Le Peep is my favorite breakfast/brunch spot in the Edison area! It can get pretty busy on weekends so make sure to join the waitlist online early. I get something different every time I visit and I have never been disappointed. Even their drinks are great!

Our absolute favorite brunch place in Edison! My husband and I had our very first brunch date here, and we go back constantly since. The only downside is they are too popular and sometimes it is impossible to get a table. My suggestion is, when you wake up, before driving there, to check their waitlist. Their menu has so much variety and just want you to go back and try everything. I can proudly say that after 7-8 years, we have tried most of the items on the menu with our family and friends, and nothing was ever disappointing. You can literally just close your eyes and pick any item from the menu and love and enjoy your food. I recommend everything.

Decent breakfast, bunch restaurant. A lot of choices. Online waiting list. Coffee is good. Waffle is very good! The only thing I don’t like is the hash browns are too burnt. Oh, and too crowded.

Le Peep is just an incredibly delicious place to go for breakfast and this location is no exception. You must start off with the Gooey Buns (and sassy apples!) and then everything else on the menu will make your tummy happy. This location is clean and has great service even though it was pretty busy. Portion size is good for the prices and parking was easy. Can’t wait to come back!

We really enjoyed our breakfast here! It was our first time and we joined the waitlist which really helped cut back on waiting. It was well decorated and the service was amazing. Everyone was super nice! Their menu was huge and they have gluten free English muffins. The food came out pretty quick for a Sunday at 11 am! We cannot wait to go back. It was also great there’s a large parking lot.

Great atmosphere with friendly staff. I got the avocado toast which was really good. It is more of an appetizer though if you ask me good for sharing. I also got the banana bread waffle also really good was on the sweeter side but not so sweet that it makes you sick if you know what I mean. It ended up tasting really good too. The potatoes were also good. I definitely will come here again for brunch.

One of my favorite brunch places in Central Jersey. They know your sweet breakfast cravings to the point. Make sure to reserve a spot on Yelp prior to arriving. Wait time can be 60-90 minuites on weekends. Early reservation in the morning can save you some valuable time. Highly recommended.

I've come to Le Peep a few times and enjoyed myself every time, here are some thoughts from my last visit 💭: Pecan Pumpkin Pancake 🥞: Great! Really enjoyed the spiced taste and the chunks of pumpkin and pecan really made it taste homey. Frittata skillet 🍳: Best Frittata i have had. Very juicy and flavorful, unlike many frittatas I've had which were over done and dry Shrimp and Grits 🍤: Was not a big fan of this. Did not have enough flavor and was bland. Could use more topping and sauce to counteract the bland grits. If you're looking to have amazing shrimp and Grits i recommend Four Brothers in Metuchen, i have reviewed in the past.

Loved it so much the first time, I circled back 2 days later. The food was DELICIOUS!!! The Pancake of the month was an apple crisp pancake...I wanted to kiss the chef...texture, taste EVERYTHING was perfect. I also had the scrambled eggs with lobster, tomatoes, brie, and hollandaise sauce...ON POINT....honestly, my new favorite breakfast /brunch spot. I can't believe I've lived near them for this many years and have only tried them this week. I'll be back!!!

A beautiful brunch restaurant in Edison. Fast and friendly service. Everything we ordered was delicious - Egg benedict, waffles, garden omelette, plain pancakes and beverages. They have pretty good options for pancakes and waffles however I ordered and LOVED their plain pancakes - very fluffy and not too sweet, just how I like it. I also got the Hazelnut Latte in regular milk and am definitely going back for more. They do vegan milk options. Best part is you can make a reservation online on the day you are planning to visit and you'll be able to get LIVE updates on the number of reservations ahead of you. The online reservation will show an estimated time when your reservation will be ready. Pretty cool!! Plenty of parking space since it's in a shopping complex right on Route US-1. I'll definitely be visiting back again.

Le Peep's never disappoints. The food is always seasoned well and eggs or steak comes out as ordered. I have never experienced bad service and the restaurant is always clean and vibrant. The remodel is more open and welcoming. I highly recommend this restaurant.

