This incident occurred on May 17, 2022. I am sadden by the behavior of the owner's daughter who spoke in a condescending and disrespectful manner to my daughter who has a traumatic brain injury. With an elevated voice she said to my daughter "you have to walk around the rope maze. There was absolutely no one on line at the time. She followed my daughter inside yelling "you got to walk around the rope maze." I intervened and said to her "this is not how you speak to a customer." I asked to speak to the owner and she stated "I am the owner." She then went inside and started to tell each person who was working about the incident while looking at us through the glass. I could not understand the harshness and unprofessionalism of her behavior. Was it because we are African American? Or is it in line with why we never saw an African American working there? I recommend customer service training for the owner's daughter. It is unfortunate that the owner's daughter has tarnished the enjoyment of buying ice cream from Magnifico's. My family and friends were customers for over 10 years and never had such a horrific experience than the experience with the owner's daughter. The photo attached show the rope maze as being empty. No one was on line.

It Spring and the weather is warm. Stop at Magnifico's because Hartley anyone was there, we much is very rare. Had a simple vanilla cone dipped in hot chocolate. Boy-o-boy was it good. They have a large selection of frozen delights and special items made to order. Update: didn't taste as good as last time, prices went up, served much less and most importantly, it was melting before I was given the ice cream

False Advertising! Watch out for their bait and switch! They offered a buy one get one free on Creamsicle ice cream. They gave me one fresh cup and a 2nd cup that was half the size and told me that was my free one. The manager, Nicole, said with an attitude you should be lucky you get anything for free! This cup was over $5. They should advertise buy one, get half of one, because that’s what it was.

Delicious fresh ice cream! The walnuts on my sundae were so good and Not stale. Awesome service, very patient and friendly staff. Many flavors and priced right. Lovely outdoor seating under shady trees❤️

One of the few places I can find soft serve Black Raspberry Ice Cream. My wife had vanilla soft serve with crushed peanut butter cups. Great Ice Cream.

Wow!!! First time visiting this place yesterday even though I drive past it eveey time I'm going to the AMC theatre. A friend recommended this place for good soft serve ice cream and boy was he right!!!

Nice retro shop for soft serve ice cream. Nice customer service. We went there by 10:25pm and they closes at 10:30pm, they still served us. This place has good amount of parking and good amount of benches. Will go again definetly.

Nice sitting space, fast service. Plenty parking is available. I think they only have soft serves..not hard ice creams...but I was in a hurry so don't take my word. Decent amount of flavors for ice cream. Would go again sometime to know more about the place and try new flavors.

I had an absolutely amazing chocolate peanut butter shake! My hubby had an awesome bowl of black raspberry ice cream as well!!

Good ice cream, long opening hours. One downside is sometimes lines can be long, but that's not the fault of the shop, the ice cream is just that good.

A few days ago, while on our way back from the Stress Factory Comedy Club (Michael Rapaport! So funny!!) we had to stop at Magnifico’s Ice Cream for a late bite of soft serve. What a treat🍦 Open year round. Excellent ice cream. Lots of choices. It’s a take out place, with tables outside. Accessible. There is a parking lot, but use care entering and exiting... there is a lot of construction around and it’s difficult to manage. The young woman serving us was super nice and efficient. I imagine long lines during the warm months, but we were in and out in just a few minutes.

Love this shop! The dipped soft serve is my favorite . Open year round ( closed for 2 weeks- end of December into the 1st week of January )

This place hits the spot right after movies nearby. Cold refreshing ice cream with sweet toppings in a waffle bowl. Who doesn't like that?😁

Tried the chocolate and strawberry. Both were good. There are some benches set up outside for seating.

I ordered a birthday cake and I was so happy with it! The girl at the counter was super helpful she wrote everything down exactly as I wanted I was impressed with her handwriting and how clearly it was written. The cake it self was delicious!

I love this place!! I’m so surprised that I haven’t indulged in their amazing ice cream sooner. We got a pineapple dole whip, a chocolate dipped salted caramel cone, and a cake batter cone. All of the soft serve was highly flavorful and perfectly creamy. I was worried when we pulled up and I saw a line, but they know how to move it very fast. Staff was very fast and polite!! The decor is so cute too. Makes me feel like I’m on a movie set

We have been driving past Magnifico's for tears and finally decided to stop, and what a mistake. We ordered 4 different flavor items, and they all had the same vanilla base, and with artificial flavoring added to them. They tasted awful!

Was at Magnificos tonight and I always enjoy the ice cream but the customer service member was so rude to me. I ordered a sundae and specified the topping I wanted and there was a mix up, so I let another member of customer service know to which she was very nice about it. Unfortunately, the girl who handled my ice cream was very rude and scolded me for not being clear enough with her. I’m honestly not one to write reviews but it just didn’t sit right with me at all, as it was a misunderstanding. I actually ended up saying not to fix it, but the other customer service employee helped me. I worked at an ice cream shop myself and I understand it gets busy in the summer but this is no way to treat a paying customer. Obviously we all have bad days but it was rude ! Not sure how much I’ll be returning in the future.

Absolutely delicious. Came here this past weekend after going to the fair. Their shakes are amazing. My son had a Sunday and it was made to perfection. Brought the dog as well because we heard they had a pup size ice cream. He loved it. Parking is decent, it was pretty late so I actually parked in the lot before the actually parking lot.

Always love their ice cream. Many flavors of soft ice cream 🍦 to choose from. Got a Black and white malted float. It was great and quite a large size. Line was long, but moved at decent pace.
