
as
being
empty.
No
one
was
on
line.