Been meaning to come Le Peep twice and it’s always busy. I thought, Ok this place must be amazing. Finally came in during the off peak hours. I had the Chilaquiles, Nutella waffle and cappuccino. Okay the service was GREAT. The server was very attentive and took care of us. 5 stars for service however the food, I’d give it a 3. Presentation was nice. Will I go again, I may not but may see to try a different dish.

Highly recommend reserving in advance on their website or yelp. We waited for only about 5 mins when reserving in advance. The brunch here tastes great. Nothing really stands out but it's a good breakfast. A lot of other reviews here are being a bit exaggerated. The eggs tasted like eggs, the pancakes tasted like pancakes. You know what to expect. The service was quick and friendly. The pricing is on the higher end of the range. Expect to spend about $25 if you get a drink, main, and side.

LOVED! Cute bistro vibe! Perfect for brunch on a budget with a cool byob option. Located in a mall so there’s lots of parking up front. Sundays can be a little busy so you may want to get on the list prior to getting there or there may be a wait to be seated. As for the service, wonderful all round. The food was amazing and was delivered quite promptly. I believe 2:30 is the cut off time to be seated not actually when they are closed. This is important because we did reschedule based on what google had shown to be the closing time. Definitely will be returning!

This review is from two weekends ago... I don't usually eat pancakes when out in a place because I don't like fluffy pancakes, i just try and stay away from doughy textures and also gluten as much as possible so when I do indulge in pancakes gf or not i like them thin and crunchy so when I asked the waitress where I should the pancake or french toast as part of my lumberjack plate she did not flinch and said pancakes 💯 and I am so glad I did. Best pancakes i have had out in the wild in a good long while. I should have gotten the hash browns the potatoes weren't anything to write home about. My matcha was delicious. My friend enjoyed his waffle as well. The service was friendly, quick considering how busy they are which is mind-blowing and effective.

Le Peep is a cozy brunch spot with delicious food and a friendly atmosphere. The menu has a variety of tasty options, including their famous pancakes and omelets. The portions are generous, and the service is excellent. Overall, a great choice for a brunch outing

There is a waitress named Christine❤️❤️❤️ she is the reason why Le peep gets an A++ from the BBB. SHE WAS EXTREMELY ATTENTIVE TO ALL OF 6 TABLES SHE HAS INCLUDING MINES. This was an all around great dining adventure. The down side of the entire experience is JAKE (the busser) didn’t seem to helpfull to the other staff from what I saw.

Really cute place! And the shortest wait times I’ve ever seen for a brunch place. Very affordable compared to other places and very generous portions. The gingerbread latte was very good and so was the garden omelet. Custard French toast was ok, a bit dry. But overall very good food and great service/ambience!

Nice vibe - lots of people on a Friday morning for brunch. Cute little spot. Not sure when they prepare their fruit but my strawberry was brown. They were nice and exchanged new ones but they are still the same 😅 we ordered the pesto spinach breakfast sandwich and egg white omelette. They were just ok. The pancakes and waffles look nice though.

Got recommendations from lots of people this breakfast place and it lived up to its hype. Food was excellent. Service was quick and they have couple of vegan options too. We had Benedict eggs minus bacon - ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Spanish omlette - ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Blueberry pancakes - ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Coffee and cappuccino - ⭐️⭐️⭐️ One thing to notice is reservation is must and they’ll cancel if the everyone is not there. Lots of parking available. Definitely will visit again.

This is one hole-in-the-wall eatery you should try when in Edison, NJ. The serving is sufficiently large to fill one’s appetite. The Spanish Omelette and the Chicken Waffle were very tasty.

I was really glad that I did an online order. I went around 9:30 to pick it up and it was packed. I got the eggs Benedict over tater tots. I substituted the bacon for turkey bacon. I'd probably just get no meat at all. I think the turkey bacon made it a bit salty. I wish they had put some pepper as well. I think that would have lessened the salty taste. The English muffin was good. I also got the cookie dough pancakes for my younger brother. He said they were very sweet which is to be expected. Over all he said they were good. The side potatoes were good but also slightly salty. I would recommend putting a bit less salt in the food. It's a bit much. Overall my experience was great and I would definitely come back if I were to come to the east coast again.

