Best bubble tea place in NJ with great customer services and fast made drinks. They have a new summer drink with Kirby’s Fruity Flurry collaboration. Along with that they also have many new summer refreshers such as the kiwi punch and passion grapeade!

My first here today. I arrived to the door and found out I had to download an app then make an account. Put me credit card information in and finally order a bubble tea. I must say I was annoyed having to go through this app downloading and mobile ordering because I live in NY and never go to a kung fu tea. But I really wanted a bubble tea. So I went through the trouble and made an account. The bubble tea here is very tasty. Maybe I missed it but I wish they had the brown sugar bubble tea drink that is popular everywhere. I got something that resembled it but did not taste like it. However it was tasty. Ordering was fairly straight forward on the app. My order was ready with 6mins. You just open the door look for your name and take your drink.

I ordered Thai Tea but got something else instead. The color and taste is wrong. Thai tea is supposed to be sweet and orange-ish, NOT bitter and brown. The texture was very grainy/chunky/thick (see picture). Tastes like chocolate-flavored milk tea... Very disappointed. Only took a few sips because I was worried it was expired. It was so so bitter and chunky!!!

The bar for boba has to be set at Kung Fu Tea. Have been to 3 different states and the quality has remained the same or increased. Taro Milk Tea is amazing and never disappoints. Kung Fu Milk Tea is also very good option. Service is quick. Store is clean and staff are friendly.

i have been going here for a long time but the service here has been going downhill lately. ordered a drink today and it wasn’t completely sealed. it spilled all over my car and in the bag. it’s a simple thing just to double check if they’re even sealed properly before handing them off because now my car is a mess and half my drink is gone.

Amazing bubble tea store. It's a good place to hang out with your friends during weekend. Personally I like the oreo wow.

I’m from out of town visiting relatives here. When i had a craving for Boba Tea, I immediately searched the nearest Kung Fu Tea branch ( being a Kung Fu Tea loyal customer) My search led me to this branch. As soon as I entered to give my order, this Korean ( speaking in her own language with the other staff) looking, fair skinned , slim girl ( she said her name was Tong) taking my order was so rude and degrading,I felt that she wasn’t listening when she was taking my order, and i noticed that she had an Airpod in her right ear and her voice was loud! that might be the reason why she couldn’t get my orders correctly. I’ve never had such an experience with any kung fu tea employee. This employee needs to learn her manners! What a shame! I guess , this branch will be my last choice if there will even be a next time…. I won’t be surprised if this branch closes sooner than later, if management doesn't address this issue. ☹️ Reply to Owner: That might be your perception, and no need to upload. Maybe you need to listen to your customers and do something about it instead of just defending your employees. Read the other reviews and consider trying to improve customer service , and value your customers. It might even help you in the end.

The girl that took our order was very rude with degrading tone of voice. She couldn’t get our order right and she’s making us repeat our order and she’s getting frustrated with us her voiced raised the whole time. We noticed as we approached the cashier, she was on her phone and she’s wearing an AirPod the whole time we were ordering and the whole time we were there. This girl was fair skinned, slim, tall Korean girl. I tried to be understanding and just let it go at first. We made 5 orders, when we checked our receipt as we sat down, there was another mistake that I noticed so I went to the counter right away to politely try to say to make sure that there’s no sugar on one of the order we made for health reason but she rudely replied and said “we already started making it..” as if she’s not willing to make it right. I replied “I ordered no sugar.. and by the way you’re very rude and I don’t appreciate it!” She replied “I guess we’ll just have to make another one!” Looking at us with a sharp stare (like if looks could kill) and continued to argue with me saying “next time...” I had to stop her before she can finish her statement and put her in her place! I said “There is definitely no next time! We will not be coming back here!” When we tried to ask for management and get her name name from her coworker who’s now in the cashier, one just turned to her and spoke in their language and said they can’t give us her name which is weird. If you know you didn’t do anything wrong why would you not give your name! She then said “if you want to talk to my manager, call tomorrow, the manager will be here.” We demanded to get her name and she finally said “T-o-n-g” (if that is even her name!). This girl is not fit to work in a place that requires customer service. I know a good customer service when I see one or vise versa. Unfortunately, this one is a bad one...One bad apple spoils the bunch! Customer’s perception is very important! I should have read the other reviews first before coming here and save us from disappointment! I DO NOT recommend this place if management will not be willing to correct such incidence.