Went for breakfast… everything was so good and lived up to our expectations and the ratings are legit is what we felt. We had crab cake benedict, tres leches French toast, regular cappuccino and a raspberry vanilla cappuccino. All the items ordered were soo tasty and fresh. Will be back to try more. Highly recommend joining the waitlist rather than walk-ins.

This was a $14.99 steak panini. As you can see it was completely GROSS!!! How can you put something like this on a plate and give it to the customer? They already are overpriced with long waits, but this should be embarrassing to any business to serve food like that.

Great local find. The food is delicious, tastes like farm to table. Had the Greek goddess omelette. This is a popular spot, so I suggest getting on the waitlist as wait times can be extensive.

Nice place for breakfast and brunch. The Omni omelet was very good and the waffle fries excellent. The stuff French toast was a little on the sweet side. The vegetarian omelet was very good. My server was excellent.

The menu here is incredible! I was looking for a delicious unique breakfast without the greasy spoon quality of most New Jersey restaurants and I found it here! I had the lobster scramble with potatoes and I couldn’t resist trying their corned beef hash! Everything was fresh and delicious. Not over salted or greasy. Very delicate flavor to the eggs and potatoes. Even the coffee was delicious!! Kristine was my server and she was enthusiastic about serving me. She took great care of me.

The waitress gave us time to consider what to order. It is better if she could also provide information on what additional choices we could add to our dish. It is a casual and leisure atmosphere; it's good to go with friends or family with children. The chocolate freeze is good because it's not very sweet. There is a variety of food choices.

Service: Every time I come here my servers are always attentive and well mannered. Never any complaints. Food & Drinks: Always delicious. I have never had a bad meal here, and I've been multiple times. Ambiance: Nice area to have breakfast, I love that they are open really early - I can go right after a night shift. They even have a bar top area for solo eaters. For more photos and videos, please support my foodies instagram @hike4foodies

I come here alot, before and during Covid. I also order Uber eats from here. I am giving a five star because over all my experience here has always been good. Buy everyone has an off day and the miss size of the mozzarella slice is not the end of the world. But I eat out alot and I am big on consistency with my food. This last time the table still had syrup on it, I told waitress, she said it was the sanitizer they used. 🙄 (it was ok, I had antibacterial wipes, I cleaned the table). Me and my son came for breakfast. He ordered a kids pancake 🥞 combo and I had the tomato moz. I have had this before, the slice of mozzarella was not cut even on either side. The egg was cooked over easy perfectly 🥰. But the mozzarella was not evenly slice and the Tomato was too ripe and thin, everything just fell apart when I would cut into it. And fruit on the side seemed a little skimpy, what am I supposed to do with that paper thin slice of orange? Just cut them in wedges...Over all the coffee is always great. Hopefully next time Le Peeps will be on point.

I understand this place has cheap price so don't expect it to be very good. Go to another place if you can afford something else. This is not a good experience. Loud and untidy environment, they serve tube water with a strong scent. I ordered pancakes, see the photo, the cream and syrup are so disappointing, taste bad and very cheap things. Personally don't want to come again.

Great food, good selection. My favorite is the avacado toast with eggs! Swap out home fries for gruit. Wonderful atmosphere.

Very cool breakfast spot. You can tell the place was recently renovated since all the decor and tables were brand new, restrooms were clean, which is unusual for a typical diner. We stopped by at 8am and the place filled up pretty quickly. Food was tasty, came out fast and the service was good too!

Chicken fried steak had a bitter taste to it. Gravy was a white gravy with chunks of ham. Did nothing for the meal. Spinach and pesto breakfast sandwich. Barely any pesto or avocado, definitely not enough to make a difference in flavor. Generally bland meal with no love put into the food They also put utensils in the takeout without asking and use styrofoam containers.