Kung Fu Tea game go hard. Out of many other similar places I been to, this place do it BIG TYME. The staff is super friendly and amazing, the place itself is pretty clean, their bubble tea is delish and you can customize from the app and in-store. 10/10 top tier meta bubble tea very highly recommended.

Horrible customer service. My office has been ordering practically daily. I ordered several drinks with bubbles and jelly. They failed to make sure that the straws were delivered. Without the large straws, it is impossible to drink the contents of the drinks. When I called them and asked for straws, they told me that its not their problem. Very unprofessional.

Pretty busy tea place! The staff are pretty pretty fast and there are self checkouts available! The hot drinks are perfect temperature!

This is my nth time coming here for the same drink TARO MILK TEA 30% sugar with grass jelly . Something was off about this drink today .. still rated 5 star from my previous experience . The service is very fast and usually no wait time. Would come here again .

The drinks are consistent from store to store, the woman at checkout help me set up the app, there are a lot of people in the parking lot visiting H Mart who also come to Kung Fu Tea. It is a hotspot sometimes, great location.

Ordered bubble green tea with no milk and light sugar. Taste of tea was bitter comparing to the same product from other KFT stores ( and I have been to a dozen stores in NJ and NY).

My friend and ordered the Pikmin tea slushie and it was delicious, our order was served promptly and while they had run out of the straws from the promotion (ones with flowers), the staff was still nice enough to double check! Will definitely be back!

I like the tea, and the atmosphere. it’s just uncomfortable, when the workers stare at you at times.

I came here on August 29th, as a regular here, i’ve never had a bad experience, but today I ordered a Pikmin slush which is supposed to come with mango popping pearls, I received my order and realized it had no mango boba, when I went back to ask if it was supposed to be included, the cashier told me “yes, we actually ran out” which is fine, but instead of offering another topping or an apology she just left it at that. I usually don’t give negative ratings but the lack of communication is shocking and the workers aren’t very friendly.

I am with T-Mobile and they offered me $2 off but put me through a process of getting the app. I follow instructions to set it up to make an order and the app does not take my credit card for payment management. I tried three different cards. Guess what I wasted 20 minutes on my time on this and now I’m leaving the store and purposely will never buy anything from them again! This is frustrating and aggravating.

The staff over here are horrible. The cashiers did not ask the sweetness level or ice level and played their phone while I was there. They gave me an iced one with 100% sugar level by default. The one who made my beverage smelled at it while making it, which is NASTY. I'm quite disappointed the KongFu Tea became the worst bubble tea place around the area now. WILL GIVE 0 STAR IF I COULD

I came over to the store to have some milk tea with bubbles. It was a great choice personally. The bubbles were amazing. Cleanliness is one concern to me. Most importantly there was pungent smell inside the store, which according to me was quite repulsive.

I ordered coffee milk tea w boba. My brother got a slush. Both were delicious. Seemed pricey-- $15 for two large drinks w no excessive add-ons. There's a cute spot to take a picture with a statue, too. Would recommend.

Today as the first time I’ve ever been their I used the self order machine the staff was super nice and everything was super easy and it looked very clean I will definitely come back the drink taste amazing I got the coco lava slushy with ores on top.

Kung Fu Tea was very kind as to remake our order the next day when we had placed an order at 9pm and couldn't make it to their store before closing due to a huge accident along the road causing traffic. We called them to see if they could put our drinks in the fridge for us to pick up tomorrow, but the manager offered to remake our drinks in the morning at no charge. Great service and drinks were good too.
